The study aims to develop teaching and learning media to raise up learners' interests and understanding during clothing class by providing a clothing swatch materials and its guide for applying to the unit of clothing in technology and home economics subject in middle school. To do so, clothing swatch materials, study sheet and guide were developed, applied and then analyzed for their effects. In this study, in order to figure out effects of class using clothing swatch materials on learning interest, learning necessity, learning understanding and academic achievements, the experiment was conducted for comparing and analyzing the learning interest, learning acceptance attitude and academic achievement between experiment group with using clothing swatch materials and control group without using the materials. The results of the study are as follows: First, the experiment group using clothing swatch materials shows higher learning interest than the control group without materials. Second, the experiment group showed higher learning acceptance attitude than the control group. Third, the experiment group achieved higher academic accomplishments than the control group.

There are various educational aids which we can use in classroom. In classes, video presenters have been used for presenting full-text book to screen. In this study, we developed an educational solution to support real-time video capture of contents of text-book using video presenter. If teachers use this solution, they can teach using real-time captured video of text-book in anytime, anywhere.

가상현실 기술은 다양한 유형으로 발전하고 있다. 해양경찰은 함정 조함 교육을 위해 두 가지 가상현실 환경에서 실습이 진행 중이다. 이 연구는 두 가지 가상 현실 환경에서 조함 교육효과가 어떻게 나타나는지 알기 위해 항해 위험성을 평가하고 분석하였다. 실물형은 데스크톱형보다 최근접거리가 더 길고, 대각도 타 사용 시간과 비상인지 시간이 더 길게 나타났다. 향후 해양경찰 함정 교육을 위한 최적의 가상현실 환경을 구축하고 확장하는데 기초자료로 활용할 예정이다.

Moving figures and piling up some boxes are newly the introduced studying contents in the 7th curriculum of mathematics and it will be able to form the sense of space of the students. Against the studying contents for the sense of space formation, the teachers of site speak instruction is very difficult and the student's scores are low. Elementary school mathematics studying which inclusive of figure studying is the most effective when they operate the actual object. But in the school site, the instruction with actual object is very difficult because many reasons. And web based studying data system which is for forming the sense of space the students is not abundant because it started initially. From this dissertation, studying contents will be taken out and web base figure studying system will be designed and embodied. The interaction will be active in the system. Student will be able to understand the principle by the medium of the animation from the system and they can improve their sense of space by the interesting game.

In this paper, I propose a presentation examples of the development of teaching materials using Arduino. For this purpose, a six-step low-cost microcontroller teaching-learning development model was used, the steps being topic selection, exploration of implementation methods, experimentation, production of teaching and learning materials, implementing lesson plans, and improvement. After analyzing the composition of the source code and circuits introduced in the existing Arduino book, this content was reconstructed to fit the programming education context. A simple method of constructing a circuit using materials such as Arduino and a piezo buzzer is proposed to save time on circuit composition. Using this circuit, examples of use in teaching-learning activities for various programming content elements are presented. The core concept of this study is that it provides a direct experience of the content of C language programming exercises that can only be found on existing screens.

This study presented basic data to be collected by the National Library for the Disabled in preparation for the construction of an independent library building and expansion of its scope. Due to legal and practical limitations, the National Library for the Disabled must invest annual budget to collect materials for the disabled and focus on purchasing them. In addition, it is necessary to establish a strategy for comprehensive collection of educational and academic resources, as well as retrospective materials. Accordingly, this study conducted basic research to comprehensively collect resources on the disabled based on the current collection development policy of the National Library for the Disabled. Ten institutions were selected for investigation, and trends in the publication and collection of materials related to disabled people and disability-related data were analyzed based on the data obtained from those institutions. The basic collection catalog presented can serve as foundational data to determine the resources to be collected by the National Library for the Disabled in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in classification skills shown in classification activities between the gifted and regular students in elementary schools. The subjects for the research consisted of six gifted students in an institute for the gifted for science annexed to P school district in Gangwon-do and 6 students at B and M general elementary schools. Results were as follows: The time taken for classification activities of the gifted was shorter than regular regardless of subjects for classifying. The number of standards for classifying for the gifted was more than regular students. Coefficient for measuring classification skills of the gifted was higher than regulars regardless of age. Consequently, there was a difference in the time taken for classifying and generating the number of standards and in a numerical index of classification activities performed at science classes between the science gifted and the regular students.

The purpose of this study is to provide the proper methods of presenting question materials for generate of various question by comparing type, level, objectivity, manipulation of question in the presenting methods of question phenomena. I selected and showed actual objects, movies, and photographs as ways of presenting question materials, to each of which three question tasks were assigned. The generated questions by students were compared. The results showed that the question of conjectural, predictive, methodological, exploratory, verificational, qualitative, quantitative, simple-manipulative, pre-manipulative questions turned out to have significantly higher average frequencies in the cases of the presentation of photographs and movies than in the cases of the presentation of actual objects. However, the question of post-manipulative questions turned out to have significantly higher average frequencies in the cases of the presentation of actual objects than in the cases of the presentation of photographs and movies. and There were no significant differences between individual methods of question task presentation in average frequencies with respect to causal and methodological, subjective questions. Thus, we have learned from this that methods of presenting question phenomena had influence on the students' question. This suggests that we should consider forms of presentation of question materials in planning the teaching-learning of question.

The most typical roles of libraries in their information societies are public access points to the networks, providing teaching and training, assisting in knowledge resource discovery, and knowledge providers. In order to fulfil these roles, libraries should be a ky element in national and local cultual policies. Effective policy making is the most important responsibility of libraries as well as national and local governments and one of library management tools for running the library. The purpose of this study is, therefore, to review the spectrum of the library and information policies in Korea and suggest some desirable directivities for library policy making.
