선박의 안전한 입출항 지원을 위한 항만항행 환경정보로서 해양환경정보 제공기술을 개발하였다. 선박 안전 입출항을 위한 해양환경정보로는 바람, 조류, 조위, 수심 등의 정보를 고려하였으며, 각각 해역 전체의 공간분포와 항로상 변동을 제공할 수 있도록 정보를 생산하였다. 바람은 기상청의 예보자료를 활용하여 항만 공간 규모에 적합하도록 상세 공간 간격으로 최적화하여 생산하였으며, 조류와 조류는 자체적으로 개발한 조석조류 수치모델 결과에 기반한 실시간 예측 기법을 적용하여 생산하였다. 수심은 해도에 제시된 약최저저조면의 수심에 실시간 조위 변동을 적용하여 선박에서 만나게 될 실제 수심을 생산하였다. 제공 정보 중 공간 분포는 사용자가 원하신 시간에 대해 해역 전체의 정보를 제공하며, 항로상 정보는 선박이 운항하게 될 항적 계획에 따라 공간적으로 시간적으로 변동하는 정보를 제공한다. 본 연구의 결과는 항만 입출항 선박의 안전운항에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 2톤 미만 소형선박에 대한 효율적인 안전관리를 위하여 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)시스템의 실제 해양환경에서의 도입타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 FRP Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic 선박을 중심으로 목선과 알루미늄선에 태그를 부착하고 이동형 Reader를 활용하여 태그정보를 확인하는 실제 해양환경 인식실험을 실시하였다. 해양환경 인식실험을 위하여 4종의 태그를 선정하였으며 다양한 각도에서 인식률 및 인식거리를 측정하여 그 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 특히, 선박에 설치된 무선설비로 인한 전파장애, 염분, 수분, 온도 등 열악한 해양환경에서 무선인식(RFID)기술의 기술적 환경적 문제점 유무를 분석하였으며, 2톤 미만 소형선박 소유자의 편의성 제고를 위하여 유관기관과의 관련정보 공유를 통한 연계방안으로 무선인식(RFID)기술을 적용한 효율적인 선박안전관리체계 구축방안을 강구하여 선박등록 및 검사업무에서의 활용방안을 제시하였다.

As the delivery service market continued to increase, the number of delivery workers also increased, but the corresponding safety education is insufficient. Therefore, this study is going to explore the importance of safety education by grasping the relationship between safety awareness, accident experience, and safety behavior of delivery workers. With the help of the delivery workers' online community site, this study conducted a survey on the status of delivery workers' safety education for a total of 114 delivery workers. As a result of the association analysis, more than half of the general agency workers said they did not receive safety training, and delivery workers who completed safety training were 2.36 times more frequent than delivery workers who did not complete safety training. In addition, through correlation analysis and simple regression analysis, safety education had a positive effect on safety perception of delivery workers, and there was a significant correlation between safety perception and safety behavior. Through these, the relationship between safety education and safety awareness, safety behavior, and the number of accident experiences was noticed, and it was concluded that safety education should be mandatory on all delivery platforms to prevent accidents.

무선 통신 시스템에서 이동 사용자들의 안전성 문제에 대한 논쟁은 끊임없이 이루어지고 있으며 무선 네트워크 환경에서 더 안전한 통신을 위한 연구들이 계속 진행되고 있다. 무선 네트워크 환경에서는 전달하고자 하는 메시지들이 공중파를 매체로 하여 전송되기 때문에 유선 네트워크 시스템에서보다 안전성의 문제가 더욱 철저히 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 이동 네트워크 환경에서 인증서를 기반으로 한 안전한 통신 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 이동 사용자들이 각기 다른 도메인으로부터 서비스를 받고 있는 환경에서 종단간에 위치한 이동 사용자들이 다근 사용자와 외부 도메인으로부터 익명성을 보장받으며 서로를 인증하고 안전하게 통신을 위한 비밀키를 공유찬 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안한다.

There are lots of natural caves in northeastern area of China. in this paper emphasis on the securities of cave management and cave survey. And discussed about the securities of the tourist and the members of the survey team. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the items of the security management as a sightseeing caves and management environment and the situation of the conservation.

지하 산업시설에 u-기반 지능형 서비스를 제공하기 위해 주요습득인자인 상황정보를 목적지에 전송할 수 있는 무선 인프라 구축이 요구되며, 이제까지 유비쿼터스 분야에서 공통기술 위주로 연구 및 개발되었기 때문에 시설별 특성을 고려한 인프라 구축 및 서비스는 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문은 도시가스 지하 폐쇄환경인 가스밸브박스와 전용통신 시설이 존재하는 정압기까지 상황정보 전송을 위해 환경특성을 추출하고, 적용 가능한 무선 방식을 시험하며 환경특성과 시험결과에 따라 적절한 무선 상황정보 전송방식의 토대를 제공한다.

실 상황하에서 안전에 대한 훈련이나 시뮬레이션은 매우 위험한 결과를 초래할 수 있으므로 효과적인 훈련을 하기가 어렵다. 그러나 가상현실 기술을 이용하여 몰입감 있는 가상환경을 구축하여 활용하면 참여자가 위험에 직접 노출되지 않고 안전에 대한 훈련을 받을 수 있으며, 여러 시나리오에 대한 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 가상현실의 안전분야에 대한 응용은 급속도로 확대될 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 가상현실의 안전분야 응용에 대한 범주를 제시하고, 응급상황의 발생 시에 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 가상환경을 구축하기 위한 개발단계를 제시한다.
