The purpose of this study was to ascertain new policies fo the development of the Korean Hospital Accreditation Program (HAP) by comparing and reviewing the domestic HAP of Korea, the U. S. and Australia as well as the International Accreditation Program of the International Society for Health Care Quality. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to improve the standards of the HAP such as 'patient and community centered standards' and 'staffing related standards'. Second, it is necessary to strengthen patient safety through the HAP. Third, the linkage among the HAP, clinical indicators and patient experience evaluation should be strengthened. Fourth, the competencies of surveyors should be improved. Fifth, the HAP of small and medium hospitals also needs to be vitalized. Sixth, it is necessary to improve the disclosure of the healthcare quality evaluation results. The findings of this study can be used as a basis to improve the Korean HAP.

The evolution of cloud computing over the past few years is potentially one of the major advances in information technology. However, if cloud computing is to achieve its potential, there needs to be a clear identification and understanding of the various issues involved, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the technology. While a lot of research is currently taking place in the technology itself, there is an equally urgent need for understanding the business-related issues surrounding cloud computing service. As more and more information on individuals and companies are placed in the cloud service, concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. For successful implementation of cloud services, it is necessary to establish the certification systems to ensure the safety and reliability of cloud services. This paper provides a safe and reliable framework for cloud service certification systems. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of cloud services have been identified and the systematic framework for certification systems of cloud services and service provider domains have been developed. An evaluation method for the developed certification systems is also proposed.

There are several certification systems in agricultural products in Korea. Some examples are organic certificate, GAP certificate, KPGI certificate, Top Fruits/ Rice certificate and so on. The certification systems have been launched to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products to consumer. Despite the definite objectives of each certification system, it is said that the certification systems have not been successful to convey the related information to consumers. One of the reasons is that there exist several certificates so make consumers confused. It is also quite true that maintaining and promoting an individual certification system are highly costly from a point of institute's view. This paper proposes a plausible solution to these problems by combining several certificates.

본 연구는 수상레저기구 인증제도인 형식승인 검정제도와 우수사업장 제도를 활성화시키고자 형식승인시험기준 및 관련 법령을 개선하기 위한 개정(안) 마련을 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수상레저기구 인증 관련 법령, 기준 및 제도 운영 현황을 조사하고 국내 외 유사인증제도의 내용과 비교 분석하여 수상레저산업 및 관련제도를 활성화할 수 있는 수상레저기구 형식승인기준 개정(안) 등을 제안하였다.

수출입 물품이 제도와 운송 및 보관 또는 통관 등 무역과 관련된 자가 안전관리 기준을 충족하는 경우 세관이 AEO로 공인하고 통관절차상 우대하는 방안이 AEO제도이다. 이 연구에서는 국내 AEO 공인 제도와 AEO 인증 기준 및 절차에 따른 세부 가이드라인에 대해 분석한다.

The purposes of this study is development of information security evaluation model for governments to analyze domestic and foreign existing models. Recent domestic information security certification systems have several problems, because shortage of organic connectivity each other. Therefore we analysis on domestic and foreign existing models, specify security requirements, evaluation basis and other facts of models, optimize these facts for governments, and develop new model for domestic governments.
