In this paper, we review the regulations relating to railway safety and station workers interviewed, eight urban rail accidents decreased operating agencies through the prevention research currently being conducted into the (Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation City, Seoul Metro, Incheon traffic mortality, etc.) the root cause for the lack of aggressive prevention measures performed on the difficulties related regulations, organizational culture and work environment, prevention of negative operating authority derived in three improvements were obtained through this direction. Pedestrians are the most vulnerable road users. According to one analysis of traffic accidents over a five year period, pedestrians accounted for about 40% of all road traffic deaths in South Korea. Although some policy and engineering approaches have been taken to reduce and prevent traffic accidents, the annual accident change rate is -0.7%, which is insufficient. This study verifies the effectiveness of presenting visual messages to pedestrians and the effect from adding auditory messages to the visual messages. The experiment was conducted on crosswalks adjacent to an intersection, and safety behaviors were recorded for a total of 898 pedestrians and considered sufficient. As a result of the study, overall pedestrian safety behavior improved when both visual and auditory messages were presented, rather than just visual messages. Therefore, the results indicate it is more effective to provide a mixed visual/auditory form of messages, rather than providing single stimulus messages.

본 연구는 근로자의 행동을 현장 모니터링 즉 관찰을 통해 불안전한 행동 유발 요인들을 JSA 위험성평가를 실시하는 작업분석으로 올바른 안전작업절차서를 작성함으로써 이를 통한 불안전한 행동 요인을 제거하고 사고 및 재해를 예방할 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose a new approach by analyzing driver behavior and gaze changes within the vehicle in real-time to assess and predict the risk of traffic accidents. Utilizing data analysis and machine learning algorithms, this research precisely measures drivers' abnormal behaviors and gaze movement patterns in real-time, and aggregates these into an overall Risk Score to evaluate the potential for traffic accidents. This research underscores the significance of internal factors, previously unexplored, providing a novel perspective in the field of traffic safety research. Such an innovative approach suggests the feasibility of developing real-time predictive models for traffic accident prevention and safety enhancement, expected to offer critical foundational data for future traffic accident prevention strategies and policy formulation.

각종 산업현장에서 작업자들의 안전 불감증으로 인해 발생하는 안전사고는 매년 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스마트 작업자 안전벨트 및 행동인식 기반 위험경보 시스템은 이러한 상황을 방지하고자 작업자가 안전벨트의 훅을 제대로 걸지 않고 일을 진행하는 경우, 작업장 내에서 뛰어다니는 경우, 잘못된 자세로 일하는 경우를 시스템에서 인지하고 작업자, 관리자에게 알림을 줌으로서 작업자의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있도록 하였다.

In spite of many previous studies conducted to prevent safety accidents at construction sites, the frequency of safety accidents has not decreased. And recently, a lot of research has been done to analyze the causes of the accidents resulting from the personal characteristics and behaviors of managers or workers, and eliminate them. However, despite these efforts, safety accidents occur consistently as managers and workers shift their responsibilities for the safety accidents onto someone other than themselves. Therefore, in order to prevent safety accidents, this study investigated the consciousness of shifting responsibility among managers and workers and analyzed the correlation between factors influencing the consciousness of shifting responsibility. In addition, it proposed the quantitative levels of the consciousness of shifting responsibility based on the survey of managers and workers. The results of this study demonstrated that managers tend to the shift responsibility onto workers, whereas workers the shift responsibility onto managers. It was additionally demonstrated that there is a correlation between the consciousness of shifting responsibility and the factors influencing it. The findings of this study are expected to improve the safety awareness among managers and workers and make contributions in the theoretical and practical aspects of construction safety management.

횡단보도 인근에서는 보행취약자의 사고가 끊이지 않고 있으며 사고예방 및 사고의 절감을 위하여 선제적안 안전시스템의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 선제적 안전시스템의 개발을 위하여 빅데이터를 이용한 안전 데이터 도출, 영상분석을 이용한 보행자 행동특성 모니터링 시스템의 개발 및 사고감소를 위한 안전 시스템 개발이 진행되고 있다. 보행취약자 위험상황 판단에 대한 정의를 빅데이터 분석을 통해 도출하고 횡단보도 주변 안전 시스템의 개발을 기존 시스템에 적용 및 새로운 시스템을 개발하며 이에 적합한 딥러닝 영상분석 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 모델을 이용하여 객체의 검출, 분석을 수행하는 객체 검출부, 객체의 포즈와 행동을 보여주는 영상 분석부로 구성되어 있으며 기존 모델을 응용하여 최적화한 모델을 적용하였다. 딥러닝 모델의 구동은 리눅스 서버에서 운용되고 있으며 딥러닝 모델 구동을 위한 여러 툴을 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 보행취약자의 검출, 추적, 보행취약자의 포즈 및 위험상황을 인식하고 안전시스템과 연계할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

비혼 인구의 증가, 출산율 감소를 비롯한 사회적 요인과 맞물려 반려견의 수요는 크게 증가하였고, 그에 따라 반려견으로 인한 개물림 사고 역시 꾸준히 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문은 견주들의 반려견 안전관리 보조를 위한 스마트 목줄을 제작, 제공하여 반려견의 돌발행동에 의한 사고를 방지하고자 한다. 특히, 본 제품은 위험 감지와 행동 제어를 통한 직접적인 사고 예방과 견주에게 정확하고 유용한 정보를 제공함으로써 사람과 반려견의 안전하고 쾌적한 공존을 돕는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

Even though accidents occurred inside urban railway stations demage not only one person, but also surrounding people, it can be prevented by cautious actions. This research aims at infants and children, which can maximize the educational impacts, to develop a safety textbook which can educate safety rules and behavioral know-how to reduce the accidents occurred in urban railway stations, and at parents and teachers to gather opinions through surveys on the research's future direction. This research conducts a case study and comparison analysis on domestic and foreign safety manuals, which is organized in a book form of fairy tales educating safety rules for readers to utilize the urban railway by steps from boarding to taking off. Through a survey we conducted for parents and teachers as providing the safety textbook developed through this research, we could get the positive evaluations and gather opinions on the future research direction. The safety textbook developed in a form of fairy tale book through this research is for infants and children to use the urban railway in a safe manner, which is expected to evoke the interests and curiosity and create the educational impacts on users.

Aircraft accidents are characterized by a low probability of survival compared to other means of transportation, and the main causes appear to be human factors such as violation of regulations and communication. In order to activate the safety management system to prevent such accidents, an important key variable is to recognize the importance of safety culture and actively engage in safety behavior rather than simply emphasizing compliance with regulations to flight crew members. Even if there are well-established regulations, safety culture, The effectiveness varies depending on the safety atmosphere and level of safety behavior. In this study, the correlation between safety culture and safety behavior was verified through a survey of domestic flight crew members' awareness of safety culture. The results showed that fair culture and self-reporting were not activated enough to have a significant impact on safety behavior. We aim to improve the performance of the safety management system by confirming the characteristics of safety culture and safety behavior.
