한국은 아시아에서 빠른 속도로 물류표준화가 이루어 졌으나 아직 선진국에 비교하면 중진국 수준에 불과하다. 지금까지 이루어진 한국의 물류표준화 추진 경과와 그에 따른 아시아 파렛트 표준화는 어디까지 진행되었는지 알아본다.

아시아 최대 축산박람회 VIVAsia2009가 지난 11일$\sim$13일까지 태국 방콕소재 BITEC에서 개최됐다. 이번 박람회에는 전세계 39개국 568개 축산전문기업들이 참가해 아시아를 넘어 세계적인 박람회로 자리 매김했다. 우리나라는 영국,프랑스, 미국, 네덜란드 등 축산선진국 10개국과 함께 국가관을 운영했으며 참가국 중 6번째로 많은 총 27개 업체가 참가했다.

ㆍ공구산업의 세계시장은 미국, 일본, 독일 등 선진국에 의해 주도도어 있으며 한국은 뒤를 이어 2차 선진국 군의 제품에 합류하기 위한 기술개발을 하고 있음. ㆍ 표준화 및 신기술 공동 개발 등 국내업체들의 협력체제가 필요한 상황 ㆍ 제품의 기술 수준은 선진국의 90∼98%이며, 아시아의 경쟁국가들에 비해 우월함. ㆍ 소재 열처리, 설계, 원료배합, 소결, 정밀가공 등의 기술에서 아직 부족한 실정ㆍ 해외에서 품질 경쟁력보다 가격 경쟁력 위주의 마케팅 활동으로 품질에 비해 적정한 가격을 받지 못함. ㆍ 제품 홍보가 미흡하여 한국산 제품이 저가 저 품질로 인식되고 있음. ㆍ 제조 및 유통원가 상승으로 국제 경쟁력 점차 악화 (중략)

아시아의 통신산업 및 시장현황은 급속한 보급신장의 진행이 예상되고, 최근에 STO로 인해서 각국이 법제도, 규제를 완화하여 민영화 및 외자도입에 박차를 가하고 있다. 또 개발도상국의 경우 인프라정비에 새로운 BOT나 BTO 방식이 도입되면서 이런 보급은 가속이 되고 있고, 선진국의 경우는 광파이버와 이동체, 위성통신 등 새로운 기술의 도입에 의한 투자가 진행되면서 다른 차원에서 여러 가지 투자수요가 증가하고 있다.

Although low-carbon vehicles are recognized as leading the automobile market in the future, there are still many difficulties in expanding supply due to obstacles such as higher prices than conventional internal combustion engine vehicles and lack of related infrastructure. This study compares the current status of low-carbon vehicle sales and policy responses in Korea and Japan, which are ahead of the maturity of advanced Asian countries and automobile markets. The results of this study are intended to provide implications for academia and related industries and policies for the future direction of next-generation low-carbon vehicles.

Since the mid 1980s, the emergence of the Newly Industrialized Countries has been the most remarkable mutation in the foreign direct investment. This emergence is creating the new international spacial flows constituted by the developed country, the newly industrialized country and the developing country. According to the active foreign direct investment of the Asia Newly Industrialized Countries (ANICs) into East Asia from the middle of the 1980s, the intra-East Asia direct investment flow has a observable structure hierarchic composed of Japan, ANICs, ASEAN and China. In the inflow of intra-East Asia direct investment, Japan and ANICs flows from the extra-developed country and Japan, AESAN from ANICs, Japan, and China from the ANICs. In the outflow, Japan flows relatively into the ANICs and ASEAN, ANICs into ASEAN and China, ASEAN and China into the ANICs. In conclusion, the emergence of ANICs and theirs role intermediate in the East Asian economy causes the intra-East Asia direct investment flows to make a hierarchical structure.
