In this paper, we have designed and implemented an obstacle detecting device based laser radar. It is an alternative to solve through problem analysis of that are currently operated safety equipment and status research of domestic railway crossing. It is target to improve the safety and reliability of the rail traffic through effective obstacle detection at crossing account for a large proportion of train accidents. suggest a system to overcome the problems caused by aging and limitation of existing safety equipment. Design a crossing obstacle detection device that utilizes laser radar scanner, proved this through performance evaluation and testing of the prototype.

Recently, for secure software development, static analysis tools have been used mostly to analyze the source code of the software and identify software weaknesses caused of vulnerabilities. In order to select the optimal static analysis tool, both weaknesses rules and analysis capabilities of the tool are important factors. Therefore, in this paper we propose the test codes developed for evaluating the rules and analysis capabilities of the tools. The test codes to involve 43 weaknesses such as SQL injection etc. can be used to evaluate the adequacy of the rules and analysis capabilities of the tools.

Due to recent increased air traffic,, air traffic controllers in charge of en-route and approach control have faced huge increase in both workload and its intensity. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how much safety culture of air traffic controllers has effect on their complexity mitigation strategies during their duties. It could be expected complexity mitigation improve air traffic flow resulting in enhancing safety eventually. According to empirical analysis against air traffic controllers in civil aviation and air force in South Korea, it was proven safety culture had a statistically positive effect on complex mitigation strategies through safety behavior. In safety culture among air traffic controllers, intrinsic culture had a positive effect on extrinsic value of safety culture. Intrinsic value of safety culture led to air traffic controllers' safety behavior which created work complexity mitigation strategies. Among work complexity mitigation strategies, communication and cooperation was proven to be the most important factor effected by safety culture and behavior. It was implied that enhancing the intrinsic values of safety culture would cause to improve extrinsic safety culture and air traffic controller's work efficiency.

As a part of improving early response system for senior emergency patients in rural areas in preparation for accelerated transition of Korea into aged society, this study seeks to make effective use of town broadcasting equipments and improve conventional educational ways for the first aid for senior people to boost up availability of private rescue personnel, so that it can contribute to improving capacity to early response to potential occurrence of emergency situations. In addition, this study focuses on profiling current activities of 119 geriatric Emergency Medical Services available in Korea, and also exploring possible ways to improve emergency services for senior safety which can play useful roles of social safeguard in imminent aged society as well as efficient ways to build up infrastructure for senior safety on the basis of opening up senior safety center.

As the urban scale changes and the living space changes in three dimensions, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport continuously builds various and high quality spatial information such as three-dimensional spatial information, indoor spatial information, underground spatial information and precision road map. However, although various disasters and safety accidents are rapidly increasing due to the enlargement and complexity of cities, safety management using spatial information is relatively insufficient. In this paper, we propose a data model for comparing and analyzing typical domestic and international spatial information construction cases and providing disaster safety services based on spatial information standards.

The applications for retro-reflectors, with their unique reflection characteristics, have been expanding, to include venetian blind slats, displays, traffic safety mark, etc. We propose expandable structures of inclined corner cube retro-reflectors and analyze their corresponding reflection characteristics. Various traffic safety structures with retro-reflectors may be designed more quantitatively using the chart of characteristics we have presented.

우리의 식생활 및 주거 환경이 향상됨에 따라 과거에 비해 학생들의 체격이 커지고 체형 또한 점차 서구화 되가는 경향을 보이고 있으나 아직까지도 초${\cdot}$중${\cdot}$고등학교에서는 학생 자신의 체격에 적합하게 조절하여 사용할 수 없는 고정형 의자를 사용하고 있다. 이에 따라 학생들의 신체발육에 지장을 초래 할 수 있으며 특히 요통과 같은 허리에 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생 자신의 체격에 맞게 높낮이를 자유롭게 조절하여 사용할 수 있는 학생용 의자를 개발하였다. 개발된 조절형 의자는 일반적으로 사용하는 학생용 의자의 다리부분에 풀림과 조임이 가능한 금속제 나사형식의 높이조절봉을 도입하여 공구가 필요 없이 손으로 회전시켜 좌판의 높이를 자유롭게 조절하여 사용할 수 있게 설계하였다. 또한 의자 등받이는 전${\cdot}$후${\cdot}$상${\cdot}$하방향으로 이동되게 함으로써 착석 시 좌판의 깊이와 등받이의 높낮이를 동시에 한번의 동작으로 조절 가능하게 하였다. 한편 개발된 조절형 의자는 현재 우리나라에서 채택하여 사용하고 있는 ISO 5970(Standards for tables and chairs for educational institutions)과 비교하여 수용능력에 따른 적합성 여부를 평가하였으며 피실험자 40명을 대상으로 fitting trials를 실시하였다. 평가결과 개발된 조절형 의자는 두가지 평가 기준에 적합하였으며 실용화 가능성을 발견하였다. 향후 이를 각급 학교 및 학원에 보급 활용함으로써 학생들의 이상체형 형성을 억제하여 신체 발육과 안전을 도모할 수 있으며 학습효과 또한 높일 수 있다고 판단된다.

The convergence of traditional industry and ICT is a combination of security threats and vulnerabilities in ICT and specific industry-specific problems of existing industries, and new security threats and vulnerabilities are emerging. In particular, in the medical ICT convergence industry, various problems regarding user authentication are derived from the medical information system, which is being used for abuse and security weaknesses. According, this study designed and implemented a user authentication system for secure user management in medical ICT convergence environment. Specifically, we design and implement measures to solve the abuse and security weaknesses of ID sharing and to solve the inconvenience of individual ID / PW authentication by performing user authentication using personalized devices based on medical information systems.
