Synchronous Control of a Two-Axes Driving System by Disturbance Observer and PID Controller (외란 관측기와 PID제어기를 이용한 2축 주행시스템의 동기제어)

  • In this study, a methodology of synchronous control which can be applied to position synchronization of a two-axes driving system has been developed. The synchronous error is caused by model uncertainties and torque disturbance of each axis. To overcome these problems, the proposed synchronous control system has been composed of two speed controllers, disturbance observers, and one synchronous controller. The speed controllers, based on the PID control law are aimed at the following to speed reference. And the parameters of speed controllers have been designed in order for the speed response fo the second axis to correspond with the one of the first axis. The disturbance observer has been designed to restrain the torque disturbance. The synchronous controller eliminates the synchronous error by controlling the speed of the second axis. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified through simulation.

Development of Reduction Methods of Thermal Stresses Due to Hydration Heat (수화열에 의한 균열 저감 공법에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a program for simulating hydration heat and stresses was developed. And an effective methods were proposed for reduction of hydration heat stresses using flyash and steel fiber. It was shown that flyash replacement made reduction of peak temperature due to hydration heat. However, the effectiveness of reduction of tensile stress was not as good as it of peak temperature. Not only peak temperature but also tensile stress were reduced by the addition of steel fiber.

  • Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling of large-scale coal-fired boilers requires a complicated set of flow, heat transfer and combustion process models based on different degrees of simplification. This study investigates the influence of coal devolatilization, char conversion and turbulent gas reaction models in CFD for a tangential-firing boiler at 500MWe capacity. Devolatilization model is found out not significant on the overall results, when the kinetic rates and the composition of volatiles were varied. In contrast, the turbulence mixing rate influenced significantly on the gas reaction rates, temperature, and heat transfer rate on the wall. The influence of char conversion by the unreacted core shrinking model (UCSM) and the 1st-order global rate model was not significant, but the unburned carbon concentration was predicted in details by the UCSM. Overall, the effects of the selected models were found similar with previous study for a wall-firing boiler.

  • 일반적인 접근제어 모델이 메커니즘 내에 보안 정책을 미리 설계함에 따라 보안 요구사항의 추가나 변경에 어려움이 있는 반면에, 다중 접근제어 정책 모델은 기업 환경에 필요한 다양한 보안 정책들을 융통성 있게 지원하기 위해, 권한 명세 언어를 기반으로 positive/negative 권한을 모두 표현할 뿐만 아니라, 권한의 예외적 수행, 권한의 전파와 충돌 해결 정책 등을 구현함으로써, 접근제어의 권한 적용에 유연성을 강화하였다. 그러나, 기존의 권한 전파 및 충돌 해결 정책은 권한 전파의 모든 가능한 path를 고려하지 않거나, 충돌 문제를 해결하지 않는 부분이 있는데, 이것은 특히 서로 다른 정책의 어플리케이션 통합 환경에서 권한의 남용이나 상실 등 의도하지 않은 부당한 권한의 실행을 야기시킨다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다수의 정책의 영향을 받은 주체에 대해서 권한의 독립적 수행을 보장하면서, 추가적인 충돌 상황을 발생시키기 않는 권한 전파 정책을 제안한다.

  • To cope with increasing power demand in metropolitan area, the power system in Korea has equipped with unit generator of large capacity, high density and uneven distribution, and transmission line of long distance, large capacity and high voltage. As the power system growing up enormous, it has become difficult to maintain the standard voltage in case of radical fluctuation of load or severe change of voltage by power system fault for its weakness of responsive characteristics although the power condenser has been installed to solve the unstability by lack of reactive power. Consequently, we review harmonic wave production and control characteristics to solve unstability problem of voltage in northern metropolitan, to reduce transmission restriction cost and to minimize load shedding by relocation of SVC (Static Var Compensator), which is highly effective for improvement of responsive characteristics for radical voltage fluctuation.

  • The current type amplifier is the device that is used for an actuator as the motor's torque controller. However, it is too difficult to select the parameter value that has the desired output because the current type amplifier's transfer function is too complex. This study concern about the design of the current type amplifier with the desired output. From the modeled transfer function of the current type amplifier, the optimal parameter values of the transfer function can be selected in order to have the desired output using the Real Coded Genetic Algorithm(RCGA). The real circuit is made with the selected parameter value. The step response of the real circuit is in good agreement with the desired step response.

  • In recent, the marine engine of a large size is being realized a lower speed, longer stroke and a small number of cylinders for the energy saving. Consequently the variation of rotational torque became larger than former days because of the longer delay-time in fuel oil injection process and an increased output per cylinder. It was necessary that algorithms have enough robustness to suppress the variation of the delay-time and the parameter perturbation. This paper shows the structure of hybrid F-NFC against the delay-time and the perturbation of engine parameter as modeling uncertainties, and the design of the robust speed controller by hybrid F-NFC for the engine. And, The Parameter values of linear equation are determined by RC-GA for F-NFS. The hybrid F-NFC is combined the F-NFC and PID controller for filling up each.

  • 이 논문은 MIMO 능동 자기 베어링 시스템에 있어서의 병진 및 회전(기울기)운동을 하는 횡축형 강체 로터의 동적 거동을 모델링하고, 로터 양 끝단의 간섭효과를 고려한 제어방법을 제안한다. 제어기는 DSP 보드를 이용하였으며, 설계된 제어기의 타당성을 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • Because the magnetic bearing supports levitating body without contact, wear, noise and vibration, it is very useful to high revolution machinery. In this paper we selected ATmega 128, a less expensive and widely used micro controller, for control the magnetic bearing system. And we selected the sampling time and the control gain of PID controller through trial-and-error. The control program of the one board controller utilized lookup table to reduce calculation time, and bit shifting for the integer calculation in instead of floating point calculation. As the results, the controller carried out relatively high speed PID control on sampling time 0.25 ms. At last the rotation test for the magnetic bearing system was carried out by 3 phase induction motor and air turbine.

  • 원자력 발전소에서 사용하는 1차 냉각수에 대해 살펴보면, 일차냉각수의 pH는 5~8 범위이며, 수질기준은 염소이온과 불소이온이 0.15 ppm, 현탁고형물 이 0.2 ppm이나 실제 농도는 기준치보다 훨씬 낮은 매우 순수한 상태로 유지된다. 다만, 핵분열 반응도를 제어하기 위해 주입되는 붕소가 수백 ppm정도, pH를 조절하기 위해 부가되는 리튬의 1 ppm정도 포함되며, 그밖에 1ppm 정도의 실리카가 포함될 수 있다. 붕산으로 포화 운전되는 이온교환 수지탑 내에서는 붕산보다 이온선택도가 낮은 실리카는 이온교환수지에 흡착되지 않기 때문에 발전소의 가동년수의 증가에 ㄷ아라 원자로 냉각제의 실리카 농도는 점차 증가하게 되었다.
