  • The purpose of this study was to test the effects of flip learning-based simulation practice education on the learning flow, learning confidence, communication skills, and clinical competence ability of nursing student. This study used a one group, pre-post test design. We collected the data from 65 4th grade nursing students. Flip learning-based simulation practice education was conducted from March 5th to April 17th, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The result of study were follows. After the flip learning-based simulation practice education, there were significant increased in learning flow(t=-7.548, p<.001), learning confidence(t=-9.163, p<.001), communication skills(t=-6.506, p<.001) and clinical competence(t=-6.733, p<.001). After the flip learning-based simulation practice, clinical performance was found to be positively correlated with learning flow(r=.627, p<.001), learning confidence(r=.513, p<.001) and communication skills(r=.328, p<.008). learning flow and learning confidence(r=.528, p<.001), communication skills and learning flow(r=.332, p<.007) also showed a positive correlation. Therefore, flip learning-based simulation practice education for nursing student could be effective nursing education method.

This is a study to evaluate the effect on communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation through a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning. From October 18, 2021 to December 11, 2021, 64 nursing students participated in the study using a structured Google questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the study, based on blended learning, the subjects' communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation were significantly increased after compared to before psychiatric and mental health nursing practice education. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the effect of the psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in self-efficacy, clinical performance ability, and critical thinking disposition after applying education integrated educational virtual reality simulation to training and outside school clinical practice to nursing college students and to provide them as basic data for effective practical education. This study was conducted from June 8 to July 3, 2020, and enrolled in the 3rd year of university in G city, and 30 subjects who did not receive virtual reality simulation training or outside school clinical training at all. Data were analyzed by Paired t-test. As a result of the study, the result of pretest and posttest to each group showed statistically significant improvements in self-efficacy, clinical performance ability, and critical thinking disposition. As a results of the study, education integrating virtual reality simulation training and clinical practice for nursing students to improves clinical performance ability, improves critical thinking, and self-efficacy, so it is thought that various virtual reality simulation training must be suitable for clinical situations before practice is necessary.

As for factors influencing the extraversion factors personality type, it turned out to have a significant level in satisfied with teach (p<0.001), satisfied with facility and satisfied with clinical practice (p<0.05). On the other hand, as for factors influencing the personality type of neurotic tendencies, it turned out to have a significant level in satisfied with practice content (p<0.05), satisfied with teach (p<0.001), satisfied with interpersonal (p<0.05) and satisfied with clinical practice (p<0.05). Therefore, it will be indispensable to conduct a personality type test during the period of university days, to increase satisfaction with clinical practice of students majoring in Dental hygienics. Moreover, based on the test results, it will be required to develop a variety of programs to strengthen a customized counseling program and improve interpersonal skills.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the responsibility & critical thinking disposition and identify influencing factors of clinical competence of nursing students who have completed clinical practice. Data collection was performed from Dec. 11th, 2019 to Dec. 13th. A total of 119 4th grade nursing students were selected. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. As a result of this study, the correlated factors of clinical competence included responsibility(r=.53, p<.001), critical thinking disposition(r=.71, p<.001). The factors influencing clinical competence were critical thinking disposition(𝛽=.56, p<.001), responsibility(𝛽=.32, p<.001), and clinical practice satisfaction(𝛽=.13, p=.012). These factors accounted for 52% of the clinical competence(p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply educational programs so that concrete and practical education for reinforcing critical thinking disposition and responsibility can be performed together with clinical practice.
