Measurement and Analysis for the Lighting Environment of Indoor Gymnasium (옥내운동장 조명환경 측정 및 분석)

  • 본 연구는 A체육대학교 옥내운동장 5곳을 선정하여 현재의 조명환경을 파악하고 수평면 및 수직면 조도를 측정하고 분석하였다. 고천장인 실내테니스장 배드민턴장, 핸드볼장과 저천장인 유도장과 탁구장을 선정하여 측정한 결과 평균조도는 실내테니스장 483[lx] 배드민턴장 272[lx], 핸드볼장 471[lx], 유도장 284[lx], 탁구장 370[lx]로 기준조도보다 상당히 낮게 측정되었다. 수직연 조도와 균제도도 권장치보다 낮게 나왔으나 연습경기장이므로 수평면조도를 충분히 보완한다면 연습하는 데는 큰 무리가 것으로 보인다. 전반적으로 조명환경이 열악하고 설비가 노후화되어 있으므로 시설보수 시 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 종목별 경기특성에 맞는 환경을 갖추도록 연구검토가 필요할 것으로 판단되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 실내조명을 이용해 휴대폰 배터리 등의 충전기기를 효율적으로 충전하기 위한 방법을 연구하였다. 형광등 아래에서 태양전지의 저전압 출력을 에너지 하베스팅 용으로 개발된 초저전력 승압컨버터 칩으로 승압하여 저장커패시터를 충전하고 충전전압이 3.3 V가 되면 자동적으로 LED가 켜지고 방전하여 2.8 V가 되면 LED가 자동적으로 꺼지는 실험회로를 구성하여 실험하였다. 실험결과 형광등에 의한 350 lux 조도에서는 $60cm^2$ 크기의 태양전지를 이용하여 일반적인 스마트폰 대기소모전류(${\simeq}10mA$)의 5.7% 정도를 얻을 수 있었으며, 직사광선이 닿지 않는 실내 창가 1000 lux 조도에서는 12% 정도의 전류를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Recently, Light Emitting Diode(LED) light is changing the light equipment, which was considered just as a power-controlled device in home-network, into a IT convergence device by combining illumination function with wireless communication. As a result, Visible Light Communication(VLC) becomes a more practical solution to ubiquitous networks due to the more spread of LED light. One of representative applications using VLC is a VLC-based indoor navigation system which can provide high-accuracy indoor localization. In this paper, we model and implement a VLC based-indoor navigation system in which a fluorescent light type of LED lamp, which is normally used in large buildings, and smart devices, which are usually used by users, are utilized as main components for indoor navigation. Subsequently, it is expected that the paper can contribute to make VLC applications be more active.

  • Light is an important environmental element for people to live and do creative activities in residential areas. Especially, people are used to live under artificial light in artificial interior surroundings for the most times. Currently, the lighting quality of residential areas has been improved, but it still does not reach to the recommended level because the luminous environment of present residential areas is only based on the life behavior which puts its priority to clear vision. Therefore, it is necessary that proper standard illumination must be used for various uses and purposes. From this point of view, this paper investigated the essence of light in residential areas, and the luminous environment for apartments was measured This paper finally established well-coordinated standard illuminance, derived from the measurement and analysis of luminous environment from these cases.

  • This study is a technology related to a lighting lamp that illuminates indoor or outdoor lighting with light. In more detail, a see-through window is created in all directions on a case constituting the exterior, and a jade stone processed in a thin panel form is attached to the see-through window. By constructing a lighting lamp, since the soft light is irradiated indoors or outdoors through the jade stone, it provides comfort and warmth to the user, enhances the indoor or outdoor interior effect, emits far-infrared rays and negative ions, and emits a subtle floral scent It is a technology for lighting lamps using jade stones that emit. The characteristics of the product of this research and development is that the viewing window is formed in all directions on the case constituting the exterior, and the lighting lamp is composed by attaching the processed jade stone in the form of a thin panel to the viewing window. It is meaningful that they studied lightings using jade stones that generate sounds such as Buddhist scriptures, the Bible, and Sijo.

  • Lighting that installed in large buildings detects a movement of passer using human-detecting sensor or occupancy sensor. It can turn on lighting automatically using sensor when there is any movement and turn off when there is no movement to reduce unnecessary power consumption. However, there is a problem of malfunction due to improper location of the sensor. Also the case of passage, even after passing through the passage, lighting is turned on for a long time. It does not reduce the power consumption efficiently. In this paper, we propose a method to control lighting by estimating the position of the passer. According to the result simulated in one passage, it is confirmed that the time of turning on the lighting is reduced about 7 minute compared to existing methods.

  • In this paper, we present an indoor positioning system based on light emitting diode (LED). Because LED is a semiconductor light emitting device, we can easily switch and modulate electrical signals into lightwave signals at high speed using LEDs. We assigned unique 8-bit ID address to each LED lights. Photo diode receives data from 16-LED lights and takes correlation coefficient beteween received data and each LED-ID. Using correlation coefficient, proposed positioning system shows resolution of 50 cm in dimensions of $4\;m\;{\times}\;4\;m\;{\times}\;2\;m$.

  • In this paper, in order to economize energy inside the vertical-type water treatment plant, a chamber-illumination-LED control board, which operates via nature light or human's touches, is proposed. Moreover, this illumination control process is contrived to be wirelessly monitored in real-rime. In addition, Zigbee communication code is programmed to implement the control board's function of wireless data transmission and automatic LED brightness control. The presented control method contrives brightness to be adjusted in real-time by dimming control, which means nature light changes control, so that the interior energy can realize the maximum energy conservation.

A Study on the Indoor Comfort Control By Smart Comfort Algorithm (스마트 쾌적 알고리즘을 적용한 실내 쾌적 제어에 대한 연구)

  • Thermal comfort is one of the fundamental aspects of indoor environmental quality and it is strongly related to occupant satisfaction and energy used in building. In this paper, we proposes smart comfort algorithm that save energy and provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for workers by the indoor comfort conditions(Predictive Mean Vote) detection and controlling the temperature and humidity, air flow. Simulation results, heating and cooling control of the thermal comfort control can be compared with the existing general air conditioners reduces the power of 0.5kW and indoor comfort can be maintained. Also, It showed a 49.2% improvement in the light by lighting control algorithm.
