  • 본 연구는 오늘날 특수교육의 가장 핵심적인 방법론인 '통합교육'을 다룬 중앙일간지 뉴스 기사의 변화과정을 분석하였다. 신문자료는 오늘날 빅데이터 시대의 하나의 가치 있는 분석대상으로 부각되고 있다. 또 언론사 뉴스 분석방법론은 관련 학문 연구자의 언어가 아닌 일반 시민들의 인식수준을 확인하는 데 도움을 준다. 본 연구의 결과는 2000년 이후 20년간의 시간대를 10년 단위로 분할하여, '통합교육'의 모습이 어떻게 전파되었는 지를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 분석대상 자료를 기초로 하여, 객관적인 연구방법론을 추가하여 보완해 나갈 것이다.

A Study on Optimization of Support Vector Machine Classifier for Word Sense Disambiguation (단어 중의성 해소를 위한 SVM 분류기 최적화에 관한 연구)

  • The study was applied to context window sizes and weighting method to obtain the best performance of word sense disambiguation using support vector machine. The context window sizes were used to a 3-word, sentence, 50-bytes, and document window around the targeted word. The weighting methods were used to Binary, Term Frequency(TF), TF ${\times}$ Inverse Document Frequency(IDF), and Log TF ${\times}$ IDF. As a result, the performance of 50-bytes in the context window size was best. The Binary weighting method showed the best performance.

Development of a Clustering Model for Automatic Knowledge Classification (지식 분류의 자동화를 위한 클러스터링 모형 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a document clustering model for automatic classification of knowledge. Two test collections of newspaper article texts and journal article abstracts are built for the clustering experiment. Various feature reduction criteria as well as term weighting methods are applied to the term sets of the test collections, and cosine and Jaccard coefficients are used as similarity measures. The performances of complete linkage and K-means clustering algorithms are compared using different feature selection methods and various term weights. It was found that complete linkage clustering outperforms K-means algorithm and feature reduction up to almost 10% of the total feature sets does not lower the performance of document clustering to any significant extent.

  • In this paper, we propose index method introducing distance concept in word by a method weighting word. This index method is frequent representing an inquiry word and document index and compound noun or more than two adjoin nouns or noun phrase, the farther the distance between these nouns, the fewer selected ratio decreases in index point is the aiming, this choose guide word candidate by existent weight grant method and distance between candidates chose candidate finally in index within 3 sentences. Using in these way I document of 100 kinds of newspaper, scientific treatise, web document and so on, showed the correctness rate resulted of newspaper 92.03% scientific treatise 95% web document 73.33%.

  • 문서 자동 요약은 입력된 문서에 대해 컴퓨터가 자동으로 요약을 생성하는 과정을 의미한다. 즉, 컴퓨터가 문서의 기본적인 내용을 유지하면서 문서의 복잡도 즉 문서의 길이를 줄이는 작업이다. 효율적인 정보 접근을 제공함과 동시에 정보 과적재를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 문서 자동요약에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 어휘 연관성 정보를 이용하여 한국어 문서를 자동으로 요약하는 효율적이며 효과적인 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 제안한 방법에서는 신문기사와 같은 특정 부류에 국한되는 단어간의 어휘연관성을 이용하여 명사-명사 공기패턴과 명사-동사 공기패턴을 구축하여 문서요약에 이용한다. 크게 불용어 처리 단계, 공기패턴 구축 단계, 문장 중요도 계산 단계, 요약 생성단계의 네 단계로 나누어 요약을 생성한다. 30% 중요문장 추출된 신문기사를 대상으로 평가한 결과 명사-명사 공기패턴과 빈도만을 이용한 방법보다 명사-동사 공기패턴을 이용한 방법이 좋은 결과를 가져 왔다.

  • In a pre-existing online newspaper has inconvenience such that a difference of a newspaper from other newspapers is confirmed on another script window. To solve this inconvenience, we propose a system called Rose News Reader. Since our proposed system classifies the articles with respect to the publishers and domain, a user can compare the articles from diverse publisher and analyze them to obtain correct facts.

  • Retro fashion is emerging among young people as an approach to discovering a new meaning in Korea's historical culture. Research on Korea's unique retro fashion culture is required because there is no research on retro fashion culture based on Korea's historical background. Therefore, this study examined how retro fashion culture has progressed based on Korea's historical background from a nostalgic perspective. All retro-related newspaper articles from 1950 to 2020 were collected, and content analysis was conducted for each semantic unit. The results revealed that personal nostalgia is based on personal experience and is extending to younger generations. In terms of nostalgia in interpersonal relationships, the younger generation reinterpreted the fashion culture of the older generation after the 2010s. In terms of vicarious nostalgia, a retro culture reminiscent of the 1990s with a background in economic development and consumption culture appeared after 2012. The youth culture and university culture of the 1970s and 1980s were reinterpreted as street fashion. Since the late 2010s, the younger generation has been exhibiting cultural nostalgia, believing that the historical Korean culture is not outdated but has a unique heritage formed during the modernization process. Symbolic nostalgia appeared in Korean fashion culture during modernization.

A Study on Fashion Startup Ecosystem Trends in Korea Using Big Data Analysis - Focusing on Newspaper Articles in 2012-2022 - (빅데이터 분석을 활용한 우리나라 패션 스타트업 생태계의 추세 연구 - 2012~2022년 신문기사를 중심으로 -)

  • This study divided articles into two time periods, from 2012 to 2022, with the aim of using big data analysis to look at patterns in the ecosystem of fashion start-ups. The research method extracted top keywords based on TF(Term Frequency) and TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency), analyzed the network, and derived centrality values. As a result of comparing the first and second fashion startup ecosystems, elements of policy, support, market, finance, and human capital were derived in the first period. In addition, in the second period, elements of policy, support, market, finance, and culture were derived. In the first period, the fashion startup ecosystem focused on fostering new designer startups by emphasizing support, finance, and human capital factors and focusing on policies. Meanwhile, in the second period, online-based fashion platform startups and fashion tech startups appeared with the support of digital transformation and fulfillment services triggered by COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 19), private finances were emphasized, and cultural factors were derived along with success stories of fashion startups. This study is meaningful in that it helps in developing strategies for fashion startups to grow into sustainable companies.

Characteristics and Problems of First Edition Newspaper in Korea (한국 일간지 가판의 성격과 문제)

  • There is a original routine on dealing the first edition newspaper in Korea. Korean national morning newspapers print about 0.5% of total circulation as the first edition and sale those only in Seoul where the newspapers is published. The dead line of first edition is even about 5 pm. According to this routine which couldn't be found in the advanced western nations, like UK, USA etc., there can be some original characteristics and problems on the contents of Korean national morning newspapers. The present study investigated what the characteristics and problems means on the quality of newspaper and the free flow of diverse informations and opinions. Content analysis comparing the first edition to the last edition of 8 national morning newspapers is used to reveal the original characteristics and problems. Major findings in the result of the content analysis are three. First, the quality of the newspapers is damaged by the early dead line. Second, Inter-media agenda setting, which minor papers follow major papers on not only contents but also tone & manner, is manifest. Third, the early time publishing of the first edition allow the reported group including government and business sorter to take time to do make some negotiations on the articles about them, in which procedure even about 40% of total observed articles are changed(eg. removed, replaced, modified).

Discovering the Knowledge Structure of Graphene Technology by Text Mining National R&D Projects and Newspapers (국가R&D과제와 신문에서 텍스트마이닝을 통한 그래핀 기술의 지식구조 탐색)

  • Graphene, called the "dream material" is drawing attention as a groundbreaking new material that will lead the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Graphene has high strength, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent optical permeability, and excellent gas barrier properties. In this paper, as the South Korean government recently announced Green New Deal and Digital New Deal policy, we analyze graphene technology, which is also attracting attention for its application to Corona 19 biosensor, to understand its national R&D trend and knowledge structure, and to explore the possibility of its application. Firstly, 4,054 cases of national R&D project information for the last 10 years are collected from the National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) to analyze the trend of graphene-related R&D. Besides, projects classified as green technology are analyzed concerning the government's Green New Deal policy. Secondly, text mining analysis is conducted by collecting 500 recent graphene-related articles from e-newspapers. According to the analysis, the field with the largest number of projects was found to be high-efficiency secondary battery technology, and the proportion of total research funds was also the highest. It is expected that South Korea will lead the development of graphene technology in the future to become a world leader in diverse industries including electric vehicles, cellular phone batteries, next-generation semiconductors, 5G, and biosensors.
