This study shows that there is an essential difference between colors of animation and live action film through the expressive colors of 2D animation as distinct from three dimension space. While live action film has an obvious object of representation, the image of 2D animation is a creature made by human without the process of mechanical representation. And this is revealed sharply in the expressive colors of 2D animation. Therefore the expressive colors of 2D animation are the important points in which the autonomous meaning of animation image is revealed.

Expression of color in national animation often delivered vaguely. This study will make up for vaguely meaning in terms of expression in color. And this study is intend to look the strategy and error of color in regional animation. This study is intend to arrange the situation of synesthesia effect of color which is applied as a keyword 'light' of Gwang-ju's image. Moreover, There is a bit difficulty in using synesthesia of color, but the use possibility is full of suggestions. Therefore, For regional animation, this study intend that in order to establish a new regional specialized animation, appropriateness of synesthesia effect of color in based animation is inspected and then the potential is emphasized.

Colors that stimulate human emotions in everyday life are one of the important factors in animation production. The research on color has been actively carried out in relation to the importance and nature mainly for animation production. However, researches that investigated different views for specific color by geographic characteristics are rare. Therefore, information was collected through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS statistical package to analyze preference of Korean and Chinese people for the Chinese traditional colors. The analysis results showed that both Korean and Chinese groups preferred red color among Chinese traditional colors. This preference for red was statistically significant in both groups, indicating that the intensity of preference for red was different even though Korean and Chinese equally preferred red. Furthermore, among 10 red colors, the preferred red was different between Chinese and Korean. Based on these results, it is suggested that the color should be selected considering the characteristics of the intended market for Chinese animation production and the personality of the viewers who watch the animation products.

Full-length Animation has been producing very actively with a large of U.S.A and growing rapidly as a pare of entertainment industry since the middle of the 1990's. However, in actual fact, Korea Animation doesn't have any characteristics as compared with Japan Animation & U.S.A Animation's growth. It is owing to in financial difficulty and that there's no conversion about consciousness that Animation is only for children. This study is constructed with color information as the central figure from a gradation of information delivery and analyzed ‘Image Color’ of full-length animation which is produced by large studio in U.S.A. This study predicts about past, present and future of animation centering around a color that visual sensitivity factor which recognize enormous information very quickly among sensitivity stimulus of human being. With this study analysis a color of U.S.A animation, looking for sensitivity color factor that react to elaborate and delicate stimulus, and then expressed color from developed animation skill apply to sensitivity industry.

'Regardless of our consciousness, Color is the energy that we are affected by positively or negatively.' said Johannes Itten. When we see the color in nature, the color acts to our emotion most preferentially and most strongly. These experiences of color become symbol or icon to us and express states of his mind as allegory. The color of animation is the visual element of image media, the image which act as important meaning, the attribute of light, and visual-perceptional factor. With molding factor form, light and shade, the color function importantly as media which express a person and a person's circumstance. In animation, the color is used symbolically to suggest not only mental change of character but also the condition. The transmission of mental meaning express symbolism of the color iconically. Accordingly, the color for image express of animation take on universality. This study focus on how the symbolical meaning of the color is reflected in a work.

'중국학파'는 중국 애니메이션 학파의 약칭으로서 1950년대에 시작되어 1960년대 성숙기를 거쳐 1970-1980년대에 뚜렷한 성과를 거둔 중국 특색이 현저한 애니메이션 작품들을 가리킨다. 이 개념은 중국학파의 탄생, 발전 및 전성기를 비교적 정확히 설명하고 있다. '중국학파' 애니메이션은 중국 애니메이션 발전과정에서 큰 업적을 남겼으며. 본 연구는 그 성과를 고찰하여 성과의 내용과 의미를 찾아보고자 한다. 이는 중국 애니메이션산업의 종사자들에게 중요한 의미를 가진다고 본다. 본고는 주로 중국 전통 색채의 시각에서 애니메이션 조형에 대한 전통 색채의 영향을 고찰하고자 한다.

In directing a film, aesthetics are use for visual manifestation of narratives to audiences. Especially, colors have important roles in that process to express emotions and to convey the story. For 3D animation, they may play even more important roles due to the nature of colors being generated by computers. This paper studies the relationship between narratives and colors by analyzing how colors change by the rise and fall of tensions in narratives, and by investigating how emotional expressions are affected due to color changes.

Through the golden age of the 1950s and 80s, Chinese animation formed a national style that inherited the traditional culture of China and adhered to various production methods, innovative styles and ethnic spirit. Today, however, Chinese animation is facing various challenges as it competes with animations from around the world. In this situation, Chinese animation is at a time when it is necessary to consider how to establish the identity of Chinese culture and how to combine China's unique ethnicity with modern personality. This study aims to analyze the symbolism and aesthetic characteristics of Chinese traditional color tubes in Chinese animated works, to analyze how symbolism and aesthetic features were used, Through this study, we will examine whether traditional Chinese colors can act as creative factors in presenting the future direction and value of modern Chinese animation today.

Advances in computer technology have made it possible for educators to design and develop their own multimedia instructional materials using visuals such as animation. Although, it generally believed that the Mew attribute of computer animation facilitates student's foaming, there is still relatively little research regarding the way in which student benefit from multimedia instruction using 3-D animation. The purpose of this research was to examine and determine whether the use of 3-D computer generated images is an effective teaching device for hoping children to understand color theory, and enhancing the tractional methods. In this study, a 3-D computer generated presentation was creative and it demonstrated the mixing of primary color to obtain secondary color. Three research hypotheses were developed in this research. The first hypothesis stated that 3-D computer generated presentation will be an effective device for teaching color theory. The second was that the presentation will be eye-catching and it will hold the children's attention. The third was presentation would enhance the children's memory of color. Results of this study show that visualization technology and the use of 3-D graphics ends can be employed in the field of art education to increases a chi1d's understanding of color theory. Also, it was proved that teaching children through 3-D graphic is an highly effective teaching tool. Thus this research is a oontribution to both children's au education and the relatively new field of computer animation.
