The purpose of this study was to assess whether library field practicum has been effective in enhancing students' practical skills, to determine if the field practicum program was appropriately designed and implemented, and to derive improvement strategies. To achieve this, six major areas of library and information science and 30 detailed practical skills were identified. Subsequently, a survey was conducted on 19 fourth-year students majoring in library and information science at D University before and after their field practicum. The study results indicated changes in the importance of nine specific practical skills and in the perception of 15 skills. Consequently, it was observed that items of practical skills actually covered during the field practicum showed positive changes. However, for practical skills not addressed in the field, there was either no change or a negative change in perception of their importance. It appears that proactive and continuous efforts will be necessary to utilize these research findings in suggesting specific skills that students should cultivate during their practicum and in providing concrete practicum guidelines to effectively enhance these skills.

This study aims to improve the information service so that construction engineers and construction project participants without specialized knowledge can easily understand the important words and the interrelationships between them in construction practice. To this end, using text mining and network centrality, the frequency of occurrence of words, topic modeling, and network centrality in construction practice information such as technical information, case information, and cost reduction, which are most used in the Construction Technology Digital Library, were analyzed. Through this analysis, design, construction, project management, specifications, standards, and maintenance related to road construction such as roads, pavements, bridges, and tunnels were identified as important in construction practice. In addition, correlations were analyzed for words with high importance by measuring Degree Centrality and Eigenvector Centrality. The result was that more useful information could be provided if the technical information was expanded. Finally, we presented the limitations of the study results and additional studies according to the limitations.

요즘은 자동화가 발달됨에 따라 모든 산업에 있어서 고도의 기술과 폭넓은 지식이 요구되게 되었다. 이러한 세대의 요구에 대응하기 위하여는 전기기술자라 할지라도 전기지식 뿐만 아니라 다른 분야의 지식도 어느 정도 알아 두어야 할 필요가 있다. 특히 기계와는 밀접한 관계에 있으므로 더할 나위가 없다. 그래서 빌딩에 시설되어 있는 기계설비중 비교적 중요하게 다루어지는 펌프(Pump), 보일러(Boiler), 냉동기(冷凍機), 공기조절기(空氣調節機)등에 대해서 그 기초적 지식과 실무요점에 관하여 설명하기로 한다.

This study examined the relationship by empirically analyzing whether the suitability, importance, frequency, and difficulty of the job depends on the practical experience of medical skincare workers. The purpose of the project is to help efficiently perform the duties in the field. As analysis methods, frequency, factor, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA analysis were conducted. After looking at the suitability of the job according to the working experience of medical skincare workers, it was confirmed that skin beauty education was being used appropriately in the skincare job in medical skincare. The higher the frequency at the actual site of the job, the higher the importance, and the more difficult it was depending on the working experience. As the medical beauty industry grows, various studies on the jobs of medical skincare workers should be conducted to systematize them into professional jobs.

This study examines the perception of professionalism of the design practitioners working in the architectural design firms. Data from the survey questionnaire were collected from 271 participants. Major findings were as follows: 1) Professional ethics and research were the two most important components of the profession. 2) Experience was the most important factor determining pay, promotion, and competency. 3) Job-related educational program was most highly supported by the company. 4) Participants' perceptions toward licensing and professional association were negative. 5) Self-accomplishment and aptitude were the main reasons to choose the profession. 6) Independent attitudes were found toward intellectual property. 7) Participants felt proud of their job but thought their social status was below medium.

최근 급진전되고 있는 인터넷의 광대역화와 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 수요확대 그리고 인터넷 이용자의 급증 등으로 인터넷 트래픽은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 최선형 패킷교환방식인 현 인터넷은 급증하는 네트워크 수요를 감당하기에 이미 기술적 한계를 드러내고 있을 뿐 아니라, 네트워크 확장을 통하여 급증하는 트래픽을 수용하는 것도 경제적으로 한계수위에 도달하고 있다. 따라서 네트워크 수요 대비 공급량의 불균형으로 인터넷망에서의 혼잡(congestion)문제가 점차 중요한 이슈로 제기되고 있으며, 이런 문제의 해결방안으로 네트워크공급을 늘리거나, 초과수요를 줄이는 방안에 대한 논의와 구체적인 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 간단한 기술 경제학적 모형을 이용하여 혼잡의 원인과 이에 대한 해결방향에 대하여 분석적인 설명을 시도하였다. 특히 본 고에서는 인터넷 혼잡의 원인이 '부정적 네트워크 외부성' 이 존재하기 때문이며, 실무적으로 혼잡문제 해결의 대표적인 대안으로 적용되고 있는 네트워크의 용량확대는 혼잡해결의 근본적인 대안이 되지 못하고, 반면 실무적으로 별로 주목받고 있지 않는 네트워크 투자를 최소화하고 트래픽을 통제할 수 있는 '혼잡세'를 부과할 수 있는 요금제 도입이 효율적인 혼잡 해결방안 임을 밝히고 있다.

국내 차세대원자로 안전규제기술요건 개발방향 설정의 일환으로서 USNRC가 추진중인 각종 규제개선 프로그램의 중요내용들을 분석하고 향후 규제요건 개발 시 고려방향을 제시하였다. 안전에 여유가 있는 요전의 완화/제거, 규제평가그룹 권고이행, PRA 실무그룹 권고이행 및 안전심사지침 개정 프로그램 등 USNRC의 주요 규제개선 프로그램 분석을 통해 규제개선 대상 분야를 도출하고 향후 차세대원자로 안전규제기술요건 정립에 활용할 수 있도록 중요 개선항목에 대한 고려방향을 제시하였다.

This study obtains design assessment indexes that should be considered in order to improvements of the public space was to analysis the importance in the public officials/academics and practitioners side. Obtained assessment topics in accordance with characteristic of public space through previous research to them and after a detailed selection indicators was so lead through the FGI. Derived surface was subjected to the significance analysis AHP through the survey expert. For this study, the importance of the public space are working professionals usability, publicness, environment, connectivity, identity, spatiality the order, public officials/academics usability, environment, connectivity, identity, spatiality, publicness the order. In addition, professionals working in the comprehensive analysis of the most important priority was to recognize safety, public officials/academics of the most important element appeared to have cleanliness. The results obtained in this study will be used as an index that can be used in planning and evaluation for consideration of the next improvement of public space.
