Design and implementation of a satisfaction and category classifier for game reviews based on deep learning (딥러닝 기반 게임 리뷰 만족도 및 카테고리 분류 시스템 설계 및 개발)

  • 모바일 게임 산업의 발달로 많은 사용자들이 게임을 이용하면서, 그들의 만족감을 사용리뷰를 통해 드러낸다. 실제로 각 리뷰의 범주가 모두 다르지만 현재 구글 플레이 앱스토어(Google Play App Store)의 게임 리뷰 범주는 3가지로 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 빠르고 정확한 고객의 요구를 필요로 하는 게임 소프트웨어의 특성을 고려하여 게임 리뷰를 입력했을 때, 게임의 운영 및 시스템에 맞도록 리뷰의 카테고리를 세분화하고 만족도를 분석하는 시스템을 개발한다. 제안 시스템은 인공신경망 모델인 CNN을 평점을 기반으로 훈련시켜 리뷰에 대한 만족도를 도출한다. 또한 Word2Vec을 이용해 단어들 간의 유사도를 구하고, 이를 활용한 단어 배열을 이용하여 가장 스코어가 높은 카테고리로 배정한다. 본 논문은 제안한 리뷰 만족도 및 카테고리 분류 시스템이 실제 효과적으로 리뷰를 보다 의미 있는 정보로써 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.

스마트TV 이용행태와 시장 전망

  • 스마트기기의 확산에 따라 TV 이용 시간, 장소, 단말이 많아지면서 TV에 대한 기능의 확장 및 고품질화에 대한 기대도 높아지고 있다. 스마트폰의 경우 많은 이용자들이 더 이상 전화의 수단이 아닌 업무, 일상생활, 여가 활용의 필수적 수단으로 자리잡아가고 있다. 스마트TV 단말의 확산은 제조사들이 스마트TV 기능을 TV 단말에 탑재하는 비율을 증가시킴으로써 TV의 교체시장을 따라 확대될 것으로 보인다. TV 구매자들 중 특히, 신기술 수용의향이 높고 TV에 대한 관여도가 높은 소비자들을 선두로 스마트TV 시장은 확대될 것으로 보인다. 스마트TV 이용자들에 대한 조사 결과, 스마트TV에 대해 이런 기대를 하고 다양한 서비스를 이용하여 전반적인 만족도는 양호하게 나타났으나, 개별 서비스에 대한 만족도, 특히 스마트TV 앱스토어 이용 등 새로운 스마트TV 기능에 대한 만족도는 낮게 나타났다. 스마트TV 서비스 시장을 활성화하기 위해서는 이용자들의 기대를 충족시킬 수 있도록 기능과 서비스 품질을 높여야 하며 기존 방송서비스 사업자들과의 전략적인 협력 관계 조성이 필요할 것이다.

Streaming Device and App Development to Transmit and Play without store for Multimedia Contents (멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 저장 없이 스트리밍 전송 및 재생 가능한 스트리밍 기기 및 스마트 앱 개발)

  • Recently, many kinds of TV contents based on multimedia need transmission systems without the saved. In this study, we develop the streaming device and smart app to transmit and play without store for multimedia contents such a broadcasting, internet, VOD, video, and animation. To do this, we compare and analysis main CPU products, broadcasting tuners and interfaces for streaming sources, and memory products. We then design and implement the streaming device which supports 30fps@FHD H.264 decoding and streaming, and multimedia sources with more than three. We develop the software for these requirements. Thissystemis useful to support billing service for multimedia contents.

Problem Identification and Improvement Measures through Government24 App User Review Analysis: Insights through Topic Model (정부24 앱 사용자 리뷰 분석을 통한 문제 파악 및 개선방안: 토픽 모델을 통한 통찰)

  • Fourth Industrial Revolution and COVID-19 pandemic have boosted the use of Government 24 app for public service complaints in the era of non-face-to-face interactions. there has been a growing influx of complaints and improvement demands from users of public apps. Furthermore, systematic management of public apps is deemed necessary. The aim of this study is to analyze the grievances of Government 24 app users, understand the current dissatisfaction among citizens, and propose potential improvements. Data were collected from the Google Play Store from May 2, 2013, to June 30, 2023, comprising a total of 6,344 records. Among these, 1,199 records with a rating of 1 and at least one 'thumbs-up' were used for topic modeling analysis. The analysis revealed seven topics: 'Issues with certificate issuance,' 'Website functionality and UI problems,' 'User ID-related issues,' 'Update problems,' 'Government employee app management issues,' 'Budget wastage concerns ((It's not worth even a single star) or (It's a waste of taxpayers' money)),' and 'Password-related problems.' Furthermore, the overall trend of these topics showed an increase until 2021, a slight decrease in 2022, but a resurgence in 2023, underscoring the urgency of updates and management. We hope that the results of this study will contribute to the development and management of public apps that satisfy citizens in the future.

A Study on the Continuous Use of Hospital Information Seeking Applications (병원정보탐색 어플리케이션의 지속적 이용에 관한 연구)

  • The present study aims to identify the factors that affect the continuous use and discontinuance of the hospital information seeking applications(hospital apps thereafter) by employing the post acceptance model. The surveys were conducted with people who used the hospital apps from October 11 to 18, 2019. Researchers collected 125 valid data and analyzed them by using the structural equation model. The study found that the satisfaction and confirmation of expectation for the hospital apps users had significant effects on intention for continuous use and perceived usefulness, respectively. However, the perceived usefulness did not have a significant effect on the intention for continue use. The present study has identified the variables that influence the continuous use of these innovative technologies. The findings of the study confirmed the post acceptance model by observing the adoption and use of the hospital apps and extended the literature of the post acceptance model by discussing the unique characteristics of the hospital apps that satisfy the urgent help-seekers under emergency situations or the information needs emphasizing promptness. In addition, based on the benefits and limitations of hospital apps reported by consumers, the study provided practical implications for designing more user-friendly apps to hospital app developers or managers.

  • As the mobile content industry is growing, mobile health (m-health) market is expanding based on various contents. It has developed in the way of utilizing health contents through mobile device such as smart phone among young people. This study aims to examine the usage of m-health application and factors of continuous usage among students in Seoul National University. The result is expected to provide a foundation for future health promotion programs utilizing m-health. The study analyzes the difference of application usage tendency based on demographic characteristic and the continuous usage, and compared the level of knowledge, attitude, belief, and practice (KABP) of mobile health application. 28% of the total sample population uses the application continuously, and their KABP level was higher than that of users that stopped using. This study goes beyond the previous studies of service satisfaction and acceptance analysis on the marketing level, and is meaningful in that it has analyzed the m-health application usage from the public health point of view.

  • Based on the success model and Expectation Confirmation model of information system, the concept model of mobile bus payment App users' willingness to continue using is constructed by introducing function quality and interface design quality. A total of 264 valid questionnaires are obtained by issuing online questionnaires, and the model is tested by SmartPLS3.0 software The results show that users' perceptions of information quality, system quality and interface design quality will affect users' perceived usefulness and satisfaction through the scene, and then affect users' willingness to continue to use; Perceived functional quality has a significant impact on perceived usefulness, but has no significant impact on satisfaction. Perceived usefulness has a significant impact on user satisfaction.

  • 본 논문에서는 smartphone과 Arduino, Max/Msp를 이용한 모바일 미디어 아트 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템의 입력장치로 flexible센서가 부착된 tangible glove와 smartphone의 app이 사용되었고 이들의 조작 데이터는유(무)선 시리얼통신 및 TCP/IP 통신을 통해 원격지 서버상의 Max/Msp 어플리케이션으로 전달된다. 서버는 전달된 데이터를 기반으로 서버와 연결되어 있는 로봇 기타리스트의 열손가락을 제어하고 사운드 및 제반 영상을 출력한다. 결과적으로 사용자는 연주자인 동시에 관객으로서 시각, 촉각, 청각의 다양한 감각을 동시에 만족하고, 시스템에 몰입할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 기존 미디어 아트 시스템들이 가지고 있었던 사용자의 단순 참여라는 1차원적인 논리에서 벗어나고자 다양한 시스템의 결합을 통해 작품참여를 유도하였고 이를 통해 사용자가 그들만의 고유한 작품을 생성함으로써 기존의 미디어 아트 시스템과의 차별성을 도모하였다.

Festival search factor analysis for festival application users (축제 앱 사용자를 위한 축제 검색 요인분석)

  • This paper was conducted to improve existing festival apps that present information in a one-dimensional and unengaging manner by analyzing the factors for festival quality factor from satisfaction evaluation items in culture and tourism festival evaluation reports as well as international and domestic studies. An exploratory factor analysis generated a KMO value of 0.821. After eliminating factors with factor loadings lower than the standard value, the factors of accessibility, promotion and information, contents of events, festival products, food, and amenities were extracted. Reliability was gauged using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$(Alpha), which was calculated to be 0.816. In the confirmatory factor analysis, the p value in the chi-square test was 0.289 while CMIN/DF was 1.100. The fit indices of GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, and IFI were all higher than the 0.9 mark while RMSEA was 0.018.

A Study on the Usability Evaluation of the Mobile Application for Seoul Public Transportation Information (모바일 대중교통 정보서비스 어플리케이션 이용성 평가에 관한 연구: 서울 대중교통 모바일 앱을 대상으로)

  • As technology progresses, the supply and use of smartphones has become increasingly popular and has significantly transformed modern life. However, users still feel uncomfortable running some mobile apps, as many are created without a thoughtful consideration of usability. Usability evaluations involve several methodologies to identify specific problems in light of various principles. Although usability testing was initially centered on physical services, it has gradually evolved to consider user satisfaction as its main concern. Public transportation applications should be accessible to everyone, and studies should focus on the user's perspective. However, previous user surveys have concentrated on applications' technical aspects or visual design. As a result, there has been a lack of general usability evaluations. This study aimed to evaluate the usability of mobile transportation applications in real life, with a focus on public transportation in Seoul. All the participants were asked to complete a task, an in-depth interview, and a questionnaire survey. In summary, the results suggest that users do not find inappropriate information attractive when it does not satisfy their purpose of use, but rather tend to consider it as interference.
