As wireless network market is increasing rapidly, the biggest issue is to transfer safe data and to authenticate users. This paper proposes ECbA(Elliptic Curve based Authentication) which consists of the mutual authentication mechanism that users can ascertain the identity of an authentication server and the user authentication mechanism that an authentication server can make sure users' identity, by using Elliptic Curve algorithms. The proposed ECbA system diminishes the message quantity and the execution time by using the small elliptic curve algorithm with the small key length in authentication. In addition, as this paper reduces the authentication steps of existing EAP_TLS into 6 authentication steps, the communication cost and mutual authentication time can be saved. As this paper distributes new keys, whenever authenticating users by using key exchange mechanism, it provides safe encryption communication and prevents DoS attack by controlling the users authentication request by authentication server.

AAA(Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) is the service that offers authentication, authorization, and accounting method, and every terminal that accesses the network requires this AAA service. The authentication process of a mobile terminal is as follows: a mobile phone accesses an authentication server in a home network via the authentication service in an external network, which receives the authentication result. And, for the home authentication server to offer secure service, a unique key is distributed for the secure communication between the external agent and the user, the external agent and the home authentication server, and the user and the home authentication server. This paper discusses and proposes the key distribution for secure communication among external authentication servers when a mobile terminal travels to an external network. As the proposed method does not require the home authentication server to reissue another authentication when a user travels to other external networks, it reduces the overload in the home authentication server. It can also distribute a PIN-driven key.

현재 우리나라는 1997년 7월부터 KOSHA18001 인증제도를 운영하여 사업장의 안전보건경영시스템 구축을 지원하고 있다. 그러나 사업장 규모에 따라 그 수준이 현저하게 차이가 있을 뿐만 아니라 안전보건경영시스템의 평가기준이 복잡하고, 어렵기 때문에 담당자들이 시스템 인식에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히, 중소규모 사업장은 한정된 자원과 인력으로 자율안전보건경영체제를 구축하기에는 더욱 어려움이 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 중소규모 사업장의 자율안전보건경영체제 구축을 지원하기 위해 선진국의 안전보건경영 관련 사례와 국내 사업장의 의견을 바탕으로, 중소규모 사업장용 안전보건경영시스템 인증기준(안)을 개발하였다.

AAA(Aluthentieation, Authorization, Accounting) protocol is an information securitv technology that offer secure and reliable user Authentication, Authorization, Accounting function systematically in various services. protocol and wireless network work as well as win network. Currently IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) AAA Working Group deal with about AAA protocol and studying with activity, But, recently it exposing much problems side to user's anonymity and privacv violation. Therefore, in this paper, AAAH(Home Authentication Server) authenticaters Mobile device, after that, use ticket that is issued from AAAH even if move to outside network and can be serviced offering authentication in outside network without approaching by AAAH, Also, we study mechanism that can offer user's privacy and anonymousness to when use service. Our mechanism is using Time Synchronization OTP and focusing authentication and authorization. Therefore, our mechanism is secure from third party attack and offer secure and effective authentication scheme. Also only right user can offer services by using ticket. can reduce signal and reduce delay of message exchanged, can offer persistent service and beighten security and efficiency.

산업안전보건 관계법령의 강화와 중대재해처벌법의 시행으로 기존의 안전보건기준의 준수 개념에서 안전보건관리체계 구축으로 대한민국의 안전보건 패러다임이 바뀌었지만 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 접근은 인증항목별 구축의 관점에서만 접근이 이루어지고 실질적으로 시스템을 운영하는 사람을 중심으로한 접근은 미약하여 안전보건경영시스템 인증항목을 세부지표로 개발하여 본사와 현장 조직구성원들에게 설문을 통한 성과측정으로 건설관리자들의 안전보건경영시스템에 대한 인식수준을 파악하고자 함.
