The Mediation Effect of Trust in Homeroom Teacher in the Relationship of his Transformation Leadership and the Students' Emotional Stability (담임교사의 변혁적 리더십과 학생의 정서적 안정감 관계에서 담임교사신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to confirm the mediating effect of the teacher's trust in the relationship between the classroom teacher's transformative leadership and the students' emotional stability from the organizational perspective. For this, the data from 290 middle school students in Seoul were collected and analyzed. As a result of the study, the transformative leadership of the homeroom teacher had a positive (+) effect on the trust of the leader. In addition, the teacher's trust in the leader had a positive (+) effect on the learner's emotional stability. In addition, it was confirmed that the teacher's transformational leadership had a positive (+) effect on the learner's emotional stability. Finally, in the relationship between the homeroom teacher's transformative leadership and the learner's emotional stability, teacher trust has a partial mediating effect. This study is meaningful in that it has objectively verified what kind of leadership the homeroom teacher should aim for in order to operate the classroom as the peripheral unit of the school organization, and what emotional and psychological effects such leadership can have on students who are members of the organization.

  • 본 연구는 음악콘텐츠를 생산, 유통, 판매하는 기업의 입장에서 과연 소비자들의 어떤 인지요인들이 모바일음악콘텐츠 상품의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 초점을 맞추었다. 연구모델로는 모바일음악콘텐츠 상품을 정보기술이라는 측면에서 접근하고, 이러한 정보기술의 수용 요인을 추출하기 위하여 기술수형모형 (TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)을 주요 이론적 토대로 하였다. 또한, 구체적인 분석을 위해 모바일음악콘텐츠를 벨소리콘텐츠, 통화연결음콘텐츠, 음악 전곡 다운로드콘텐츠로 유형화하고, 각 분류에서의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서의 설문을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 회귀분석을 통해 벨소리콘텐츠 구매의도와의 관계를 검증하여 최종 도출된 요인들은 이용경력, 차별성, 편재성, 신뢰성, 보안성, 맞춤성, 사용편의 지각, 유용성 지각으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통화연결음콘텐츠 구매의도와의 관계인 경우 최종 도출된 요인들은 이용경력, 차별성, 편재성, 신뢰성, 보안성, 맞춤성, 사용편의 지각, 유용성 지각으로 나타났다. 셋째, 음악 전곡 다운로드콘텐츠 구매의도와의 관계인 경우 최종 도출된 요인들은 이용경력, 복제가능성, 신뢰성, 맞춤성, 사용편의 지각, 유용성 지각으로 나타났고, 이는 모바일음악콘텐츠의 유형에 따라 소비자의 구매의도에 끼치는 요인에 차이가 있음을 보여주고 특히 이동통신기기 특유의 콘텐츠와 일반음악콘텐츠의 경우 큰 차이를 구매의도와 독립변수간의 관계에서 보여주고 있다.

  • 귀중한 수자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 홍수 피해를 저감하고 환경친화적인 수자원의 역할을 제대로 자리매김하기 위하여 무엇보다 필요한 사항은 신뢰성 있는 유량자료를 기초자료로서 확보하는 것이다. 하지만 과거 낙동강 유역의 유량 자료는 유량측정성과와 수위자료의 불확실성으로 인하여 환산 유량 자료는 근본적인 한계가있을 뿐만 아니라 시시각각으로 변하므로 불확실성이 높은 특성을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유량조사사업단 설립 이후에 측정된 유량자료의 정확도를 분석하기 위하여 낙동강 유역의 가장 대표적인 수위관측지점인 낙동, 왜관, 진동 지점에 대하여 수위-유량관계곡선식의 정확도를 분석하고, 작성된 수위-유량관계곡선식을 이용한 환산유량과 실측유량의 유량값을 비교 분석하므로서 유량자료에 대한 신뢰성을 검증하고 문제점을 분석하고자 하였다. 유량조사사업단에서 실시하고 있는 주요지점들의 환산유량의 정확성은 낙동강홍수통제소의 지속적인 T/M자료의 관리로 인한 정확도의 향상으로 인하여 수위-유량관계곡선식은 물론 이에 따른 환산 유량이 높은 신뢰성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect of Consumer's Perceptual Characteristics for PB Products on Relational Continuance Intention: Mediated by Brand Trust and Brand Equity (PB상품에 대한 소비자의 지각특성이 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향: 브랜드신뢰 및 브랜드자산을 매개로 한 정책적 접근)

  • Introduction : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceptual characteristics of consumers and intent of relational continuance for PB(Private Brand) products in discount stores. This study was conducted as an empirical study based on survey. For the empirical study, factors of PB products as characteristics perceived by consumers such as perceived quality, store image, brand image and perceived value were deduced from preceding studies. The effect of such factors on intent of relational continuance mediated by brand trust and brand equity of PB products was structurally examined. Research Model : Based on theory analysis and hypotheses, constructed a Structural Equation Model(SEM). The research model is shown in Figure 1. Research Method : This paper is based on s qualitative study of selected literature and empirical data. The survey for empirical study was carried out on consumers in Gyeonggi and Busan between January 2012 and May 2012. 300 surveys were distributed and 253 (84.3%) of them were returned. After excluding omissions and insincere responses, 245 surveys (81.6%) were used for final analysis as effective samples. Result : First of all, the Reliability was carried out for instrument used. The lower limit of 0.7 for Cronbach's Alpha as suggested by Hair et al. (1998). And Construct validity was established by carrying out exploratory factor analysis by Varimax rotation for all. Four factor result for the consumer's perceptual characteristics of PB Products, two mediating factors and one dependent factor. All constructs included in research framework have acceptable validity and reliability. Table 1 shows the factor loading, eigen value, explained variance and Cronbach's alpha for each factor. In order to assure validity of constructs, I implemented Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), using AMOS 20.0. In confirmatory factor analysis, researcher can take control over the specification of indicators for each factor by hypothesizing that a specific factor is loaded with the relevant indicators. Moreover, CFA is particularly useful in the validation of scale for the measurement of specific construct. CFA result summarized Table 2 shows that the fit measures of all constructs fulfill the recommended level and loadings are significant. To test causal relationship between constructs in the research model, used AMOS 20.0 that provides a graphic module as method for analysing Structural Equation Modeling. The result of hypothesis test is shown in Table 3. As a result of empirical study, perceived quality, brand image and perceived value as selected attributes for PB products showed significantly positive (+) effect on brand trust and brand equity. Furthermore, brand trust and brand equity showed significantly positive (+) effect on intent of relational continuance. However, store image of discount stores selling the PB products was analyzed to have positive (+) effect on brand trust and no significant effect on brand equity. Discussion : Based on the results of this study, the relationship between overall quality, store image, brand image and value perceived by consumers about PB products and intent of relational continuance was structurally verified as being mediated by brand trust and brand equity. Looking at the results, a strategic approach that maximizes brand trust and equity value for PB products by large discount stores is required on top of basic efforts to improve quality, brand image and value of PB products in order to maximize consumer's intent of relational continuance and to continuously attract repeated purchase of products.

  • This study positively analysed the effects of service qualities of workers in integrated social welfare facilities on their working attitudes, targeting those who work for the welfare facilities. It identified the effects of service qualities such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and sympathy on relationship factors such as relationship closeness through customization, organizational immersion and job satisfaction and presents suggestions to improve working attitudes of the workers. The results of the study are presented as follows: Reliability, responsiveness and assurance, service qualities of the workers, had effects on working attitudes. Relationship closeness through customization had an effect on organizational immersion and job satisfaction. Therefore, reliability, responsiveness and assurance that had effects on working attitudes of the workers were very significant factors and relationship closeness through customization were significant factors to improve working attitudes of the workers. This study presents political suggestions on the relations between service qualities of the workers in the welfare facilities and their working attitudes as alternatives.

  • This research was intended to investigate the influence of relationship quality by servicescape of Korean restaurants on loyalty targeting Busan city area. For this, a research model was designed and hypotheses were drawn through literature investigation. 300 copies of the questionnaire for a survey were distributed from 6th to 24th of May, 2013, and then 288 copies were adopted for the empirical analysis. As for data processing, the data were analyzed by using SPSS win version 18.0 statistics package program and were verified through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The result of this empirical study was summarized as follows. First, as a result of verifying the influence of servicescape factors on relationship quality, cleanliness, comfortableness, and accessibility among the servicescape factors had significant effects on commitment among the quality factors. Second, the result from verifying how the servicescape factors affected trust showed that attractiveness, comfortableness, and accessibility had significant effects on trust. Third, commitment and trust among the relationship quality factors were found to have significant effects on loyalty.

  • The main goal of this study is to investigate the importance of trust as a mediator between shopping experience and shopping value. Previous studies on utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value have focused on the antecedents and outcomes of those shopping values. Also, although the role of trust has been studied a lot in the series of studies on online shopping mall, most of them focus on the relationship with intention to shop or use and there are few studies on the mechanism in which consumers get to have shopping value. This study tries to see how trust can boost utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value which can lead to consumer's loyalty to the shopping mall. A structural equation model is proposed and examined through a survey research to investigate the role of trust in forming perceived shopping value. One model included the trust variable as a mediator and the other excluded it. The comparison of R2 verified that the first model had a better fit. The results of the study show that the level of experience has a significant impact on both utilitarian and hedonic shopping values in the case of the model without the mediator. But experience has an insignificant or a partially significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic shopping values when trust mediates experience and shopping values. Finally, the implications and limitations are further discussed.

  • This study shows that it is favorable for Korean companies to maintain fairness and authenticity trading relationship with trading companies. It suggests that a positive reputation can be secured, trust relationships can be built, and transaction costs can be reduced. For this purpose, research hypothesis was established, questionnaires were collected for domestic companies, and a hypothesis test was conducted. As a result of the research hypothesis test, the perception of transaction fairness and the perception of transaction authenticity have a positive effect on reputation, and the reputation has a positive effect on trust. Trust has a positive effect on the reduction of transaction costs, and reputation and trust play a role in the perception of transaction fairness and transaction authenticity and the reduction of transaction cost, and trust is a parameter between reputation and reduction in transaction cost. Do it. In order for sustainable management activities to be carried out for Korean companies, it is necessary to improve fairness and authenticity in business relations. It is important to have a positive reputation.
