Life drawing is one of the most important curriculum not only in 2D animation but also in 3D animation. It was secret weapon of Disney how they made great success of Snow White and Seven Dwarfs and all the fame of Disney animation. Life Drawing which has its back ground history is major curriculum of famous animation school such as CAL Arts which Disney made and Sheridan College in Canada. But in Korea, a lot of the universities and colleges which have animation department do not really seem to understand the importance of the life drawing and it's effectiveness, thus do not emphasize it as a short cut to get close to the real work field. Now that the academical society as well as industry are very well of the fact that the animation education is directly related to the animation industry, the schools should have to teach step by step and closer to the basic fundamentals. The intentions of this study is to emphasize the importance of the Life Drawing, one of the essential fundamental course, which not only help the universities and colleges that have animation course to organize their curriculum. but also to help the students who graduate the program easily find their position in the animation industry.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of Pattern Identifications Tool for Cognitive Disorders (PIT-C) and verify the correlation with other related scales. Methods: The study in this protocol is a single group, prospective, observational one. The subjects of the study were men and women between the ages of 45 and 85, diagnosed with neurocognitive disorders by Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder (fifth Edition) criteria (n=60, Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR)=0.5, Korean Version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment $(MoCA-K){\leq}22$). The reliability of PIT-C was evaluated as test-retest and inter-rater reliability. And correlation between PIT-C and other related scales was also assessed. Results: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Dunsan Korean Medicine Hospital of Daejeon University and registered in the Clinical Research Information Service (CRIS), and was made public in advance to ensure transparency of the research process and conduct ethical clinical trials. Conclusions: The results of this study can be used to classify neurocognitive disorders as Korean medicine and PIT-C will be helpful tool for primary health care.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of patients who were admitted to an oriental medicine hospital by traffic accident. Methods: The medical charts of 346 patients admitted to an oriental medicine hospital from June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018 were analyzed. The Numbering Rating Scale (NRS) and duration of hospitalization were used to evaluate characteristics of the patients. Results: Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Infralux were used to treat all the patients. The most frequently used herbal medication was Danggwisu-san(22.25%). 87 patients(25.14%) visited the outpatient department after being discharged from the hospital. The most frequent complaint in terms of pain was cervical pain(82.7%) and of systemic symptom was headache(23.7%). Men and younger aged patients showed higher therapeutic effect than women and older ages. The most common duration of hospitalization was 2~4 days(42.73%) and positively correlated with therapeutic effect. The most frequent interval between time of injury and visit to the hospital was from 0-1 days(68.90%) and showed no relationship with therapeutic effect. The most frequent admission pathway was "Directly to the hospital"(57.51%). Admission pathway was proportionally associated with duration of hospitalization and treatment results were not. The most common vehicle type involved in the traffic accidents was a sedan(72.25%), accident type was a rear-end collision(43.64%) and showed no relationship with therapeutic effect. Conclusions: In this study, therapeutic effects were highly correlated among men, younger ages, and duration of hospital stay, and was not for interval days, admission pathway, vehicle type, and accident type.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to confirm the relavance between the dependent variables and the treatment effects of nonsurgical spinal decompression(NSD). Methods: 105 patients suffering from disc herniation and treated with NSD were investigated and analyzed. Results: The intention of retreatment showed a tendency to be higher in having occupation, western treatment only before NSD(WTB) and non-western treatment(WTN) group. As the number of NSD increased, satisfaction score and the Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) difference increased and the NRS after NSD decreased. On the other hand, as western treatment after NSD increased, satisfaction score and the NRS difference decreased and the NRS after NSD increased. The odds ratio of having intention of retreatment was lower in western treatment only after NSD(WTA) group than WTN group. The NRS difference showed a high tendency in the age group of 20s, 60s, and 70s and older. The NRS difference of group with NSD more than 10 times was higher than that of the group with less than 10 times. Satisfaction score of WTN and WTB group was higher than that of WTA group. Adjusted NRS after NSD was the lowest in non-western treatment group and the highest in WTA group. Adjusted NRS after NSD was the lowest in the group with NSD over 21 times, and the NRS after NSD increased as the number of NSD decreased. Conclusion: This study included patients with cervical or lumbar disc herniation and showed that occupation, the number of NSD, western treatment and age statistically affected the treatment effect.

Objectives To evaluate the pattern identification tool for knee osteoarthritis and to investigate the relationship between pattern identification tool and knee ROM (range of motion), VAS (visual analog scale) and WOMAC (Western Ontario & McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index). Methods We studied 50 patients who are diagnosed as degenerative osteoarthritis. With one patient dropping out, total of 49 patient went through pattern identification tool. Re-test of the pattern identification tool was implemented after about a week. The reliability was analyzed by calculating ICC (intraclass correlation coefficient). Also, reliability of each pattern identification score was calculated along with influence factor and correlation between knee ROM, VAS and WOMAC. Results Reliability of the pattern identification tool was evaluated as 'poor agreement beyond chance' with ICC value of 0.396. Reliablility of each pattern identification score was calculated and four out of five were measured 'good' with one 'moderate' reliability. Two of inter-item consistency were 'good', two were 'acceptable' and one was 'questionable'. Correlation between each pattern identification and knee ROM showed 'clear negative linear relationship' with two patterns. VAS showed 'clear positivie linear relationship' with all five patterns. WOMAC showed 'positivie linear relationship' with all five patterns. Conclusions According to the results, pattern identification tool for knee osteoarthritis seems to have meaningful relationship with other agnedas. Also, further research is needed to develop the tool.
As the popularity of single-person media content increases, We investigated the causal relationship between perceived value and intention to recommend to others. Individuality was studied on the tendency to sensation seeking and novelty seeking, which is a tendency to take boredom sensitive to monotonous and repetitive daily routines, and novelty seeking refers to new information and stimuli. The hypothesis was that high sensation seeking and high novelty seeking would perceived emotional value, epistemic value, and economic value for a single person 's media content. Hypothesis testing was performed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS21. As a result of the hypothesis test, The novelty seeking has a positive effect on emotional value, epistemic value, and economic value. Users who want to explore and enjoy new things could perceived the emotional value of having fun, fun, and sadness through single-person content, perceived a epistemic value and enjoy new information and situations as a tool to recognize new stimuli and know what they didn't know. And it could be seen that users perceive the economic value that they can enjoy at low cost or free service. The sensation seeking has a significant effect on epistemic value, but it did not affect emotional value and economic value significantly. Those who have a high tendency to sensation seeking can perceive curiosity about one-person media contents, so that they can perceive epistemic value. However, those who feel that they have not significant influence on economic value and emotional value can easily understand that expecting one's content does not feel bored by paying for a low cost or free service.
From a sample of bamboo byproduct, the protease-producing yeast strain CO-1 was newly isolated. Strain CO-1 is spherical to ovoid in shape and measures $3.1-4.0{\times}3.8-4.4{\mu}m$. For the growth of strain CO-1, the optimal temperature and initial pH were $30^{\circ}C$ and 4.0, respectively. The strain was able to grow in 0.0-15.0%(w/v) NaCl and 0.0-9.0%(v/v) ethanol. Based on a phylogenetic analysis of its 18S rDNA sequences, strain CO-1 was identified as Pichia anomala. The extracellular protease produced by P. anomala CO-1 was partially purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, which resulted in a 14.6-fold purification and a yield of 7.2%. The molecular mass of the protease was recorded as approximately 30 kDa via zymogram. The protease activity reached its maximum when 1.0%(w/v) CMC was used as the carbon source, 1.0%(w/v) yeast extract was used as the nitrogen source, and 0.3%(w/v) $MnSO_4$ was used as the mineral source. The protease revealed the highest activity at pH 7.0 and $30^{\circ}C$. This enzyme maintained more than 75% of its stability at a pH range of 4.0-10.0. After heating at $65^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr, the neutral protease registered at 60% of its original activity. The protease production coincided with growth and attained a maximal level during the post-exponential phase.
Objectives: To evaluate the reliability of a pattern identification tool for benign prostatic hyperplasia and to examine the relationship between pattern identification tool readings and IPSS and uroflowmetry. Methods: We analyzed 56 patients diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia from December 27th, 2017 to December 26th, 2018 by two different Korean medical doctors and followed with a pattern identification tool and by IPSS and uroflowmetry. One week later, the patients were retested to analyze the reliability of the pattern identification tool, determined with the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) using the test-retest method. The correlation between IPSS and uroflowmetry was analyzed with the Pearson coefficient. Result: The reliability of the pattern identification tool for benign prostatic hyperplasia was evaluated as "poor agreement beyond chance" (ICC=0.349). The reliability of each pattern identification score was evaluated as "good" for Yang Deficiency of Kidney, Yin Deficiency of Kidney, Deficiency of Middle Qi, and Dampness-heat of Lower Energizer. The internal consistency was evaluated as "good" for Yang Deficiency of Kidney, Yin Deficiency of Kidney, and Dampness-heat of Lower Energizer, and as "excellent" for Deficiency of Middle Qi. The correlation between pattern identification and IPSS was evaluated as a "moderate positive correlation" for all pattern identifications. The average flow rate and maximum flow rate using uroflowmetry was evaluated with "moderate negative correlation" for Yang Deficiency of Kidney and Dampness-heat of Lower Energizer. Conclusion: The reliability of a pattern identification tool for benign prostatic hyperplasia was evaluated as "poor agreement beyond chance." Further research is needed.
