  • 의학의 발달과 산업화로 인한 생활환경의 향상은 인류에게 질병으로 인한 고통이나 사망의 위험에서 벗어나게 해 주었다. 그러나 최근 우리사회에서 일어나고 있는 대형 안전사고로 인한 사망이나 부상피해는 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 이는 사회 전반에 퍼져있는 안전의식의 결여가 낳은 결과로, 사고를 사전에 예방하고, 사고로 인한 인명피해를 줄이기 위해서 모든 국민은 안전교육의 중요성을 인지하고, 교육의 활성화를 위해 노력해야 한다. 특히, 감수성이 예민하고 지식이나 가치관, 태도의 형성과정에 있는 어린이들에게 안전의식을 체계적으로 형성하고 관련지식을 갖도록 하는 것은 중요하다. 일선 학교 교사들도 안전교육의 필요성은 느끼지만, 교육적으로 활용할 수 있는 자료는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학생을 위한 안전교육 코스웨어를 연구하여 이를 아동들이 언제 어디서나 웹을 통하여 학습할 수 있는 장을 마련함으로써 아동들에게 안전에 대한 경각심과 안전의식을 심어주는데 목적이 있다.

  • 국민안전처는 2016년 국민의 생활안전 기반 강화를 위한 정책으로 맞춤형 소방안전교육과 소방안전 문화 확산을 위한 정책을 추진하고 소방안전 교육체제 마련을 위해 소방안전교육 방안을 계획 중이다. 이는 우리사회의 안전에 대한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 본 연구가 선행되어진 이유이기도 하다. 현재 안전교육이 시행되고 있으나 실제현장과 같은 상황을 체험할 수 없으며 교육에 대한 이해와 만족도도 기초적인 수준이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제 해결을 위한 효과적인 대안으로 VR(Virtual Reality) 소방체험교육콘텐츠를 개발한다. 이는 화재진압과 대피훈련을 가상공간에서 체험하는 것을 목적으로 1)안전한 소방체험 환경제공 2)흥미를 유발할 수 있는 UI(user interface)제공 3)체험교육으로 소방교육현장에서 활용 4)예산 절감의 경제적 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Study on Improving The Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training of the Older Workers in the Construction Industry (건설업 고령근로자의 건설업기초안전보건교육 개선)

  • According to the 2017 Industrial Accident Analysis by Age, 71.8 % of construction disaster victims and 74.9 % of the deaths were workers aged 50 years or older, highlighting the seriousness of industrial accidents among aged construction workers. In this study, 303 construction workers aged 50 or older and 178 safety managers were surveyed on ways to improve the basic occupational safety and health education for senior workers in the construction industry. According to a comparison of the safety awareness for safety education by senior workers and safety managers, the safety manager showed a higher sense of safety for education than elderly workers. Regarding the remuneration education for those who had received basic occupational safety and health education in the construction industry, 69.9 percent said that regular remuneration education was needed, and 69.9 percent of them said that basic occupational safety and health repair education in the construction industry was needed every three years after the completion of education. This study is intended to present improvement plans for repair education for those who have completed basic occupational safety and health training in the construction industry.

  • 용인시민안전체험관은 코로나19로 인한 대면교육 중단과 이에 따른 안전교육 공백을 최소화 하고자 다양한 비대면 소방안전교육을 진행해왔다. 신종 감염병이 나날이 늘어가는 현대사회에서 각종재난 발생 위험에 따른 대처능력 향상을 위한 수요가 증가됨에 따라 안전교육 역시 알맞은 방안을 구상하여 효과적인 학습기회를 제공할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

A Study on Situations of Safety Education in Universities and University Students' Awareness of Coping Methods for Safety Accidents (대학의 안전교육 현황 및 대학생의 안전사고 대처방법 인식에 관한 연구)

  • This study researched methods for coping with safety accidents by university students, after considering the situation of safety education by universities in Korea. For this study, a survey of 411 students of universities in the cities of Gwangju and Daejeon was conducted. According to the results, the ratio was high for answers such as willingness to participate in safety education beginning with the departments of engineering, art and physical training, education, art and humanity, social sciences and natural sciences, and medical sciences. It was found that university students most preferred first aid among the contents of safety education. University students of all departments answered that they had experienced safety education, but were afraid to be embarrassed in the case of actual safety accidents, as was found through the results of investigations of their awareness of coping methods with safety accidents. It was verified that many times their suffered skin and other wound in an earlier safety accident that they had experienced. This study suggests that safety education needs to be accomplished in the university curriculum, predicting and practicing for causes and factors of danger in advance, in order to improve the level of safety awareness and safety competence among university students.

  • 본 논문에서는 재난 시 보다 안전한 생활을 할 수 있을 것인가에 관심을 가지고 있다. 재난을 당하기 전에 재난에 대해 미리알고 몸으로 체득하는 다양한 형태의 안전교육이 활성화 되고 다양한 프로그램이 개발되어 모든 사람이 동일하고 신속한 대처를 통해 피해를 최소한으로 줄일 수 있는 방법의 모델을 찾아 보고 안전 취약계층인 어린이, 장애인, 노인세대에 대한 안전교육이 강화되어야 하고 또한 주민들이 자발적인 교육을 통해 실질적인 재난 상황에 대처할 수 있는 다양한 교육 내용도 개발하고 다양한 계층별 교육 프로그램도 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 전문화된 안전교육 인원의 확보 전략과 전문인력의 적재적소에 배치될 수 있도록 활용계획 등 내실 있고 효과적인 프로그램도 가져야 한다. 특히 재난에 대처하는 안전문화로 발전은 지역사회 시민, 지방자치단체, NGO, 기업 등이 다양한 행동 주체로 의사 결정을 공유하고 상호조정과 협력하는 형태의 장기적인 네트워크를 지속적으로 구축을 통해 안전문화가 정착할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 수 있다.

A Study on the Real Condition of Teachers' Safety Accident and Methods of Preventive Education in Special Schools for Students with Mental Disorder (지적장애 특수학교 교사의 안전사고 실태 및 예방교육 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study is the purpose of effective safety education measures for special school teachers with intellectual disabilities on the status of safety accidents and preventive education. In summary, the results show that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the safety education activities of teachers at special schools with intellectual disabilities, safety education environment, safety education recognition, safety education knowledge, safety resources and training experience, and internal and external factors. Overall, the experience of safety accidents by teachers is higher than expected, and the practice of safety education to prevent the occurrence of various places, times, and types such as classrooms, staircases, auditoriums, and rides. The practice of safety education to prevent this also indicated that the safety resources of special school teachers and opportunities for training experiences should be expanded more by presenting safety data, knowledge, awareness, and education activities in order.

Analysis of Safety Education Contents of 『Field of home life』 in Technology·Home Economics Textbook developed by the revised curriculum in 2009 (2009 개정 기술·가정 교과서 『가정생활영역』의 안전교육 내용 분석)

  • The Purpose of this study is to present the basic data for selecting and improving the safety education contents which help practically middle school students through analysis of contents of safety education in 'field of home life' of 2009 revised middle school textbooks. The subjects of analysis are 12 types of middle school textbooks: in total 24 books written by 12 publishers in terms of the revised curriculum in 2009. The analysis criteria is developed by the researcher referring to preceding studies regarding safety education based on the seventh safety education standard presented by the Ministry of Education (2015). With such analysis criteria, all words related to the contents of the safety education of analysis criteria were extracted from each textbook, such as words directly mentioned as 'safety', words mean as 'psychological safety' and 'happy life', words related to 'attention', 'note', 'stability' etc. Under the analytic frame of safety education contents according to a home economics textbook, content analysis method was used for producing the frequency and percent of those words. The textbook analysis shows that the number of pages regarding safety education is 336.3 pages, as 9.8% in total 3,412 pages of 12 types of technology and home economics textbooks. As following the analysis of each textbook volume of the proportion in the contents related to safety education, 224.9 pages are on the first volume and 111.9 pages are on the second volume. As grades increase from year one to year three, the proportion of safety education in home economics textbooks is decreased. The highest number of safety education contents unit is 'Self-management of youth' which includes three parts of safety education. In the case of a unit for emphasizing practice, experience and practical exercise such as 'Life of youth' and 'Practice of eco-living', safety education content in the area of 'life safety' are mostly contained. Safety accidents related to the most student experienced, Household accidents (1.4%) and experiment or practice accidents (0.3%) are presented in a low figure. The contents of universal housing and school violence are duplicated on first and second volume of text. The most presented safety education content in the 12 types of textbooks are proper sexual attitude, dietary problems, family conflict and food choice. The least common contents are dangerous drugs, family welfare, internet addiction and industrial accident compensation insurance. As this study is to analyze 12 textbooks developed in 2009 revision curriculum, it is necessary to compare it with the textbook written by the revised curriculum in 2015 and to clarify the contents system of safety education and to avoid duplication of contents. In addition, it is necessary to develop and distribute a safety education program that can support textbooks.

A Study on the Influence Fators of Safety Education for Delivery Workers on Accident Prevention (배달종사자 대상 안전교육이 사고 예방에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • As the delivery service market continued to increase, the number of delivery workers also increased, but the corresponding safety education is insufficient. Therefore, this study is going to explore the importance of safety education by grasping the relationship between safety awareness, accident experience, and safety behavior of delivery workers. With the help of the delivery workers' online community site, this study conducted a survey on the status of delivery workers' safety education for a total of 114 delivery workers. As a result of the association analysis, more than half of the general agency workers said they did not receive safety training, and delivery workers who completed safety training were 2.36 times more frequent than delivery workers who did not complete safety training. In addition, through correlation analysis and simple regression analysis, safety education had a positive effect on safety perception of delivery workers, and there was a significant correlation between safety perception and safety behavior. Through these, the relationship between safety education and safety awareness, safety behavior, and the number of accident experiences was noticed, and it was concluded that safety education should be mandatory on all delivery platforms to prevent accidents.
