'치과의사전공의 수련병원 실태조사 보고서'는 대한치과의사협회에서 작년 6월 전국에 위치한 치과의사 전공의 수련병원 실태조사를 시행하고 치과의사 전공의 수련병원 실태조사 소위원회 위원들이 작성한 보고서이다. 이번 조사는 차후 전문치과의사제도가 시행될 때 전문치과의사 수련병원의 지정기준을 결정하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. 또한 전문치과의사제도가 시행될 때 전문치과의사 전공의 수련병원의 시설 기준, 이련(교육인력 및 교육보조인력 포함), 교육(시간,시설,교과목 등) 등에 대한 합리적이고 기본적인 지침을 제시하게 될 것이다. 보고서 전문 중 중요하다고 사료되는 일부를 발췌하여 게재하며 보고서 내용 전문은 치협 홈페이지(http://www.kda.or.kr)치과의사를 위한 정보 중 자료실 클릭 후 학술위원회를 선택하면 볼 수 있다.

Recently, although researching and developing of safety and maintenance on domestic infrastructure facilities in KOREA are important, there has been very little research regarding on a comprehensive and integrated survey of actual condition. Therefore this study asserts the necessity of the survey process of actual condition by period planning(short-term, middle-term, long-term). The purpose of this study is to investigate current situation and to suggest the whole process method, and to establish survey process of actual condition on domestic infrastructure facilities.

This article deals with the information poverty issue of Korean residents in Japan. In details, it introduces the substantial examples of information poverty which the Korean residents in Japan have experienced in their daily lives, and analyzes the factors causing such information poverty. The focus is on identifying the 'relative' information-poor groups in the Korean community. Finally suggested is a strategic method to improve both the poor information literacy of Korean residents and the poor information environment of Korean community in Japan. The data needed for discussion were collected by two methods a full-scale survey with 532 Korean residents and an in-depth interviews with 24 samples drawn from the survey participants.

The aim of this study is to investigate information literacy of immigrants in Korea and to suggest some ways to improve their information literacy. In conducting this study, a survey was given to 415 migrant workers and female marriage immigrants living in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do area. The survey shows that the information literacy of immigrants in Korea is on basic level and the fields of information use, information production, information ethics and information and communication technology are on relatively low level. To reinforce the status of information literacy of immigrants, some effective ways need to be developed in information literacy education programs and Korean language programs.

Information literacy which is related various forms of literacy can be defined as a vital competency of individuals in digital based knowledge information society. This basic survey research is aimed to assess information literacy level of the undergraduate students. For this study a proper model of information literacy is used which based 5 Performance processes and 12 performance abilities. The result of this survey is as follows: 1) Among the S performance process elements.'result evaluation' element showed high level competency than other elements. 2) There were high correlations within performance Process elements and performance ability elements. 3) Those items such as academic grade, first experience of information retrieval, and experience of information literacy instruction affect the difference in the level of information literacy.

본회는 지난 4월 12일 정보통신부 전파연구소 주관으로 최근 개정된 법령과 기술기준 고시사항 및 외국의 인증제도를 안내하고 그동안 추진하여 온 MRA추진현황과 외국의 인증실태를 알리고자 한국과학기술회관에서 정보통신기기 인증제도 설명회를 개최하였다. 이에 본고는 정보통신기기의 인증제도에 대해서 인증제도 안내와 기술기준 동향의 내용을 요약 정리하였다.

정보기술의 무한한 잠재력에도 불구하고 이로 인한 문제점들이 부각되고 있는 바, 그 수용여부에 따라 사회계층간 심각한 정보격차 현상이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 정책격차는 인터넷 이용을 통해 상당부분 완화시킬 수 있으며, 실제로 미국의 경우를 FIND/SVP의 통계조사를 토대로 그 실태를 살펴보고자 한다.

지식정보화 사회에 발맞춰 학교현장에서도 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안의 내용을 바탕으로 정보통신기술 교육을 강화하여 소양 교육과 교과 활용교육 간의 연계를 통하여 효과적으로 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 하지만 체육교과 부문의 ICT활용에 관한 연구는 다른 교과에 비해 다소 부족한 편이라 할 수 있다. 이에 발전적인 ICT 활용 체육수업을 위해 2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등교사의 ICT 활용 체육수업에 대한 실태분석 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날 우리 생활은 정보시스템에 크게 의존하고 있다. 정보시스템의 성능과 오류 여하에 따라 우리의 생활도 직접적으로 영향을 받는다. 이에 오늘날 정보시스템의 품질에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 특히 어떻게 하면 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키고 보증할 수 있는가가 초미의 관심사이다. 이러한 소프트웨어 품질 향상을 위한 연구도 나름대로 진행되어 오고 있다. 품질의 특성을 정의하고 이를 평가하고 측정할 수 있는 지표의 개발과 같이 품질관련 기술적 이슈는 상당히 많이 연구되어 왔다. 또한 외국에서 개발된 품질수준 또는 기준을 토대로 이를 국내 상황에 적용하려는 움직임도 있어왔다. 그러나 국내 소프트웨어 개발업체의 품질보증 활동에 대한 실증적 연구 즉 품질의 중요성에 대한 개발 요원의 인식, 품질보증을 위한 구체적 적용 실태 등에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 품질관리의 실태와 문제점을 기존 문헌을 토대로 분석한다. 아울러 이를 토대로 국내 개발요원과의 인터뷰를 통하여 국내 품질관리 수준의 향상을 위해 취해야 하는 노력을 제시하고자 한다.

The medical library, as a professional information center in relation to medical examination and treatment, research, and medical administration, should be operated under the rational and efficient library management. In that context, this study examines the theoretical underpinnings of the medical library management, and compares and analyzes, through direct visits, webpages, and statistical data, the current library operation of medical libraries in Seoul. This study also tries to make a managemental framework for the medical library by suggesting and discussing the result of this research.
