The Effect of Posting Source Type Information on Brand Reliability, Product Attitude and Purchase Intention - Comparison of general person posting and corporate posting in Sina Weibo - (포스팅 정보원 유형에 따른 정보가 브랜드 신뢰도, 제품태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 시나 웨이보(Sina Weibo) 일반인 포스팅과 기업 포스팅 비교 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine brand reliability, product attitude, and purchase intention attitude on a difference in a type between information source (General person / Company) in Sina Weibo. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 160 people. Questionnaire was conducted from April 3-7, 2017. The analysis was used 77 people for the General posting without error and 70 people for the Corporate posting. As a result of the research, general person posting is higher preference than public posting in brand reliability(General person M=2.5455/Company M=2.1306), product attitude(General person M=2.4589/Company M=1.9690), and purchase intention(General person M=2.5974/Company M=2.2750) according to type of posting information in Sina Weiboo. The outcome of this study will help to understand consumers' attitudes according to types of sources in China SNS.

  • Having analysed educational goals and admission examination types in four-year colleges and reviewed those types and their particularized orientations, this study expects one would take into account the following considerations: First, the end users, high schools, are able to obtain collect information on colleges or universities for the preparedness for admission. Second, they can derive their optimum standard practical examination types fit to animation. Third, objectivity, transparency and reliability can be secured for college admission examinations. Finally, colleges may utilize themselves as the foundation to reinforce their specialization, providing examines with specialized information on particularized colleges.

  • 지식검색은 방대한 지식정보 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자의 질문에 대한 답변을 검색하는 시스템이다. 이러한 사용자 참여로 구축된 지식정보는 잘못된 답변으로 인한 신뢰성 부족과 중복 답변 등의 문제점이 있어, 원하는 답변을 찾기 위해서는 지식검색에서 다수의 답변을 읽고 그 답변의 진위여부를 판단해야만 한다. 만일 정답에 포함되는 단어나 어구가 답변들에서 나타내는 통계적 특성을 활용하여 사용자가 원하는 답변을 제시할 수 있다면, 지식검색의 효용성과 신뢰성이 크게 향상될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지식정보 데이터 분석을 통해 사용자의 질문의 유형을 단어, 목록, 도표, 글의 4가지 유형으로 분류하고, 각 분류에 대한 사용자 질의어의 답변을 요약하는 방식을 제안한다. 단어, 목록, 글 유형은 TF와 IDF, 어휘 간의 거리 정보를 통해서 중요 단어를 추출하여 각 유형에 적합한 형식의 답변을 사용자에게 제시한다. 도표형은 답변들에서 사용자의 의견 정보를 추출하여 의견 통계를 도표로서 제시한다.

Influence that Heuristic Type has on Word of Mouth and Behavioral Intention in Mobile Game - Word of Mouth as a Mediator - (모바일 게임에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구전속성 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 구전속성을 매개변인으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the outcome of 120 persons who used mobile game in order to investigate the influence that heuristic type which affects users' selection has on word of mouth, the influence that word of mouth has on users' behavioral intention and whether word of mouth will play the role of mediation between heuristic type and behavioral intention or not. First, heuristic(representatives, adjustment) type is found to have positive(+) influence on word of mouth (favorableness, reliance, persuasiveness). Second, while reliance word of mouth is found to have significant influence on behavioral intention, favorableness, persuasiveness and word of mouth is not found to have significant influence on behavioral intention. Third, heuristic (representative, adjustment) type is found to have significant influence on behavioral intention. Fourth, only reliance, word of mouth is found to play the role of mediation in the role of heuristic type and behavioral intention. The outcome of this study will help to understand users' behavioral intention selecting game in mobile game market.

  • 본 연구는 제품특성의 차이로 인한 거래상황요인이 구매자와 판매자간의 장기지향성에 미치는 영향력의 구조를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 원지를 공급 받아 종이류 제품을 생산·판매하는 제조업체와 광고라고 하는 무형의 서비스를 거래하는 일반 기업체들을 대상으로 상호신뢰를 통한 장기지향성의 형성에 영향력을 행사하는 변수들의 구조와 상대적 중요성을 실증자료를 통해 분석해 보았다. 이에 따라 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 많은 선행연구에서와 마찬가지로 신뢰가 장기지향성의 매개변수 임이 확인되었다. 둘째, 신뢰구축을 결정짓는 변수들을 기업특성과 관련된 것과 거래를 담당하는 담당자의 개인적 특성과 관련된 집단으로 구분할 수 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 취급제품의 형태에 따른 거래상황의 차이는 신뢰형성과 장기지향성에 조절적 역할을 한다는 점이다. 거래대상이 유형의 제품인가 아니면 무형의 서비스인가에 따라 경로구성원 상호간 기대하는 거래속성이 달라지게 되며 이는 신뢰 구축을 통한 장기지향성을 결정짓는 변수들의 구성과 크기에 영향력을 미치게 된다. 본 연구의 결과, 거래 대상의 제품특성이 달라지는 경우 산업 내에서 해당 기업에 대한 평판이 거래상대에 대한 신뢰구축에 가장 중요한 변수라는 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 서비스산업의 경우에는 제조업의 경우에 있어서 보다 판매원의 개인적 특성이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Share house quality, trust and commitment to reuse intention of share houses, which are used residences of the college students of South Korea, with a view to confirming whether such share houses can function as an alternative form of residence for college students and young generation. With this, it is intended to enhance the understanding of the current share house market and find implications in the reasonable supply of share houses in the near future and the improvement of the living environment. Literature reviews and empirical studies were conducted in this paper. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows; Regression analysis was conducted to see how tangibility, safety, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness of Share house quality affect trust, commitment, and reuse intension.

  • 최근 풍력에너지 발전기술이 해상 풍력 및 대형 풍력으로 천이되어 감에 따라 더 향상된 신뢰성 기술을 요구하고 있고, 풍력 블레이드는 풍력발전시스템에서 고장 빈도가 비교적 낮지 않고, 고장 발생 시 심각도가 상대적으로 높아 신뢰성을 고려해야 하는 부품이다. 블레이드 제작 생산 과정과 사용 중에 발생하는 손상 및 결함은 신뢰성의 심각성에 큰 영향을 미치고 있어 본 기술에서는 블레이드에서 발생할 수 있는 결함 유형, 결함을 탐지하는 기술 그리고 신뢰성을 평가하는 시험/평가 기술에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

Organizational Justice and Employee Behaviors: The Mediating Roles of Trust in CEO and Supervisor (조직공정성과 종업원 행동과의 관계: 최고경영자 및 상사에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was intended to examine the mediating roles of trust in CEO and supervisor on the relationships between organizational justice and employee behaviors. Data were collected from 4,055 employees across 18 different companies in Korea. Employees were asked to answer on a self-reported questionnaire. The two dimensions of organizational justice (i.e. procedural justice and distributive justice) were used. Employee behaviors were measured using counter-productive behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The hypothesized fully mediated model better fitted the data. Relative to distributive justice, procedural justice was more strongly related to both trust in CEO and trust in supervisor. But there were no significant differences in the degree of relationships between the two dimensions of trust and the two types of employee behaviors. These results showed that procedural justice is more important in enhancing trust in leader.

User-centered relevance judgement model for information retrieval (정보검색에서의 사용자 중심 적합성 판단 모형)

  • This research takes a user-centered approach to define relevance, the core concept in information retrieval. The literature on relevance has identified numerous factors affecting such a judgment. We examined the model of user relevance judgment that describes the relationship between user relevance criteria and different types of relevance with information search task. We consider 7 criteria of user relevance-topicality, novelty, reliability, understandability, specificity, richness, and interest-and 3 type of user relevance-cognitive relevance, situational relevance, and affective relevance. Data were collected from a semi-controlled survey and analyzed by a structural equation modeling. As a result, topicality and reliability were found to be the essential relevance criteria in all information retrieval tasks. In the fact search task, topicality, reliability, novelty, richness, and interest were found to be significant. In the problem solving search task, topicality, reliability, understandability, and specificity were found to be significant. In the decision making search task, topicality, reliability, novelty, understandability, richness, specificity, and interest were found to be significant. In addition, the relationships between types of user relevance were determined. This research made theoretical and practical contributions to the field of information retrieval by identifying a definite model of user relevance judgment.

  • This study focused on the effects of Korean cosmetics selection attributes on Mongolian consumers' brand reliability and purchasing intentions. We are also to verify the relationship impacts between consumers brand reliability in advertising media and the purchase intention on the type of promotion. 255 questionnaires were collected for Mongolian consumers and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The analysis shows that product price, image and quality that they have a positive effect on brand reliability, while familiarity has not had a meaningful impact on brand reliability. Moreover, brand reliability has been shown to have a positive effect on purchasing intention. As a result of the adjustment effect test according to advertising media, the relationship impacts between product selection attributes and brand reliability were shown positive effect in part. Finally, the type of sales promotion were found to have a controlling effect between brand reliability and purchasing intention. These results show applicable implications for Korean cosmetics companies in terms of marketing and operations when entering Mongolia's cosmetics industry.
