현대 사회의 심화된 도시화ㆍ산업화는 독신 남녀와 핵가족, 노년층 인구의 증가를 가져왔고, 이러한 현상은 애완동물을 기르는 사람들의 수도 함께 증가시켰다. 또한 이들 중 상당수는 애완 동물을 가족의 일원으로 생각하며 이들에게 보통 이상의 관심과 정성을 기울이게 되었다. 즉, 현대 생활에 있어 애완 동물의 사육은 이전과는 그 의미와 방법에 있어 매우 다른 양상을 보이고 있으며 이에 따라 애완 동물, 특히 애견 관련 사업은 국내 시장 규모가 연 1조원에 달할 정도로 급속하게 성장하고 있다. (중략)

Recently, due to the rapid increase of pets, there is a need for an integrated pet-related personalized product recommendation service such as feed recommendation using a health status check of pets and various collected data. This paper implements a product recommendation system that can perform various personalized services such as collection, pre-processing, analysis, and management of pet-related data using big data. First, the sensor information worn by pets, customer purchase patterns, and SNS information are collected and stored in a database, and a platform capable of customized personalized recommendation services such as feed production and pet health management is implemented using statistical analysis. The platform can provide information to customers by outputting similarity product information about the product to be analyzed and information, and finally outputting the result of recommendation analysis.

This paper proposes an app-based feeder that performs functions such as distributing food and measuring exercise amount and a wearable collar that measures activity level to manage pet obesity in modern society where the obesity rate of pets is increasing. The wearable collar measures the pet's activity level and suggests the appropriate amount of food based on the average daily activity level. We studied an app-based pet feeding system that can provide the appropriate amount of feed per day through an app to enable obesity management even in unexpected situations.

최초의 암호화폐인 비트코인과 동시에 등장한 블록체인 기술은 시대를 지나며 발전을 거듭하여 현재는 많은 사람들의 관심을 이끄는 기술이 되었다. 블록체인은 내용을 손쉽게 변경할 수 없는 특징을 지니며 그에 따라 강한 신뢰도를 지니게 된다. 이러한 특징으로 인해 블록체인은 암호화폐 뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야에서 사용되기 시작했다. 우리는 본 특징을 활용하여 블록체인 기반의 애완동물 등록제를 제안한다. 현재 애완동물 산업은 규모가 상당히 거대하며 애완동물은 주인에게 강한 책임이 주어진다. 국내에서는 동물등록제를 통해 동물을 관리하지만 다른 법령과 상충되는 부분 때문에 의미가 퇴색하며 실효성에 이의가 제기되고 있다. 블록체인을 활용한 동물등록제는 부분적으로 공개된 환경에서 정보를 공유하며 분양 등의 사유로 주인이 변경되었을 경우 이를 손쉽게 추적할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. 따라서 현재 동물등록제의 단점을 크게 해소할 수 있을 것으로 예상되며 다양한 장점을 지니기에 제안하는 바이다.
