ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK/PFO-poss/LiF/Al의 다층구조를 갖는 유기 발광다이오드의 열처리 효과

  • ITO(indium tin oxide)/glass 기판 위에 PEDOT:PSS[poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)]와 PVK[poly(N-vinyl carbazole)] 고분자 물질을 정공 주입 및 수송층으로, 발광층으로 PFO-poss[Poly(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl) end capped with POSS]를 사용하여 스핀코팅법과 열 증착법으로 ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK/PFO-poss/LiF/Al 구조의 고분자 발광 다이오드를 제작하였다. PFO-poss 유기발광 층의 열처리 조건 (온도, 시간)이 PLED 소자의 전기적, 광학적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 1 wt%의 농도를 갖는 PFO-poss 유기물 발광 층을 200C 온도로 3시간 열처리 할 경우 11 V 인가전압에서 $1497\;cd/m^2$의 최대 휘도를 나타내었다. 동일온도에서 열처리 시간을 1시간에서 3시간으로 증가시킬 경우 휘도의 증가와 함께 발광 개시온도가 감소하는 경향을 보여주었다. 또한 열처리 온도와 시간을 증가시킬 경우 제2발광피크인 excimer 피크가 크게 나타났으며 청색에서 황색 발광 쪽으로 천이되는 경향을 나타내었다.

제7차 고등학교 가정과학 교육과정에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of the 7th Home Economics Science Curriculum in High School)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the propriety of various aspects of the 7th home economics science curriculum in high school. In this study, home economics education experts participated in a three-round Delphi survey. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the experts evaluated that the subject arrangement and title 'home economics science' were inadequate. Second, the experts evaluated that the characteristics of home economics science were similar to those in prior home economics curricula, and that the characteristics of the subject were also ambiguous. Third, the experts evaluated that the objectives of home economics science were too technically presented, and pointed out that the objectives are not distinct from those of prior home economics courses as they are too general and abstract. Fourth, the experts evaluated that the content of home economics science was deficient in its hierarchy and integration. Moreover, the contents do not sufficiently reflect the characters of the learners or their social demands. Fifth, the experts evaluated that the teaching/learning methods of home economics science were stated for the sake of formality only. Even though it provides many methods, it is not practical in the current educational situation. Sixth, the experts evaluated that although home economics science provides various methods of assessment, it has practical difficulties under current educational circumstances. Besides, the assessment methods failed to give concrete and objective standards.

난용성 약물의 용출 증가 (제 3 보) -키틴 또는 키토산과의 혼합분쇄물로부터의 푸로세미드의 용출 증가- (Enhancement of Dissolution Properties of Poorly Soluble Drugs (III) -Dissolution Enhancement of Furosemide from Ground Mixtures with Chitin or Chitosan-)

  • To increase the dissolution rate of furosemide, chitin and chitosan which are widely occurring biodegradable natural materials were used as drug carriers. The ground mixtures of furosemide with chitin or chitosan were prepared by grinding in a ball mill. The ground mixture showed a faster and more enhanced dissolution rate than the physical mixture or intact furosemide. The crystalline peaks of furosemide disappeared in the ground mixtures indicating the production of amorphous form. The comparison of infrared spectra of the physical mixture and the ground mixture showed an interaction such as association between the functional groups of furosemide and chitin or chitosan in the molecular level. The weight losses in TGA curves showed all the same patterns. However, the endothermic peak due to the fusion of furosemide in DTA curve disappeared in the ground mixture indicating the different thermal property. The dissolution of furosemide from ground mixtures was fast in the order of chitosan and then chitin. The co-grinding technique with chitin or chitosan provided a promising way enhancing the dissolution rate of practically insoluble drug.

  • The most proper antibiotic must be selected after antimicrobial susceptibility test. If difference in antimicrobial susceptibility was significant between oral sampling sites, it is rationale to use the most susceptible antibiotic agent respond to dental procedure and object of treatment. This study examined sampling site variation from saliva, supragingival plaque and subgingival plaque of 16 children's oral microbes. The cultured bacterial isolates, which were Streptococcus viridans and Neisseria, were examined for 10 antimicribial drugs with the Bauer-Kirby agar disk diffusion method. The used drugs were Penicillin, Ampicillin, Oxacillin, Cephalothin, Imipenem, Gentamicin, Erythromycin, Vancomycin, Ciprofloxacin, Clindamycin. There was no significant difference between three sampling sites for antimicrobial susceptibility test of S. viridans and Neisseria and the sequence of susceptibility was agreed among them. In conclusion, it was suggested that antimicrobial susceptibility test from saliva, supragingival plaque and subgingival plaque of children have no significant sampling site variation.

국내 패션모델 실태 분석 (제1보) (An Analysis of Actual Condition on the Fashion Model in Korea)

  • This study was designed to investigate actual conditions(the types and the personal physical job related factors) of fashion model in Korea. Survey was done through questionnaire data, 194 fashion models were involved survey. The data were analyzed by using frequency, cluster analysis. The results of this study were as follows : 1) The largest sample were as follows (about personal physical related factors) : unmarried, college graduate and undergraduate, resident in the Seoul, 2-24 yrs female with 175-177 cm, 52-54 kg, B-W-H (33-24-35 inch). 2) The largest sample (about job related factors) were as follows: getting private educational institution, 1-2 yrs job experience, B grade, less than 600,000 won for salaries, 100,000-190,000 won at a stage, 5-6 yrs duration of model work, inexperience in the international fashion stage, take up a foreign language, fashion magazine for fashion source, image and look of individuality for a necessary condition. The motive for job was the concern in the job. Problems with a guarantee were pointed out for the betterment working conditions. 3) The types of fashion model were classified into 4 types : the type of lack of professionalism, the type of show off one's talents, the type of dissatisfaction with working condition, the type of maturity of professionalism.

  • Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic drug, has several limitations in clinical application because of low solubility in water and gastrointestinal irritation. Effect of ibuprofen/$2-Hydroxypropyl-{\beta}-cyclodextrin\;(HP{\beta}CD)$ inclusion compound on release of suppository was investigated. Complex formation was confirmed by $^{1}H-\;and\;^{13}C-NMR$ spectroscopy. The release of ibuprofen from suppository base in vitro was significantly increased by the complexation with $HP{\beta}CD$. The release of ibuprofen from hydrophilic base was faster than that from hydrophobic base. In vivo studies, the release rate of ibuprofen from suppository was accelerated after rectal administration in complex form. This results suggested that ibuprofen/$HP{\beta}CD$ complex can be practically used for suppository to have faster effect of ibuprofen with reduced side effect.

  • Inclusion complex of ibuprofen with $2-Hydroxypropyl-{\beta}-cyclodextrin\;(HP-{\beta}-CD)$ in aqueous solution and in the solid state was evaluated by the solubility method and the instrumental analysis such as infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis and x-ray diffractometry. The aqueous solubility of ibuprofen was increased linearly with the increase in the concentration of $HP-{\beta}-CD$, showing an $A_L$ type phase solubility diagram. The results showed that the dissolution rate of ibuprofen was significantly increased by complexation with $HP-{\beta}-CD$. $Ibuprofen-HP-{\beta}-CD$ complex enhanced the mean plasma concentration levels and the area under plasma concentration-time curve after oral administration compared to those of the drug alone. It is concluded that the complex of ibuprofen with $HP-{\beta}-CD$ increases the dissolution rate and improves the bioavailability of the ibuprofen by the formation of a water-soluble complex.

학문분야별 평가인증제 운영에 관한 질적 사례 연구: 한의학을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on Steering of Education Accreditation: With Case Study on Korean Medicine Education)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this article is to develop steering of program accreditation system in Korean Medicine Education through meta-evaluation. For this study, the subjects of our research were categorized as the accreditation criteria and system, results and effects, tasks for improvement on Korean Medicine Education. Methods: We conducted Focus Group Interview on 102 full-time professors with experience of participating on accreditation of Korean Medicine Education from 12 college of Korean Medicine Education and we analyzed it by thematic analysis. Results: The accreditation criteria and program evaluation system of Korean Medicine were listed as 'Confusion about the goals of program evaluation', 'High hurdles on accreditation', 'obsession to success cases', 'Small college complaints about applying the same criteria', 'Dilemma of quantitative and qualitative evaluation'. The results and effects of program evaluation in Korean Medicine Education were listed as 'Establishment of base infrastructure for basic medical education', 'Benchmarking and exchanging opinions through evaluation certification', 'Resistance to documents and document-based evaluation', and 'Double-sided of evaluation certification'. As for the tasks for further improvement, the following list is suggested. 'Actively promote evaluation certification', 'Simplification and standardization of forms', 'Requesting for activating about Evaluation committee', 'Need for consulting before regular evaluation'. Conclusion: It is necessary to upgrade the accreditation system and make efforts to improve the issues discovered for better Korean Medicine Education.

효율적인 sealed-bid 경매 프로토콜 (An efficient sealed-bid auction protocol)

  • 본 논문에서는 두 서버 S와 A를 가진 효율적이고 안전한 sealed-bid 경매 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 Crescenzo-Ostrovskey-Rajagopalan의 Conditional Oblivious Transfer프로토콜에서 사용된 기술을 이용하며, 서버 A는 신뢰되는 제3자(third. party)가 아니고 서버 S와 공모하지 않는다고 가정된다. 이러한 가정하에서 제안된 경매 프로토콜은 어느 개체도 경매에 관한 어떠한 정보도 얻지 못하고 경매의 결과는 정확하다는 것을 보장한다. 또한 제안된 기법은 기제안된 Naor-Pinkas-Sumner의 기법보다 훨씬 적은 계산량을 요구하며 비슷한 통신 오버헤드를 가진다.

  • 코로나 19로 인하여 다중이용시설에 출입 시 정부 지침에 따라 QR코드 스캔, 출입 명부 작성, 체온 측정 등 방역절차를 지켜야한다. 본 연구에서는 방역 절차를 간편화하고 동합한 방역 시스템을 제안한다. QR코드 스캐너를 통하여 출입자의 신상 정보를 확인하며 체온 측정 모듈을 통하여 출입자의 체온을 측정한다. 추가적으로 워터펌프를 통하여 소독제를 분사하며 서보모터를 통하여 출입문을 열고 닫는다. 또한, 산업 현장에서는 알코올 측정 센서를 통하여 작업자의 알코올 수치를 측정하여 음주로 인한 산업사고도 예방한다.
