Recently, as the quality of life of the morden people has increasingly grown, the demand for traveling to foreign countries has been rapidly increasing. However, there are not enough safety systems avaliable for international travelers. Therefore, it is necessary to provide helpful information on disaster, crimes and dangerous areas by country for travelers. In this paper, we propse a smart device-based smart security notification service system for emergent situations of overseas travelers. the proposed notification system provides information about disaster, crime and dangerous areas is designed to be provided to users.

This paper dealt with developing conceptual model for making public policy on consumer product safety. The matters of consumer safety, public health and environmental protection are essential parts of making policy for consumer products. Moreover, policy authority should consider all measures based on consumer safety. In the process making regulations, policy authority has to have some methods to prevent errors on treating eligible persons as persons disqualified under uncertainty decision making of public policy. To recognize and ensure fairness on public policy, policy authority needs to establish basic policy making and fundamental concepts. Therefore, we developed conceptual model for consumer products safety, CPSPcon in this paper. The conceptual model is one part of SSM(Soft System Methodology) and can support specific policy target. The CPSPcon model can assist in evaluation of responses to an adapting or considering model.

This work dealt with structural safety analysis about sandwich composite structure of automotive floor board. In this work, structural design and analysis of sandwich composite structure for automobile floor board were performed. Firstly, structural design requirement of automobile floor board was investigated. After structural design, the structural analysis of the automobile floor board were performed by the finite element analysis method. It was performed that the stress and displacement analysis at the applied load condition. After structural test of target structure, structural test results were compared with analysis results. Through the structural analysis, it was confirmed that the designed floor board structure is safety.

GPS, ARPA, AIS, NAVTEX, VHF as modern aids-to-navigation equipments improve the safe navigation and help to reach a reduction in marine accidents by providing images, numeric values, texts, audio-based information for mates, However, we also noticed that it's complicate and difficult for a mate to acquire and analyze such information from these devices while he should devote himself to bridge watchkeeping especially in the urgent situation. Language is another way to get information and free the eyes and hands, so, to solve the problem above, we are trying to propose a new aids-to-navigation system, which can understand and merge multimedia marine safety information, analyze the situation and provide the necessary information in language. In this paper, we try to fuse data of ARPA/AIS using Euclidean distance for providing integrated information.

This paper presents the findings that may be useful for establishing safety policies involved with safety plan, program, and control relative to fatal accidents in construction job site. The fatal accident investigation database maintained by Korean Production Household Mascot Safety Industrial Complex is accessed. The 5 years fatal accidents occurred in 2002 to 2006 were analyzed. The statistic relative to the fatal accidents in different project types is obtained using different classifications such as occupation, years of experience, accident type, and time in a day. This research would contribute to ensure the effectiveness of safety policy so as to enhance worker safety.

The best way to prevent major occupational accidents is prohibiting use of hazardous substances such as flammable gas, toxic gas whereas using alternative substances that ensured safety. but if there are no economic efficiency and substituting technologies of alternative substances, the best way is preparing to prevent accidents thoroughly. Therefore, this study has developed and selected release scenarios to use and apply for consequence analysis and emergency action plan for HF charging process of chemical plants that have HF release accidents and high probability of release accidents.

우리 나라는 3차년도에 걸쳐 전자해도 및 수치해도를 구축하였고, 1999년도까지 우리 나라 전역에 대하여 전자해도 및 수치해도의 구축이 완료될 예정이다. 따라서, 지금까지는 데이터를 구축하는 단계였다면 이제는 데이터를 어떻게 효율적으로 관리하고, 원활하게 공급할 것인가를 고민해야한다. 현재까지 사용되어 오던 기존의 종이해도와는 전혀 다른 형태의 새로운 생산품인 전자해도는 근본적으로는 선박의 안전항해와 해난사고 예방에 초점을 두어 개발되었으나 해양정보의 공간정보화라는 측면에서 해양환경 보호 그리고 효과적인 해양행정 관리 둥 해양관련 분야에서 다양한 활용이 예상된다. 따라서 기존의 종이해도와 전혀 다른 데이터베이스 형태의 전자해도 데이터를 공급하는데 있어 기술적으로나 경제적으로 거대한 시장에 적합하고 데이터를 공급하고 사용하는 동안 그리고 전자해도 데이터를 이용한 또 다른 상품을 제작할 때 상업적 측면에서나 안전성 측면에서 데이터의 정확성과 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 공급 체계를 채택하여 이 데이터의 수요자들이 보다 좋은 품질의 공간정보와 다양한 공간정보 상품을 서비스 받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 디지털화된 저작물인 전자해도의 유통체계를 확립하는데 있어 국내 저작권법과 컴퓨터프로그램보호법을 기준으로 데이터의 유통에 대한 국제 상거래 관념을 비교 분석하고 외국의 전자해도 유통 사례를 비교 분석함으로써 우리 나라에 적합한 전자해도 공급체계를 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, many crimes are occurred frequently on the public roads. The purpose of this application is to inform people who are in need of safety about places where they can be protected from the dangerous situations and help them to be prepared for the risks. It is a key feature of this application to show the locations of CCTV, police station, and guard houses, etc. when the user is in the potential danger.

최근 4차 산업혁명은 기존에 한정적이던 사물들의 역할을 끝없이 확장시키는 특징을 가진다. 인터넷을 기반으로 인간, 사물, 환경 등 모든 것은 연결이 가능한 Internet of Things(IoT) 시대가 다가오고 있다. 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물 간의 정보를 상호 소통하여 안전기능과 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고 있으며, ICT의 융복합의 발전에 따라 자동차도 기존과 다르게 IoT 환경에 포함된다. 커넥티드 카는 차량, 인프라, 모바일 디바이스, 주변 환경 간의 통신을 통해 실시간으로 다양한 정보를 자동차를 중심으로 수집할 수 있게 되었으며 이를 기반으로 커넥티드 카 산업이 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 발전 과정 속에서 커넥티드 카의 보안성의 문제는 반드시 해결되어야 한다. 보안성이 확보되지 않는다면, 자동차에서 발생하는 운전자에 대한 악의적인 공격을 통해 일반적인 보안 침해사고 수준을 넘어 사고를 유발시킬 경우 인명과 재산상의 큰 피해를 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 커넥티드 카의 통신구조를 알아보고 취약점 분석과 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제안하여 안전한 커넥티드 카의 활용 방안을 연구한다.

This study was conducted to improve the score of HACCP evaluation items in pig farm. The importance and score of each HACCP evaluation item was derived through the non-compliance rate and severity of hazard. The total score of evaluation items of the pre-requisite section was 200 points and the HACCP section was developed to have a total of 100 points. Implementation of the result of this study to pig farm may help to improve more safety and hygienic pig production. With the result of this study, it is expected that the propose of HACCP system implementation in pig farm will be achieved.
