세계 유일 책을 위한 도시이자 생태·예술이 어우러진 파주출판도시를 통해 우리가 살고 있는 도시의 의미와 가치를 돌아보고 새로운 미래를 그리는 도시·건축 다큐멘터리가 4월 21일 개봉한다. 제46회 서울독립영화제, 제12회 서울국제건축영화제 공식 초청작이자 제12회 DMZ국제다큐멘터리영화제 예술공헌상을 수상한 영화 <위대한 계약: 파주, 책, 도시> 얘기다. 이 다큐를 만든 기린그림의 김종신·정다운 감독은 앞서 <한국 현대건축의 오늘(2016)>, <한국 현대건축의 오늘: 집(2017)>과 <이타미 준의 바다(2019)>를 통해 건축과 삶, 예술혼을 영상으로 복원해 내며 관객들의 눈길을 사로잡은 바 있다. <이타미 준의 바다>는 프리 프로덕션부터 개봉까지 꼬박 8년이 걸린 작품이다. 경기 파주시 문발동 소재 국가문화산업단지인 파주출판도시는 민주화 이전 출판이 탄압받던 시절부터 출판인들이 꿈꾸던 책을 위한 도시다. 출판사들과 더불어 새로운 철학과 가치를 담은 이상적 공간, 즉 새로운 도시를 그리던 건축사들이 '위대한 계약'을 체결하면서 실현됐다. 아무도 관심 갖지 않았던 파주의 늪지는 특색 있는 건축물과 만나 심학산과 한강의 탁월한 낙조 경관을 자랑하며 세계에서 유일한, 책을 위한 생태도시가 됐다. 편집·인쇄·유통 출판 관련 인프라를 집약한 도시는 이후 영화제작사를 비롯한 영상 관련 업체들과 IT 업체들이 입주하며 종합문화예술 도시로 탈바꿈한다. 2019년 파주출판도시 기획 30주년을 기념해 도시의 발자취를 담기 위해 시작된 영화는 과거와 현재라는 두 개의 큰 축에서 진행되며 찬란한 도시의 여정을 그린다. 그러면서 건축을 넘어 우리가 살고 있는 도시를 생각해 보게 만든다.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between individual values, nature-relatedness, and happiness in a sample of Korean university students(N=224). Specially, we used Schwartz's PVQ, life satisfaction, positive affect, psychological well-being, social well-being, and Korean Happiness scale to measure values and happiness. According to the bivariate correlational analysis, generally, there were positive correlation between benevolence, self-direction, universalism, stimulation and one of 5 happiness measurements and there was negative correlation between achievement and life satisfaction. Nature-relatedness were positively related with five types of happiness measurements. According to the hierarchical regression, demographic variables(sex, religion, economic levels), value types, and nature-relatedness explained 25%~36% of variance in happiness. Value was more related with psychological well-being than life satisfaction, positive affect, social well being, Korean happiness scale. This results emphasize the importance of healthy value(benevolence, self-direction) and provision of opportunities contact with nature to promote human happiness.

Sanjo has a quintessential value not only because of its musical depth but also because of its style of music that best expresses Korean sentiment. However, new values are being established from different viewpoints as time passes so Sanjo's values need a modification in order to encompass a contemporary value that is required and accepted by modern society. In this context, while focusing on communication with the public, I contemplated the developmental direction of Sanjo in five perspectives; The Social realization of value, The Experimental and social transformation, The Social diffusion of creation, The Leap of fusion and harmony and finally The Socialization of contents. In the perspective of 'social realization of value', Sanjo refers to creative activity as a new 'duneum' which allows traditional and creative activity to deviate freely while still being under the Sanjo guideline. Either way, it has a periodical value because new forms with new rhythms are the only ways to communicate with the modern public. When these values can be understood by modern society can Sanjo be revived and be acknowledged as an infinite value. Secondly as an experiment and social transformation, there is a transformation of musical instruments in the 21th century. Our musical instruments should be transformed to effectively perform our music rather than to perform Western music. Third, social diffusion of creation should be the 'new Sanjo festival in 21th century' which can facilitate the communication with the public. Fourth, regarding leap of fusion and harmony, I suggest a performing culture consisting of 'Storytelling Sanjo' and 'Media Art' which will ceaselessly evolve Sanjo performance as a medium to communicate with the public. Finally, in regards to the socialization of contents, I emphasize that Sanjo should have contents of mass media as a way of means to help utilize mass media.

Value collision takes place in the news organization at times. The concept of social responsibility has been serving as the raison d'$\hat{e}$tre not just of individual reporters but eventually of journalism in general. But when the organizational interests are at stake, more realistic values contributing to the organization often override the normative values. This phenomenon occurs since there exists a clear discrepancy between the nominally highlighted values and the virtual values of press owner or news organization. Focusing on Chosun Ilbo, this paper tries to identify the values a news organization really underlines and pursues, and explores the nature of organizational culture embedded in these values. In specific, this study analyzes such performances as ceremonies and rituals, regular or occasional, in Chosun Ilbo, since these are cultural practices which produce and circulate particular meanings and values forming the basis of organizational culture. According to this study, 'strong unity' is the core value which the owner family in Chosun Ilbo has ever been spotlighting. As long as the strong unity is stressed, the role playing as members of news organization for its interest is more highly regarded than carrying out the normative missions given unto the journalists in general.

This study analyzed the structural types of happiness that kindergarten teachers feel and the features of each happiness type to increase the happiness of kindergarten teachers. The subjects of this study were 41 kindergarten teachers working at a kindergarten in D city. They were chosen randomly. The Q-methodology, which allows in-depth measurements of people's subjective perception of happiness, was employed. The results and further analysis revealed 4 structural types of happiness: 1) self-realization type, who feels happiness while setting goals and achieving them; 2) inner satisfaction type, who thinks that happiness can be found in the current status; 3) social relationship type, who emphasizes a good relationship with others; and 4) personal belief type, who emphasizes living life in one's own style without being bothered by others.

The study looks at the development of new & renewable technology in a latecomer country, Korea. The main question is whether the development is driven by 'green demand' from the people or by the 'growth demand' from the industry. It also asks what are the characteristics of socio-technical constituency behind the development of new & renewable energy technology; growth-centered or environment-centered. It is found out that a 'New & renewable energy technology socio-techical constituency', consisted of NGOs, industry and government in the form of membership to New & Renwable Energy Policy Council of the government program, was established driving the development of new & renewable energy technology development in Korea. Yet, the coalition among them was based on 'the desire for growth' rather than 'the concern for environment'. The changes in authoritarian development state such as the adoption of governance approach to public decision-making process also contributed to the formation of the constituency.

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the restructuring of the family policy from a gender-integrating perspective. Several meaningful conclusions were reached. First, examining family policy from the laborer's perspective, the issue of work and family becomes not a gender-related issue but rather an issue for universal people. Second, in order to include the difference in interest among men and women in the labor market, and to view the issue from a gender-integrating perspective, the framework for family policy should consider the place of labor. Third, if family policy is divided into family and labor arena based on the above mentioned framework, the core content of the policy should gear toward loosening and/or eliminating barriers to fulfill the right to work for pay and the right to care for family. Lastly, family policy should aim at men and women sharing the responsibility of supporting and caring for the family. By doing so, we may be closer to maintaining work and family together, the ultimate goal of family policy.

How the port, shipping, shipbuilding, and vender industries in Korea can have a seamless value chain through their digitally smooth cooperation by applying the latest information and communications technology through the "4th industrial revolution" was examined. Also considered was the proposition that the value chain should be a smart, seamless value chain among industries with successful hyperconnection. Their cooperative relationships were defined, and the crucial elements for the sustainable development of these industries were considered. As a result, the direction for achieving environmental, social, and governance management by realizing decarbonization through today's digitalization could be studied. In particular, the importance of digitization as a way to respond to the future market from the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises and the role of digitization realized by small and medium-sized equipment companies in the overall industry were examined. The results simultaneously show the state of linkage between industries and the reason why the value chain must maintain a smooth relationship. In addition, using the lessons learned from recent failure cases from the Korean shipbuilding industry as a cornerstone, the direction for creating a strategic pathway for intelligent connection was investigated.

In this study, I investigated cases of operating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sustainable design courses based on interdisciplinary education for diverse design major students in the fashion design department. Through literature review, we examined the necessity of this course operation and analyzed the course through class design, execution, and operational results. Sustainable design courses were organized for 2nd to 4th-year students, promoting integrated learning for fashion design and various design majors to enhance interdisciplinary skills based on the in-depth study of SDGs issues. The educational content in the classes focused on the sustainable development goals achieved through upcycling design of waste PET bottle fibers developed by local industries, aiming to pursue sustainable values of designers through problem discovery and resolution. Students developed various upcycled products, evaluated metrics, and assessed satisfaction levels. Through this process, students gained an understanding of the practical value of SDGs, recognized the importance of sustainable development through design approaches for solving local issues, and acknowledged the significance of interdisciplinary education with various design majors.

This study aims to emphasize the importance of organizational culture through case studies on the activation of Atomy corporate culture, which is a key factor in corporate sustain-ability. A company is a purely Korean network marketing company that is advantageous to consumers, and further enhances the sustainable growth system by realizing the value of A company that realizes customer's success beyond customers' with better quality and more reasonable prices. In particular, A company has the following three characteristics of organizational culture to realize its founding philosophy, motto, management goals and management policy. First, it is a culture of Observing Principles. Second, it is a culture of glowing together. Third, it is a sharing culture. In addition, A company established and practiced, a unique thinking and organizational culture characteristic of work, to realize growth and development of a top-notch company beyond a global Korean network marketing company. On the other hand, A company is realizing the re-establishment and implementation of the human resource management system that strategically reflects the value of industry according to the changes and characteristics of the times. In other words, the most important factor for revitalizing the organizational culture is the aspect of changes in the personnel system. We are further improving our sustain-ability management system through system innovation to provide continuous value to our partners, members, and consumers along with a strategic HR system differentiated from existing network marketing companies.
