A Spatial Study on the Network Formation Process of Personal Actors: The Case of Institutional Building Networks in Industries for the Elderly (개인 행위주체의 네트워크 형성 과정에 대한 공간적 고찰: 고령친화산업의 제도구축 네트워크를 사례로)

  • In this study, the network formation process of personal actors in industries for the elderly was analyzed. This process is applied to the knowledge creation model of the SECI (Nonaka-Takeuchi learning cycle), that is socialization, externalization, combination, internalization. There are some kinds of opportunities to interact in these industries in the forms of field survey teams to overseas, some seminars and symposiums, many kinds of meetings, education and training programs, trade fairs and on-line forums. These palces(ba) - originating ba, interacting ba, cyber ba, exercising ba - played great roles in the formation of personal actor networks. Personal actors had opportunities to interconnect with distant actors through those places(ba). In the spatial perspective, personal actors could make face-to-face contact and build trust through temporary geographical proximity or temporary clusters with the help of personal mobility. Relations in the virtual spaces such as the Internet community did much toward building personal networks.

Interactive Engineering Mathematics Laboratory (SageMath를 활용한 '대화형 공학수학 실습실'의 개발과 활용)

  • This study deals with the content that was developed by the authors and the utilization of the 'Interactive Engineering Math Laboratory (IEmath Lab).' IEmath Lab provides online review lectures as well as a wide range of examples and exercises from the curriculum of engineering mathematics courses. The lectures come with pre-coded Python-based SageMath cells through which students can run and modify the code directly from this free laboratory. IEmath Lab is accessible via mobile devices so that the students can use it anywhere, anytime for maximum learning effectiveness and achievement. IEmath Lab would be an ideal tool for the effective learning and teaching of engineering mathematics, which combines theory and practice.

대학생들의 야외 지질 실습 전과 후의 퇴적층 형성의 이해도 변화 비교

  • 대학생들의 야외 지질 실습 전과 후에 퇴적층 형성에 대한 이해도 변화를 파악하기 위해 충남대학교 지질환경과학과 3학년 재학생 27명을 대상으로 3일 동안, 참여 학생들에게 매일 실습 전과 후로 나누어 6번의 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사 문항은 모두 주관식이며, 3일에 걸쳐 총 68문항을 제공하였다. 제시된 문항은 퇴적층 형성과 관련된 기본개념 31문항과 조사 지역의 노두관찰 37문항으로 분류 된다. 야외 실습 전과 후의 개인별 점수를 각각 비교한 결과 실습에 참여한 모든 학생들의 점수가 향상되었다. 실습 3일에 대한 전체 학생들의 평균점수는 실습 전에 28.3점, 후에 51.6점으로 실습 전보다 후에 34.2% 향상되었다. 또한 전체 학생들의 기본개념 31문항에 대한 평균점수는 실습 전에 19.8점, 후에 26.9점으로 22.9%, 조사 지역 노두관찰 37문항에 대해서는 실습전에 8.5점, 후에 24.7점으로 43.8%가 각각 향상되었다. 퇴적층은 공간적으로 넓은 장소와 시간적으로 오랜 기간 동안에 걸쳐 형성되어 학생들은 광범위한 공간적, 시간적 개념을 이해하는 것이 필요하며 대학의 지질학 교육 과정에서 야외실습은 필수적인 요소이다. 야외 실습은 학습자가 직접 자연과 같은 실제 세계를 관찰하고 조사하는 활동으로 이루어지는 학습 방법으로 교실 밖에서 일어나는 모든 학습을 총칭한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 야외 실습 후에 학생들의 점수가 향상된 것을 보여주었다. 이런 결과는 야외 실습이 야외에서 학습자가 주체가 되어 적극적인 참여로 학습하는 학생 중심 학습이고, 자연 환경을 학습의 장으로 하여 실물을 활용한 직접적인 조사활동과 같은 경험에 의한 체험 학습이기 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 또한 야외 실습에서 그룹 활동은 학생들이 지질조사를 하면서 발견된 문제나 내용에 대해 공유할 수 있는 토론 학습인 동시에 야외 활동에서 교수는 전문가 혹은 학습 촉매자로서 문제에 대한 해결책을 주거나 학생들에게 질문이나 토론의 기회를 주어 학생들의 지적, 정신적 향상에 영향을 미치기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 그러므로 야외 실습은 계획, 실행, 정리 단계가 매우 중요하다. 우선 장소 선정에 있어 강의실에서 토론된 주제 및 개념과 관련된 장소를 선정해야 하며, 야외에서는 학생과 학생, 학생과 교수 간의 그룹 활동, 토의 및 질문 시간을 충분히 가져야 함은 물론 실습 후에는 세미나를 통해 야외 활동에서 새롭게 발견하거나 조사 및 학습한 내용, 해결하지 못한 문제 등을 토론하고 정리하는 과정을 갖는 것이 필요하다고 판단된다.

앵커투묘 실험시 젖은 모래와 마른 모래에서의 특성에 관한 연구

  • 새로운 형태의 앵커 개발, 안전한 묘박 상황에 대한 모의 실험 연구 등을 위하여 실내에 장비된 앵커투묘실습장을 이용한다. 실험실습장에서의 주된 투묘 및 주묘실험은 대부분 모래 또는 뻘 상태에서 이루어지는데, 이 중 모래에서의 실험은 편의상 건 모래에서 실행하는 경우가 대부분이다. 그러나 실제 앵커가 사용되는 분야는 물속이기 때문에 젖은 모래에 대한 특성을 파악하고 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 실무에서 많이 사용하고 있는 AC-14형과 ASS형 두 종류의 앵커모형을 이용하여 길이 6m의 수조에서 앵커 형태별 초기 투묘상태에 대한 장력을 측정하였고 그 특성을 상호 비교하였다. 또한 마른 모래 상태와 젖은 모래 상태에서의 앵커 형태별 파주특성의 차이를 비교하기 위하여 여러 상황에서의 실험을 실시하였다.

A Study on Comparison of Accuracy Degree in Boundary Survey (경계측량의 정확도비교에 관한 연구)

  • This study is concerned about the comparison of accuracy between the plane table survey and the transit survey in the boundary survey. Up to the present, the plane table survey is used for the boundary survey in Korea the plane table survey usually causes both human and mechanical observational errors large enough. In this study, both the plane table survey and the transit survey using total station were used and the same points were measured from the same station. As the results, the positional error has 2~20 cm in plan table survey and 0~2 cm in the transit survey. Thus the transit survey is considerably accurate compared to the plane table survey in the boundary survey.

The Educational Needs Analysis on Migration to Mountains Area by City Dwellers (도시민 대상 귀산촌 교육 요구도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational needs targeted at city dwellers with hope of migration to mountain areas. 80 city dwellers participating in the education program operated by Korea Forestry Promotion Institute were selected. Results showed that city dwellers had higher preference for the education including medium scale(20-40 persons)and the type of camp with field experience. Real experiences and knowledge and understanding of migration to rural area are the most important element of the qualifications of the program teachers. In the contents of education, city dwellers wanted the teaching programs about 'how to have forest land', 'how to produce the forest products', 'field experience' and 'forest tourism' and so on. In other words, city dwellers who wanted to move to mountain areas were interested in basic things for living. In addition, it will need to investigate people who have real experiences migrating to mountain areas and then it is necessary to discuss educational needs and supporting system helping people can settle in mountain areas.

The Application of Project Based Learning to Enable Students to Improve Creative Skills at Technology of Industrial Area (공업 기술적 창의력 함양을 위한 프로젝트 학습법 적용)

  • This study has 4 purposes which are as the followings. First, it is to lay out the project based learning method which enables students to improve their creative skills. Second, it explains the appropriate way to apply the project based learning method to real learning situations. Third, it identifies how the students recognize the effectiveness of learning after the learning method has been applied. Finally, it discusses how learners recognized the effectiveness of project based learning method and how it enhanced their creative skills. During this study, research was conducted on students at J Industrial technical high school in a real learning situation. The study included 60 participants from 2 classes selected from 9 classes in third grade at the high school. Data was collected using surveys. Results indicated participants recognized the project based learning method allowed them to solve problems creatively. It enabled them to improve their creative skills and apply them to learning situation. Also, they recognized that this method provided them with varying creative thinking opportunities. The most effective technique to improve their creative skills was the brainstorming(42%), followed by creative problem solving(17%), and then the checklist method(15%). The content creation(32%), topic selection(32%), and project implementation(18%) for presentations best illustrated student originality.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference in importance and performance of the university start-up support system focusing on D university students to grasp the perception of the start-up support system provided the university from the perspective of students who are real users. Through this, a plan for qualitative growth and advancement of the university start-up system was derived using the IPA (importance-performance analysis) analysis. The findings are as follows. The importance of all elements of university start-up education and start-up support system is higher than the performance, which means that the start-up education and support programs currently implemented by universities are recognized as important, but do not play a big role in terms of performance for students. In addition, the highest priority factors for improvement in the importance-performance matrix were funding and investment support, start-up space and facilities support, management advisory, patent and intellectual property support, and entrepreneurship field practice. Therefore, This study can be used as objective data to identify the factors that universities should focus on and establish a start-up support system from a long-term perspective, and to build and operate a start-up support system that reflects the needs of students.
