We researched about the relationship among the Purpose of Assessment Certificate System, the preparation result, certificate, and, the performance of the assessment certificate on the purpose of the empirical analysis. For the testing of a research model, we tested 170 samples that our colleges tested by The Assessment Certificate System. As a result of the analysis; there are positive and causal effect relationships among the three variables. This study result will expansion and help to maintain performance growth in the college. In the future, the research about the improvement of management performance are needed.

A full-scale test line was established to verify the electrical environmental interferences caused by the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole overhead transmission line with metallic return conductor, which is scheduled for construction in Korea and the fullscale test was conducted for one year. And through the human perception test of the DC electric-field under the HVDC Double Bipole line, the threshold value at which the human detects DC electric field was investigated to verify the validity of the design guide for the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole overhead transmission line. The polarity configuration of the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole test line was arranged diagonally with the same polarity in terms of the electrical environment disturbance and operation. The test line utilized the 6-bundle arrangement to prevent the corona discharge taking into account the domestic social acceptability. The test results show that the HVDC ±500 kV Double Bipole transmission line generated very little corona discharge from the conductors. Therefore, both DC electric field and ion current density met the domestic design guide for DC overhead transmission lines. Also, the human perception test of DC electric fields under the test line showed that 70% of participants did not recognize the DC electric field even when exposed to 23 kV/m.

This study aims to empirically verify the positive impacts of PB(performance-based) HRM on the organizational effectiveness in a public corporation. The independent variables are 'PB staffing', 'PB appraisal', 'PB compensation'. The dependent variables are 'JS(job satisfaction)', 'OC(organizational commitment)'. The results are as follows. 'PB staffing' shows positive impact on both 'JS' and 'OC', but 'PB compensation' doesn't show positive impact on both 'JS' and 'OC'. Also, it is found that both 'PB appraisal' and 'PB compensation' do not show positive impact on 'OC'. 'PB appraisal' shows positive impact on 'JS', though. From the empirical analysis, the positive effects of the PB-HRM on the organizational effectiveness are partially verified. It is thought that these mixed results are originated from the particular situation in which the surveyed corporation is placed. After the merger of the corporation in 2009, even though it has introduced various PB-HRM systems, it has been through a harsh time such as wage freeze and return as measures of business normalization. This organizational situation may influence the verification of effectiveness of the normal PB-HRM.

본 연구는 새로운 딜리버리 채널로 자리잡고 있는 웹사이트의 평가도구를 개발하고 각 웹사이트를 비교 분석하여 상대적 강점과 약점을 파악할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 인터넷 웹사이트 평가 도구는 주관적인 평가요소의 사용을 배제하고 접근성, 속도, 항해성, 컨텐츠 품질 등 객관적 평가도구를 이용하는 상대적 평가방법을 사용하였고, 제안된 평가도구를 이용하여 서울지역 42개 대학교 웹사이트의 상대적인 위치에 따른 평가 및 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 범용적 웹사이트 평가모델을 이용한 교육기관 웹사이트 평가에서 벗어나 교육기관 컨텐츠 특성에 맞는 평가도구를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

투자효율성을 중요시하는 R&D 패러다임에 따라, 우리나라 또한 국가R&D사업의 예산조정 및 배분의 기초자료로 활용되고 있는 국가R&D사업 평가결과의 신뢰성 확보를 위해, 2010년도를 기점으로 연구 성과의 양적 질적 우수성을 측정하기 위한 평가지표를 신설 또는 강화하는 등 성과평가체계 개발에 주력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년 제정된 "국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률"에 따라 시행되고 있는 국가R&D사업 자체평가 평가지표를 이론적으로 검토하고, 평가지표 중 4-1(계획된 성과의 양적 달성도)에 대한 실증분석을 통해 평가기법 상의 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점 보완을 통해 보다 정밀하고 합리적인 정량적 성과평가방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 소비자들의 광고평가과정을 정보처리능력의 관점인 사전지식과 정보처리동기의 관점인 관여도의 조절적 역할을 고려하여 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 인지자극과 감정자극이 동시에 제공된 광고에 대하여 소비자들의 인지적, 감정적, 행동의욕적 평가관계를 구조적으로 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 각 구조적 관계들을 사전지식수준과 관여도수준에 따라 그 상대적 역할들을 살펴보았다. 실증분석결과 본 연구는 기존의 DMH 모델을 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 광고에 대한 감정적 평가(Aad)에서 상표에 대한 인지적 평가(Cb)통해 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab)에 미치는 영향력의 정도는 관여도보다는 사전지식이 더 큰 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광고에 대한 감정적 평가(Aad)에서 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab) 그리고 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab)에서 상표에 대한 행동의욕적 평가(Ib)로의 영향력은 관여도가 중요 조절변수임을 확인하였다.

최근 들어 기술을 담보로 하는 신용금융의 역할이 증대되면서 자금지원 대상기업의 기술평가 시스템 구축이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 국내에서는 기업 보유의 기술경영성과를 측정하여 한정된 자원의 효율적 배분을 위한 민간 투, 융자를 위한 기술신용평가모형'이 제시되었다 본 연구에서는 기술신용평가모델의 평가항목 타당성을 실증 분석한다. 모형의 항목 분류가 적절하게 되었는지를 검증하기 위하여 구조적 타당성을 평가하며 통계적 유의성을 검증하여 신뢰성을 평가한다. 구조적 타당성 검정을 위해 확인 요인분석을 수행하며 평가모형의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해서는 다변량 통계방법 중의 하나인 판별분석을 수행한다. 본 연구는 기술개발 성공 및 부실발생의 예측력을 갖는 기술신용평가 시스템 구축을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

학술연구정보 서비스는 연구자의 연구 개발 과정에서 필수적으로 활용해야 하는 서비스이다. 그렇지만, 그 중요성에 비해 아직까지 학술연구정보 서비스에 대한 심도 깊은 사용성 평가가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 OntoFrame이라는 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반 학술연구정보 서비스 구현 과정에서 반복적인 사용성 평가를 수행함으로써 어떻게 서비스가 효용성과 사용성을 갖추어가는 지를 실증함으로써 사용성 평가의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 특히, 사용성 평가 목표에 따라 서비스 시안(Mock-up)을 대상으로 실시한 사용자 인터뷰 중심의 1차 사용성 평가와 서비스 프로토타입을 대상으로 실시한 학술연구 정보 서비스간 비교 평가 중심의 2차 사용성 평가를 상이하게 구성함으로써 사용성 관련 문제를 다양한 관점에서 도출할 수 있었다. 사용성 평가는 매 구현 단계마다 반복적으로 실시함으로써 본 학술연구정보 서비스의 사용성을 지속적으로 향상시킬 계획이다.

본 논문은 벤처기업을 합리적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가모형과 방법을 제시할 목적으로 코스닥 등록기업 중 무작위추출에 의해 선정된 99개 빈처기업을 분석표본으로 삼았으며 기업별 시장주가로 2000년 1월부터 2001년12월까지의 최고, 최저, 평균주가를 추출하였다. 본 논문에서는 벤처기업가치평가 모형으로 실물옵tus 평가 모형 쿵 성장옵션모형을 이용하여 각 기업의 현재가격, 행사가격, 변동성, 행사기간, 무위험이자율의 5개 변수로 벤처기업의 옵션가치를 산출하고 여기에 잔존가치를 현금흐름 할인법으로 한인 산출하여 그 값을 합하여 기업가치를 평가하였고 또한 현금흐름 할인법(DCF)을 이용하여 기업가치를 평가하였다. 여기에 사용된 각종 파라미터 값은 우리나라 벤처기업과 산업의 자료를 중심으로 추출하여 본 모형에 적용, 기업의 가치를 실증적으로 평가하였다.

This study is to provide overall evaluation and analysis of the Reading Culture Promotion Project by the National Library for Children and Young Adults, thus to present ways of development and new strategies. To serve this purpose, we have conducted empirical evaluation of 9 major projects using literature review, survey, Borich demand analysis and The Locus for Focus model analysis. As a result of the evaluation, the program was categorized into three groups: four projects to be continuously expanded in the future, three requiring some improvement and redirection, and two to be reviewed to determine whether to proceed or not. In addition, the results of the evaluation of the project were analyzed in depth to suggest ways to improve the Reading Culture Promotion Project which will be carried out at the National Library for Children and Young Adults.
