  • 정보보호에 있어 다양한 정보수집과 공유는 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 요소다. 정보공유와 협력은 사이버 공간의 안전을 책임지는 KISA에게 가장 중요한 부분이며, 실제로 KISA에서는 광범위한 정보 수집을 위해 많은 기업.기관들과 끊임없이 정보를 교류하고 있다. 대응지원팀은 KISA가 침해사고 예방과 신속한 대응을 위한 정보교류, 즉 정보 네트워크의 중심에 서 있을 수 있도록 활약하는 팀이다.

  • 기업이나 기관의 네트워크, 시스템에 침해사고 발생 시 신속한 대응과 예방활동을 펼치는 조직을 CERT(Computer Emergency Response Team)라고 한다. 국내 기업들 가운데 정보보호의 중요성을 깨닫고, IT 자산 보호의 일환으로 적지 않은 기업이 정보보호팀을 운영하고 있지만, 정작 CERT라는 이름을 내걸고 보안활동을 펼치는 기업은 그리 많지 않다. 그런 의미에서 지난해 개최된 정보보호대상에서 우수상을 차지한 현대정보기술은 국내에서 CERT라는 이름을 가진 몇 안 되는 기업 중 하나다.

한국형 사이버 위협 정보 공유 기술 및 발전 방향

  • 사이버 보안 위협은 점차 은밀화·고도화되고 있어 단일 솔루션으로 탐지·분석이 어렵고, 파편화된 정보만으로 대응하는 데 한계가 있다. 이에 대응하기 위하여 글로벌 보안업체들은 CTA를 구성하여 신속 위협대응 체계를 구축하고 있다. 국내에서도 이에 발맞추어 다수의 보안 업체 및 기관들이 협업하여 2017년부터 3년간 Security Analytics 기반의 이기종 보안 솔루션 위협 분석 및 대응 기술 개발 과제를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 해당 과제의 수행성과 중 CTI 및 정보 공유 체계를 중심으로 정리하고 이를 통해 도출된 시사점과 현재 진행 방향을 정리하고자 한다.

Research on Rapid Disaster Prevention Measures due to Leakage During Transport of Hydrochloric Acid Tank Lorry (염산 탱크로리 운송 중 누출에 따른 신속 방재방안 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose is to find the optimal way to quickly block the leak in the event of a leak accident in a tank lorry transporting hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, a hazardous chemical, and to carry out effective disaster prevention work to minimize damage caused by the leak. Method: We organized the overall characteristics of hydrochloric acid and accidents that occurred during transportation by accident type and cause, and created a small tank that can be tested assuming a leak situation in a hydrochloric acid tanker, creating an environment similar to the leak situation, and leaking in various ways. I would like to experiment and organize blocking methods. Result: Through experiments, an effective leak blocking method was confirmed. We would like to summarize measures to quickly block a leak in the event of a leak and present the optimal disaster prevention plan that can be applied at the accident site. Conclusion: It has been confirmed that using a combination of adhesive tape and magnets is more effective in blocking leaks. Rapid response is possible by repeatedly training business emergency response teams and product transporters to appropriately select and respond to leak-blocking equipment. Additional research on various leak prevention methods is needed in the future.

  • 인공위성은 전자와 양자들로 인한 방사현상, 위치에 따른 온도변화 및 진공에 의한 영향 등 극한 우주 환경에서 동작하므로 항상 위험에 노출되어 있다. 특히 저궤도 관측위성은 지구와의 통신이 제한적이기 때문에 위성에 문제가 발생할 경우 신속한 대응이 어려워 질 수 있다. 따라서 위성을 설계할 때에 다양한 오류 상황을 예상하고 이에 대비하여 비상 시 운영 가능한 방안을 마련해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어적인 비상 운영 방법을 제안한다. 위성에서 발생하는 오류를 기록하여 지상으로 전달하는 방법과 긴급한 문제가 발생 하였을 경우 주요 파라 미터를 확인하여 위성에서 조치를 취할 수 있는 방법에 대해 소개하도록 하겠다.

Team Project Activity and Satisfaction in Business Education (경영학 수업에서 팀 프로젝트활동과 수업만족에 관한 연구)

  • Since 2010, the universities in Korea have been faced severe difficulties on the selection of students and on the delivery of high quality education services, as the number of students is reduced and the college entrance rate is declined. To solve these problems, the universities have introduced the various and professional education services such as team-based projects, case study, e-learning, action learning, etc. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of team-based project learning on the student's satisfaction in business education. The 4 factors(team cohesiveness, teamwork, team performance and goal achievement) are measured by using questionnaire survey and data are collected from 134 students(34 teams) for 4 subjects. The results show that the structure of team cohesiveness${\rightarrow}$teamwork${\rightarrow}$student's satisfaction is statistically significant, and that team performance and goal achievement are not significant. The student's satisfaction in team-based project learning would highly be related with team cohesiveness.

  • 본 연구는 SCM의 전략적인 성공적인 운영을 위하여 선행연구를 통해 SCM의 성공요인을 도출하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 상장기업 중 공급망 관리를 추진하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 데이터로 실증 분석을 하였다. 실증 분석 결과 SCM의 주요 성공요인은 "CEO의 리더십 SCM 의지", "SC간 정보공유", "상황변화에 신속공동 대응", "SCM 전담팀의 구성", "SC간 협업", "파트너 간 상호신뢰" 요인으로 함축 되었으며 SCM에 대한 주요 성공요인이 변화 관리적인 측면에서 지속적으로 추진되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

Factors Influencing the Activation Time of the Rapid Response Team (신속대응팀의 활성화 시간에 영향을 주는 요인)

  • Purpose: The rapid response team is a patient safety system that detects symptoms and signs of deteriorating inpatients and provides intervention and treatment. This study analyzed the factors influencing the activation time of the team. Methods: This is a descriptive correlation study that analyzed the electronic medical records of patients activated by the rapid response team. The collection period was from January 2014 to December 2017. We analyzed 278 pieces of data activated by the rapid response team for patients aged 16 years or older at C University S Hospital in Seoul. We employed the SPSS 23.0 program for data analysis. Results: The reasons for activation of the rapid response team were oxygen saturation of less than 90.0%, other causes, and change in consciousness. The most common diagnosis of activated patients was respiratory failure (32.4%). The average activation time was 153.43±286.05 min. The activation time was shortest during convulsions (13.29±7.32 min). For patients with a history of kidney disease (B=0.58, p=.008), in case of surgery (B=0.55, p<.001), if the first symptom is mediated by the physician (B=0.53, p=.007) the active time is often extended. On the other hand, activation time is reduced when consciousness changes (B=-0.51, p=.002), especially when oxygen saturation is below 90.0% (B=-0.64, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that patients deteriorating in the general ward would be recognized early, which will help in the effective activation of the rapid response team.

A Study on the Establishment of Metaverse-based Police Education and Training Model (메타버스 기반 경찰 교육훈련모델 구축 방안에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This study proposes a Metaverse-based police education and training model that can efficiently improve the performance of various police activities according to changes in the environment of the times. Method: The structure of this system can generate Avatar Controller expressed using HMD and haptic technology, access the Network Interface, and educate and train individually or on a team basis through the command control module, education and training content module, and analysis module. Result: In the proposed model of this study, the command and control module was incorporated into individual or team-based education and training, enabling organic collaborative training among team members by monitoring the overall situation of terrorism or crime in real time. Conclusion: Metaverses-based individual or team-based police education and training can provide a more efficient and safe education and training environment based on immersion, interaction, and rapid judgment in various situations.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic is not over despite the emergency use authorization as can see recent COVID-19 daily confirmed cases. The viruses are not only difficult to diagnose and treat due to random mutations, but also pose threat human being because they have the potential to be exploited as biochemical weapons by genetic manipulation. Therefore, it is inevitable to the rapid antibody-based therapeutic platform to quickly respond to future pandemics by new/re-emerging viruses. Although numerous researches have been conducted for the fast development of antibody-based therapeutics, it is sometimes hard to respond rapidly to new viruses because of complicated expression or purification processes for antibody production. In this study, a novel rapid antibody-based therapeutic platform using single B cell sorting method and mRNA-antibody. High immunogenicity was caused to produce antibodies in vivo through mRNA-antigen inoculation. Subsequently, antigen-specific antibody candidates were selected and obtained using isolation of B cells containing antibody at the single cell level. Using the antibody-based therapeutic platform system in this study, it was confirmed that novel antigen-specific antibodies could be obtained in about 40 days, and suggested that the possibility of rapid response to new variant viruses.
