본 연구에서는 숭례문 화재를 재현하기 위한 실물 모형을 제작하여 화재의 전이과정 및 붕괴에 이르는 과정을 추론하여 보고자 하였다. 실험결과 시너의 폭발력에 의한 화염이 천정의 적심부분에 직접적인 화재 원인임을 예측 할 수 있었으며, 이에 따른 적심부의 계속적인 훈소과정을 거쳐 숭례문의 천정내부에 화재가 성장하였을 것으로 판단되었다.

Net present value (NPV) and return on investment (ROI) are commonly used to evaluate investment in new technologies. Sometimes, however, measuring the value of investment in new IT becomes very difficult due to its wide scope of application coupled with embedded options in its adoption. Therefore, comprehensive but easily understandable methodologies are needed to solve the complicated problems resulting from the complexity of new technologies. This paper employs a real option analysis to evaluate RFID adoption in the supply chain. Real options analysis should be a better way to evaluate a disruptive technology like RFID.

Many business managers claim that treasury management is their leading concern. Managing cash flows is the center of treasury management. However, in reality, companies has experienced the difficulty in monitoring and controling this flow initiated by business transactions. To resolve this problem, Webcash Inc. developed an innovative systems called Branch Solution. Branch Solution stands in between banking systems and a company's ERP system to connect them. This system provides the company with an ability to control the financial flow in accordance with the physical flow of materials. Due to this solution many companies accomplish a high efficiency and visibility in their cash management. This study analyses a treasury management case from the perspective of supply-chain processes integration.

The typical bonding methods which connect steel pipe pile and spread footing is bolted bonding method using +type cover plate for reinforcing a head of steel pipe pile. In this paper, stability of spread footing in pile foundation have been evaluated by loading test of +type cover plate for reinforcing a head of pile and hook type bonding method. The presents results from a series of pilot model test on vertically loaded piles foundation of bolted bonding method and hook type bonding method, pile foundation is identified to safety due to pile foundation exceed 8.5~21% which more than yield stress of steel pipe pile. As the results of horizontal loading tests, peak load of piles foundation of hook type bonding method has estimated in 41.1tonf and it was exceed about 33% which more than pile foundation of bolted bonding method.
