Objective: The present study was performed to evaluate the association o f p53 codon 72 polymorphism and endometriosis. Materials and Methods: We investigate 74 women who were operated for endometriosis and 93 women who had no endometriotic lesion proved by operation. Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect p53 codon polymorphisms. Result: We have found no significant difference between endometriosis and control group in the p53 codon polymorphism. The respective proportion of arginine homozygotes, heterozygotes and proline homozygotes in endometriosis group were 18.9%, 62.2% and 18.9%, respectively, and were 12.9%, 75.2% and 11.9%, respective in the group without endometriosis. Conclusion: Endometriosis is not associated with p53 polymorphism in Korean endometriosis patients.

This study is to find the effectiveness of advertising acceptance through NFC advertising and mobile in a cinema environment. The results are as follows. First, personification and participation among interacitivity factors had a positive impact on advertising acceptance. Second, advertising value of NFC advertising had a partially positive impact. Perceived usefulness and ease of use, perceived entertainment, and innovation alos had a positive impact on advertising acceptance. Finally, interactivity, followed by advertising value, had impact on the acceptance of NFC advertising.

We experienced a case of upper esophageal leiomyoma successfully excised by thoracoscopic surgery. A 29-year-old male was presented with retrosternal discomfort and mild dysphagia and an esophagogram revealed smooth fElling defect In the upper third of the intrathor cic esophagus, and esophagoscopy showed a submucosal tumor without mucosal infiltration. Chest CT and MRI were performed to confirm size, character and location of the esophageal mass, the absence of infiltration of surrounding structures, and to define mediastinal Iymphadenopathy. The tumor was excised by thoracoscopic surgery and it was diagnosed as leiomyoma (4$\times$2xlcm in size). The postoperative course was uneventful.

Oculomotor nerve palsy presents itself with sudden onset unilateral ptosis and inability to turn the eye upward, downward, or inward, which causes visual disturbances. Strabismus caused oculomotor nerve palsy refers to muscle imbalance that results in improper alignment of the visual axes of the two eyes It may be divided into paralytic and non paralytic strabismus. paralytic strabismus is primarily a neurologic problem. Characteristic clinical disturbances result from lesions of the third, fourth, and sixth cranial nerves. Lesions of the third nerve result in a paralysis of lateral or outward movement and a crossing of the visual axes. Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effects of oriental medicine therapy on a peripheral oculomotor nerve palsy. Methods & Result: The clinical data was analyzed on a patient with oculomotor nerve palsy whose main symptoms were right side ptosis and inability to turn the eye inward. The patient was treated by the electroacupucture(4Hz frequency, intensity was adjusted so that localized muscle contractions could be seen). As the result, symptoms are improved remarkably. Conclusion: The patient showed right eye ptosis and unilateral deviation of the right eye ball in neutral position. After acupuncture treatment and electroacupuncture treatment, the ptosis and deviation of the patient's right eye was recovered six weeks after the onset. The study suggests that oriental medicine therapy is significantly effective on the treatment of peripheral oculomotor nerve palsy.

Objective: Under recognition of the similarity between carbuncle in Oriental medicine and inflammatory disease, NeiShuHuangLianJang(N.H.) has been used as an antiphlogistic agent. The present reports shows the anti-inflammatory effects of N.H. Method: Experimental animals made use of 4-5 weeks age(weight 20-25g) ICR(male)mouse. They were farmed individually in a temperature($22{\pm}0.5{\circ}$) and light(06:00 to 18:00 h) controlled room with free access to water and food. The N.H.(1.0g／kg, 3.0g／kg) extracted from NeiShuHuangLianTang were administered intragastrically prior to LPS I.P injection. we measured WBC count, IL-6 level in plasma and TNF-${\alpha}$ level in plasma. Result : 1. N.H. suppressed inflammatory reaction induced by LPS. 2. N.H. suppressed WBC count in inflammatory reaction induced by LPS. 3. N.H. suppressed 1L-6 level in inflammatory reaction induced by LPS. According to above experiments, N.H. was improved its suppression effect against the inflammatory reaction through WBC count and IL-6 level. So N.H. which is used for the inflammatory disease(carbuncle) in Oriental Medicine is assumed to have a curative effects against this disease by controlling WBC count and IL-6 level in plasma.

Objective : This study was carried out to analyze the trends of pharmacopuncture used to treat Herpes Zoster related articles that have been published in the Korean medicine journal.Method : We studied 14 research papers treated with pharmacopuncture for Herpes Zoster in Korean medicine journal. We analyzed for type of pharmacopuncture used, treatment point and clinical type.Results : 1. The number of searched journal is 14 papers. 2. The most common clinical type is herpes zoster generalisatus. Others types are postherpetic neuralgia, ramsay hunt syndrome, herpes zoster ophthalmicus, postherpetic paralysis 3. Pharmacopunctures used to treat herpes zoster are BV, Hwangreonhaedok-tang pharmacopuncture, Ginseng Pharmacopuncture, CF, JsD, Immuno-yakchim, etc. The most frequently used type of harmacopuncture is BV. 4. The most used part as a treatment point is a-shi point.Conclusions : It is needed to improve the cure rate through a comprehensive analysis of the Herpes zoster treatments. It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the treatments to increase the cure rate of about Herpes zoster.

An eighteen months old, female, Great Dane dog which had shown signs of severe cachexia, dehydration, hematuria, vomiting and the palpable cervical mass during three weeks was examined clinically and necropsied after death. Diagnosis of this tumor case was made by gross pathology, cytology of the aspirate, radiography of the abdomen and the tumor tissse as multicentric, histiocytic lymphosarcoma. Cytologic findings of the needle aspirate of the cervical lesion were typical of macrophage origin cell. The tnmor was encountered predominantly in the lymph nodes, tonsils and spleen. The predominant cell type of these tumor masses manifested characteristics of histiocytic cells.

Bus, Which is together with subway the main part of public transportation modes in the city, is reviewed for the development of an optimal feeder-bus service area. Based on the IDRISI of GIS package, and taking into account of the convenience of downtown-oriented public transportation users at peak time, a model for the development of feeder-bus service area and a solution and introduced. Major result in this study is as follows: Development is given to a model that is designed to overcome the shortage of the existing models, which has limits in simulating the real situation; Variables were used in combination so that bus and subway route, station spacing, and operating frequency can be determined simultaneously, which enables to elucidate the mutual relationship and the structure in public transportation system. A model for feeder-bus area development is also given applied to determination and opening of subway and urban express bus route and new transportation systems. The model developed in this paper is useful in the case of extension and opening of subway and urban express bus route and new transportation Systems.

Writing high-quality papers and publishing them at prestigious academic journals would be something that every scholar strives for. This study made a network with nine academic journals in South Korea in the field of public administration and public policy and analyzed the influence of academic journals through social network analysis. Using centrality measures, such as degree centrality, beta centrality, and eigenvector centrality, this study found that Korean Public Administration Review has the highest influence on the journal network, followed by Korean Public Studies Review. However, different choice of centrality measure led to different ranking of journals in terms of their influence.

In this paper, the small chip meander antenna for dual-frequency operation is presented. The proposed chip meander antennas was fabricated by the ceramic chip using LTCC-MLC process. It is a novel compact dual-frequency design using a meandered patch that achieves more degrees of freedom for adjusting dual-frequency operation and the size reduction with narrow frequency ratio. And it is proposed that the 3D structure for additional size reduction of the meander antenna. The size reduction of the 3D meander antenna is as large as 50 % as compared to the design for dual-frequency operation not using 3D structure. It is observed that the principle of dual-frequency operation through current distribution, return loss and radiation pattern.
