Based on the qualitative analysis, 4 factors of dance giftedness were operationally defined and test items were initially developed accordingly. The preliminary test data obtained from 206 dancers was analyzed, using item analysis and a series of reliability analyses. In order to dancer the construct validity, four exploratory factor analyses were conducted for 54 items, resulting in 20 items of 4 factors; physique, dance attitude Expressiveness and creativity, movement ability. A confirmatory factor analysis conducted for 292 dancers to test the goodness-of-fit of 4 factor model revealed a satisfactory level of $x^2$, Q, root mean square residual(RMR), goodness of fit index(GFI), Tucker-Lewis index(TLI), comparative fit index(CFI), root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA). The concurrent and cross validity indices proved the validity of 20 items of 4 factors.

The purpose of this study was to categorize conflict resolution by exploring the conflict experiences of the elderly who participate in jobs for the elderly to create an elderly-friendly village. This study applied grounded theory, a qualitative research method, For data collection, a FGI was conducted by sampling 5 elderly job participants in ◯◯-dong, ◯◯-gu, Seoul. The data were analyzed according to the paradigm model of Strauss & Corbin(1998). As a result of the analysis, causal conditions were social, economic, psychological and physical motivations for participation and contextual conditions were economic difficulties, social disconnection, and differences in life experiences influenced the initiation of conflict. The core phenomena were conflict initiated by 'the difference between experience and role' and 'the difference in psychosocial relationship skills', and the intervention condition were the activation of interpersonal relationships through communication to resolve the conflict, social integration through the use of capabilities, It appeared as a regular social activities. The interaction strategy emerged as a strategy for resolving conflict for senior citizen jobs through education, mutual support for building trust, and successful senior-friendly village program operation. The consequences, it was found that job conflicts for the elderly were alleviated by finding one's life, activating community exchanges, increasing a sense of achievement, and growing a sense of community. In conclusion, the conflict resolution types for senior citizens were classified into educational solution type, mutual support solution type, and success experience solution type.

Self-driving is meaningful activity for older persons because it enlarges the range of activity and provides opportunities for social participation. Driving is a complex activity that requires integration of physical, cognitive and sensory functions and is influenced by human and psychological factors. Age related functional deterioration affects the driving ability of older drivers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the risk of accidents and driving cessation of elderly drivers through systematic literature review. MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, KoreaMed, Pubmed were used for searching articles published from 2007 to 2017. 'aged', 'aging', 'automobile driving', 'age factors' were used as search terms and 18 articles were finally selected for analysis among 1,458 articles. In result of the study, the most significant effect showed in the physical domain, the driving habit and the performance function. The most frequent used tools evaluated driving habit and the cognitive function. In demographic characteristics, there was a correlation with the driving discontinue according to sex and age. This study emphasizes the necessity of preparing measures for safety driving with elderly. In addition, it suggests the necessity of systematically services such as individual education programs based on various driving cessation related factors of the elderly.

Graphical passwords using images have been developed to solve problems in text based password recognition. The basic recognition process scheme of graphical passwords is clicking certain points on the screen image in correct order. In this pre-developed method of graphical passwords the recognition will fail if the precise positions are not clicked. A new graphical password system called PassPositions is introduced in this paper. PassPositions is a new graphical password scheme which is using relative positions never used earlier graphical password schemes. PassPositions is a graphical password scheme based on universal design that everybody can use conveniently without regarding their physical conditions.

본 논문의 정보소외계층 위한 웹 접근성 기법에 관한 연구에서는 웹 접근성(web accessibility)의 세부항목을 준수하는 웹사이트를 구축하여 신체적 장애를 가진 사람이 일반 사람과 동일하게 웹사이트를 편리하고 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 구현하고 운영하였다. 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성 규칙을 준수하여 올바르게 설계되어 개발되고 편집되어 있을 때 모든 사용자들은 정보와 기능에 동등하게 접근할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 실험 사이트로 구축하며 준수한 웹 접근성은 시각에 대하여 실명, 색각 이상, 다양한 형태의 저 시력을 포함한 시각 장애와 이동성에 대하여는 파킨슨병, 근육병, 뇌성마비, 뇌졸중과 같은 조건으로 인한 근육 속도 저하, 근육 제어 손실로 말미암아 손을 쓰기 어렵거나 쓸 수 없는 상태와 청각에 대하여는 귀머거리, 청각 장애와 발작에 대하여는 깜박이는 효과나 시각적인 스트로보스코프를 통해 일어나는 간질성 발작과 인지능력에 대하여는 문제 해결과 논리 능력, 집중력, 기억력에 문제가 있는 정신 지체 및 발달 장애, 학습 장애 (난독증, 난산증 등)에 대한 지침 규정이다.

The oriental medical treatment has many strong points when compared to the western medical treatment, but there are still problems when there is no scientific proof given concerning the effectiveness of a certain treatment. Moreover, experiments are being conducted where new medical treatments applied to patients suing both oriental and western techniques. Especially, in oriental acupuncture, there is no objective data on which an oriental medicine doctor can decide the injection time for acupuncture needle by considering a patients body condition, age and the condition of the diseases. From computer simulation results, it has been that the electronic needle is more efficient than the conventional method of acupuncture needle.

본 논문에서는 실세계에서의 사용자 동작을 가상 공간의 캐릭터를 통해 나타낼 수 있는 제어 방법에 대해 논한다. 사용자의 캐릭터는 스테레오 카메라 영상으로부터 얻어지는 5개의 3차원 좌표값을 이용하여 표현된다. 영상에서 구하는 3차원 좌표값은 노이즈를 포함하는 불안정한 데이터이므로 자연스럽고 부드럽게 변형할 수 있도록 프레임 내에서 보정 작업이 필요하다. 보정 후 안정된 위치 데이터는 부드럽게 변형할 수 있도록 프레임 내에서 보정 작업이 필요하다. 보정 후 안정된 위치 데이터는 신체 제약조건을 만족하는 범위에서 동역학(inverse kinematic)을 이용하여 관절각 데이터로 변형한다. 하지만 이 방법은 수학적인 계산을 통해 나온 결과이기 때문에 때때로 사용자가 운하지 않는 동작을 만들어 내는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 관절각 제약조건을 만족하는 데이터만으로 보간 작업을 한다.

Object recognition is one of the key technologies of the monitoring system for the prevention of various intelligent crimes. The height is one of the physical information of a person, and it may be important information for identification of the person. In this paper, a method which can detect pedestrians from CCTV images and estimate the height of the detected objects, is proposed. In this method, GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model) method was used to separate the moving object from the background and the pedestrian was detected using the conditions such as the width-height ratio and the size of the candidate objects. The proposed method was applied to the CCTV video, and the height of the pedestrian at far-distance, middle- distance, near-distance was estimated for the same person, and the accuracy was evaluated. Experimental results showed that the proposed method can estimate the height of the pedestrian as the accuracy of 97% for the short-range, 98% for the medium-range, and more than 97% for the far-range. The image sizes for the same pedestrian are different as the position of him in the image, it is shown that the proposed algorithm can estimate the height of pedestrian for various position effectively.

Different eye-heights due to individuals' body heights may cause different sensory experiences against the same visual scene, eventually leading to their longer-term psycho-social and developmental individual differences. Accordingly, the present study compared sensory properties of photographs for the same scene taken from two different camera-heights (i.e., eye-heights). Two sets of photographs were taken in parallel from two cameras attached to a different height on the same pedestrian's body. Analysis of the photographs revealed that both the levels of visual saliency and complexity were greater for the photographs taken from the high eye-height than those from the low eye-height. The results indicate a possible difference in sensory properties of visual scenes perceived from two different heights, potentially exposing taller individuals to richer and more diverse sensory experiences than shorter individuals.

We examine the effects of the self-reported subjective and the objective health indexes on work compensations. The compensations consist of monetary factors, such as wages, and non-monetary factors reflecting job risks such as the workplace accidence. The wages and workplace injuries are clearly affected by gender and age differences as the subjective and objective health factors of elderly workers are combined with physical and systematic work environments. Mental health problems such as work depression are more serious especially for high income elderly groups. The elderly workers experienced with physical problems and chronic illnesses are led to the decrease in wages and the increase in safety accident risks at work sharply. Therefore, we need to provide supporting services, retirement planning designed by companies, supported by the government enhanced risk working conditions and the weakness on protecting jobs.
