To plan a software project, the manager (1)make a work breakdown structure (WBS), (2) estimate efforts for each task, (3) assign employee to each task, and (4) estimate overall schedule. When software project becomes complicated, the possible combination of WBS, effort, and employee assignments dramatically becomes larger. Software planning tool can help software project managers to deal with this complexity. In this research, we discuss with a group of experts who work in software industry, to elicit practical requirements that should be considered in the software planning technique. Considering these requirements, we develop a software project planning tool APP (Automatic Project Planner) which provide effort estimation based on historical knowledge data and automatic human resource allocation. Our technique can be the basis of reasonable and practical software project planing.

본 연구에서는 선형계획법 프로그램을 실무용과 교육용 모두 사용할 수 있는 사용자 편의성이 강조된 선형계획법 통합환경 프로그램인 LIPED를 개발하였다. LIPED는 첫째, 풀다운(Pull Down) 메뉴 방식의 선형계획법 통합환경, 둘째, 선형계획법의 교육을 위해 여러가지 선형계획법해법 들을 통합하여 구축하였다. 셋째, 실무용으로 사용할 수 있는 안정적이고 효율적인 선형계획법 프로그램을 제공한다. 마지막으로 실험용 선형계획법 문제를 생성할 수 있는 기능과 다양한 선형계획법 입력 방식과 각 방식이 호환되도록 구축하였다. 그리고 추후연구로 교육용 LP에 Affine Scaling Algorithm, Barrier Algorithm을 추가하고, UNIX System 또는 Windows 환경하에서 통합 프로그램의 개발 및 수식 형태의 입력방식과 스프레드쉬트(Spreadsheet) 형식의 입력방식 등의 다양한 입력방식의 지원과 전문가의 지식을 연결하여 해법 선택 및 모형 구축 등을 지원할 수 있는 지능형 선형계획법 지원시스템을 구축하고 있다.

최근 홍수범람해석에 대한 필요성이 점차적으로 증대되면서 다양한 해석모형과 프로그램들이 개발되었고 현재까지도 홍수범람분석에 관한 활발한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 다양한 홍수범람해석 Tool의 이해도 부족과 양질의 지형자료 부족으로 인한 실제 지형 구축시 상당한 수작업과 시간소요 등의 다양한 문제점을 내포하고 있어 실무 엔지니어들에게 널리 적용되는데 있어 걸림돌이 되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 CAD를 기반으로 1차원 수리모형인 HEC-RAS를 자체 내에 통합함으로서 CAD환경에서 1차원 수리모형인 HEC-RAS 구동이 가능한 RiverCAD를 이용하여 실무적 요구빈도가 높은 중소규모 자연하천을 대상으로 홍수위 모의 후, 홍수범람도 작성 순의 홍수범람해석을 수행함으로서 CAD기반의 통합 해석 TOOL의 효율성과 적용성을 검토하였으며, 실무적 관점에서 하천과 관련한 각종 기본계획 및 지자체별 풍수해저감종합계획 등의 수립 시 많이 이용되는 수치지도를 활용하여 축척별로 제내지 지형의 DTM을 구성함으로서 홍수범람해석 결과를 비교 검토함으로서 계획의 목적과 범위에 따라 합리적인 결과를 도출 할 수 있는 수치지도의 축척을 제시하였다.

국립공원, 각급공원의 이론정립이 미흡한 실정에 비추어 산업경제일반의 조사연구에서 국토.지역.산업입지등 국토이용계획과 국립공원에 관한 조사 계획등에 이르기까지 광범한 실무활동에서 얻은 필자의 경험이 관심 있는 분들의 참고가 될가하여 지나치게 전문적인 부분만을 제외하고 다음 차례로 연재한다.

바람직한 도시의 건설계획을 위해 2차원 적인 도면의 활용은 한계가 있다. 지방자치단체의 도시계획심의와 민원의 처리에도 3차원 도시모델을 활용하는 추세에 있다. 현장에 가지 않고 사무실에서 업무를 처리하기 위해서는 정밀한 3차원 지형모델이 구축되어야 한다. 또한 건물의 3차원모델링도 신속하고 편리한 방법을 이용해야만 실무에 활용이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 고해상 고정밀 3차원 지형모델링은 물론 스케치업을 이용한 효율적인 건물모델링방법 강구하여 실무에 적용가능성을 제시하였다.

이 논문은 건강관리와 간호에 있어서 현재 발전하고있는 경향과 맥락내에서 연구, 실무 및 이론 사이의 상관관계에 관하여 논하였다. 연구-실무-이른의 삼위일체의 연결고리를 위한 접근의 다양성에 대하여 기술하였다. 교육, 협력활동, 파트너쉽, 협동임명과 교수임상근무, 실무에 있어서 이른 적용의 문제점 또한 언급하였다. 이론과 연구를 풍부하게 하기 위한 방법과 연구에 기초한 지식을 실무에 적용하기 전 실무환경에 적절하게 사용될 수 있게 부가된 검증이 필요하다. 또한 실무환경에 지식을 적용, 평가, 반복함으로써 체계적이고 계획된 변화노력이 이루어져야 한다. 세계화와 국제화의 시각 및 모든 사람에게 국경을 초월하여 건강관리를 증진시키기 위하여 협력적인 연구활동이 특별히 요청된다.

This study investigates the practitioners' perception of Landscape Education in the universities in order to satisfy the demands of the rapidly changing industry. The survey was conducted for 257 practitioners to analyze the overall perception of Landscape Education, the importance and utilization of each course in universities, and the importance and utilization of each landscape process step. The overall perception of Landscape Education was slightly negative, and more practical education was demanded to improve the students' adaptability on the job. Practitioners suggested that universities should teach more practical expertise and related fields. They re-educated deficient aspects such as practical skills, computer techniques and legislational knowledge through the new employee training. The survey also showed that professors should be most responsible for a better education; however, students and practitioners have to endeavor together. According to the findings, planting design, landscape design, landscape materials, landscape planning and landscape construction as well as management were important. They are also considered as practical courses. However, practitioners perceived that university education was not sufficient for the constructional process. This means that Landscape Education in the universities has been more focused on planning and design. Because the universities are essentially for the research and study, changing the curriculum as practitioners suggested is not necessary. Nevertheless, it suggests for more practical education and balanced curriculum including construction and management that should be seriously considered. This study was focused on the practitioners' perception. Many of the respondents were from Seoul metropolitan area, therefore, it's hard to generalize the findings. A further study should be considered that would include instructors as well as students.
