This study uses daily price data on three major types of crude oil (Brent, Dubai, and WTI) and BDI from January 2, 2009 to June 29, 2018, to compare the relationship between crude oil prices and BDI for rate of change and volatility. Unlike previous studies, the correlation between BDI and crude oil prices was analyzed both the rate of change and variability, VARs, Granger Causality Test, and the GARCH and DCC models were employed. The correlation analysis, indicated that the crude oil price change rate and volatility affect the BDI change rate and that BDI volatility affects the crude oil price change rate and volatility. The relationship between oil prices and BDI is identified, but their correlation is low, which is likely a result of lower dependence on crude oil as demand for natural gas increases worldwide and demand for renewable energy decreases. These trends could result in lower correlations over time. Therefore, focusing on the changing demand for raw materials in future investments in international shipping(real economy) and oil markets and macroeconomic analysis is necessary.

Design and fabrication of a sub-scale thrust chamber for verification of 7 tonf-class thrust chamber injectors were described in this paper. The 7 tonf-class thrust chamber consists of mixing head with 90 coaxial swirl injectors and regeneratively combustion chamber cooled by kerosene. The coaxial swirl injectors with different pressure drop and recess number were designed for 7 tonf full-scale thrust chamber. By applying the designed injectors to the sub-scale thrust chamber before applying them to the full-scale thrust chamber, the injector performance and functioning were verified. The sub-scale thrust chamber consists of 19 injectors, has chamber pressure of 70 bar, total propellant mass flow rate of 4.3 kg/s, mixture ratio(O/F) of 2.45.

In this study we have proposed the prototype of design support device for architectural design assessment using the building information modeling(BIM) data and the augmented reality(AR) technology. The proposed system consists of novel hardware composition with the transparent display, the mock-up model and the digital architectural model in the new shape of frame. The removal of background and the correction of viewer point in the capture video are proposed in order to use the transparent display in AR application. The BIM data formats are reviewed to be converted for using in AR application. Also the proposed system can be expanded to multi-user collaboration system from two user system through the suggested hardware and software compositions. The results of this study will be applied to use the mock-up model and digital architectural model in order to carry out the design assessment process efficiently and economically in the architectural design field.

With the development of the Internet, user authentication technology that proves me online is improving. Existing ID methods pose a threat of personal information leakage if the service provider manages personal information and security is weak, and the information subject is to the service provider. In this study, as online identification technology develops, we propose a DID-based self-authentication model to prevent the threat of leakage of personal information from a centralized format and strengthen sovereignty. The proposed model allows users to directly manage personal information and strengthen their sovereignty over information topics through VC issued by the issuing agency. As a research method, a self-authentication model that guarantees security and integrity is presented using a decentralized identifier method based on distributed ledger technology, and the security of the attack method is analyzed. Because it authenticates through DID Auth using public key encryption algorithms, it is safe from sniffing, man in the middle attack, and the proposed model can replace real identity card.

IT innovation, cultural revolution based on smart and social networks diversified sharing economy services. Due to the rising of business utilizing the sharing economy concept, it is important to better understand the motivational factors that drive and deterrent sharing economy services in the marketplace. Based on responses from 809 adult users, 3 drivers and 2 deterrents affecting intention to use of sharing economy services were identified. Then this study categorized sharing economy services as three types of segments based on consumer perceptions and subjectivity, and analyzed differencies of perceptions on motivational factors between groups. As a result, redistribution market group has shown meaningful different average scores on economic benefit, sustainability and social risk with other groups. Based on the empirical evidence, this study suggests several propositions for future studies and implications for sharing economy businesses on how to formulate optical strategies and manage users.

Video Incident Detection System is a detection system for the purpose of detection of an emergency in an unexpected situation such as a pedestrian in a tunnel, a falling object, a stationary vehicle, a reverse run, and a fire(smoke and flame). In recent years, the importance of the city center has been emphasized by the construction of underpasses in great depth underground space. Therefore, in order to apply Video Incident Detection System to a Double Deck Tunnel, it was developed to reflect the design characteristics of the Double Deck Tunnel. and In this paper especially, the fire detection technology, which is not it is difficult to apply to the Double Deck Tunnel environment because it is not supported on existing Video Incident Detection System or has a fail detect, we propose fire detection using color image analysis, silhouette spread, and statistical properties, It is verified through a real fire test in a double deck tunnel test bed environment.

올해 국내 실물경기는 수출 증가세가 점차 둔화되고, 내수도 소비의 둔화와 투자의 감소 전환 등의 영 향으로 완연한 하락세를 보였다. 내수는 설비투자와 건설투자가 크게 감소하면서 급속한 조정 양상을 보이고 있으며, 소비도 연 2%대 증가율로 떨어지면서 둔화세를 기록하고 있다. 수출은 물량의 증가세가 유지되고 있으나, 단가는 기저효과로 인한 유가상승 폭의 축소 등의 영향으로 상승률이 떨어지면서 증가세가 둔화되었다. 2019년 세계경제는 선진권의 경기둔화와 개도권의 성장률 정체가 예상되는 가운데 하방 리스크 요인으로 인해 제한적 성장이 예상된다. 선진권은 미국경제의 성장률 하락이 예상되는 한편, 일본과 유로권도 전년보다는 약간 낮은 성장률이, 중국은 연 6%대 초반까지 성장률 하락이 예상된다. 국제유가는 글로벌 경기 둔화에 따른 원유의 수요 감소와 미 달러화의 가치 상승 등 금융 요인이 하방 압력으로 작용하나, OPEC의 감산 지속과 지정학적 불안정성이 상승 요인으로 작용하면서 연평균 보합이 예상된다. 환율은 미 달러화의 강세기조가 2019년 상반기까지 이어질 것으로 예상되지만, 하반기에는 유럽 등지의 통화긴축 전환과 미국경기 둔화 등의 영향으로 달러화가 약세로 전환하면서 연평균 기준 소폭 상승할 것으로 기대된다. 2019년 국내경제는 수출과 투자가 글로벌 경기 둔화 등의 영향으로 소폭 증가에 그치고, 소비가 전년대비 둔화세를 보이면서 2018년보다 약간 낮은 2.6%의 성장률이 예상된다. 소비는 실질소득 감소와 고용 부진 등이 예상되고, 대외 불확실성으로 인한 체감경기 약화로 증가세가 둔화되나, 보건 복지 고용의 지출 확대, 유류세 인하 등 정부 정책은 실질구매력 제고에 긍정적 요인으로 작용할 전망이다. 설비투자는 대외 불확실성과 대내 구조적 취약성 등의 영향으로 인해 제한적인 증가세가 예상되며, 건설투자도 정부의 부동산시장 안정화 대책과 SOC예산 감축 등의 영향으로 감소세가 이어질 전망이다. 수출은 세계경기의 성장세 둔화로 인해 수출물량이 소폭 증가에 그치고, 반도체의 가격 하락과 국제유가의 횡보 전망 등으로 수출단가도 하락 압력이 커지면서 2018년 보다 낮은 3.7%의 증가율이 예상된다.

A man-made slope has been increased due to the construction of road. This slope lies at risk of rock falling, induced mostly by heavy rainfall. The MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) recommends the specific dimension of rockfall protection fence (post, wire-rope, and mesh) which should resist 48~61 kJ. However, the energy absorption capacity of each component of rockfall protection fence is not clearly presented. Hence, this study made an effort to compute the energy absorption capacity of each component in analytical and numerical method, and compared with each other.

In this paper, I propose a presentation examples of the development of teaching materials using Arduino. For this purpose, a six-step low-cost microcontroller teaching-learning development model was used, the steps being topic selection, exploration of implementation methods, experimentation, production of teaching and learning materials, implementing lesson plans, and improvement. After analyzing the composition of the source code and circuits introduced in the existing Arduino book, this content was reconstructed to fit the programming education context. A simple method of constructing a circuit using materials such as Arduino and a piezo buzzer is proposed to save time on circuit composition. Using this circuit, examples of use in teaching-learning activities for various programming content elements are presented. The core concept of this study is that it provides a direct experience of the content of C language programming exercises that can only be found on existing screens.

Recently, various prototypes for electronic commerce are realized and its related researches are active under the present condition which it is increasing for the reality of its extended applications. First of all, actual demands are increasing for more secure and efficient electronic payment systems. Electronic cash, one of the Electronic payment systems, must have several properties like real money. Blind signature scheme by D. Chaum stands for the methods of obtaining privacy. In this paper, we propose a method for obtaining the blind signature based on the Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems, where the crytosystems are known as solving some problems of conventional crytosystems in views of computation time and key space. Also, we present a method for the divisibility of the electronic cash using our proposal by re-signing spare cash. Thus applying the proposed method, we can develop an efficient electronic payment systems.
