Mediating Effect of Organizational Trust on the Relationship between Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment (서번트 리더십과 조직몰입 간의 조직에 대한 신뢰 매개효과)

  • The study examined the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment and tested the mediating role of the organizational trust between the two variables. Measurement of servant leadership used intactly 23 items of a preceding research. Empirical analysis result can be summarized as follows. Firstly. the servant leadership has positive influence on organizational trust. Secondly. servant leadership has significant influence on affective commitment and normative commitment, but could not reach the significance level for continuance commitment. Lastly, this study was proved there was an partial mediating effect of organizational trust, between the servant leadership and affective commitment, normative commitment, but could not reach the significance level for continuance commitment. And if the organizational trust is higher, the extent of the servant leadership's influence on organizational commitment would be higher.

  • 현재 제안된 MANET에서의 유니캐스트 라우팅[3][4]들은 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 위한 응용에는 적합하지 않다. 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 위하여 제안된 다중 경로 라우팅 메커니즘[5][6]은 추가적인 오버헤드와 비효율적인 자원의 이용이라는 문제점을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 노드의 링크 단절 빈도와 데이터 전송시의 배터리 소모를 기반으로 하는 신뢰성 있는 단일 경로 설정 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안된 메커니즘의 경우 단절될 확률이 적은 노드들로 구성된 경로를 선택함으로써 기존의 라우팅 알고리즘보다 신뢰성 높은 경로를 설정할 수 있는 동시에 높은 동적 환경에서는 다중 경로를 설정하여 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • In this study, an analysis has been conducted as to; (i) what factors affect organizational members trust in leader (ii) how does members trust in leader affect the variable of organizational performance in an organization. In order to attain the objective of this study, a model was established and also the hypothesis was verified on the basis of preceding studies. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: 1. Servant leadership which is considered as preceding factors affecting trust in leader, were found to have a positive relation with trust in leader. 2. In connection with the role of trust, its mediator effect between its preceding factor and outcome variables was verified. As a result of the analysis, it was verified that servant leadership and trust in leader affected outcome variables not only directly but also indirectly through trust. 3. As a result of analyzing the effect that the trust in leader has on outcome variables, the trust in leader was found to have a positively significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

  • In a changing environment of parallel management, members must respond more flexibly to customers and have the maximum service spirit, which makes servant leadership more important than the existing leadership style. This study will examine the impact of servant leadership on trust toward supervisor and the impact of trust toward supervisor on change-oriented behaviors and job exhaustion. Finally, this study will also analyze the moderating effect of organizational support in the relationship between servant leadership and trust toward supervisor. A survey questionnaire was conducted on nurses in university hospitals and general hospitals located in Busan. First, growth support, community building, and stewardship among servant leadership had a positively significant influence on trust toward supervisor but did not significantly influenced vision suggestion. Second, trust toward supervisor had a positively significant influence on change-oriented behaviors. Third, trust toward supervisor had a negatively significant influence on job exhaustion. Fourth, the interaction effect between the independent variable stewardship and moderating variable organizational support was significant on the dependent variable trust toward supervisor, but interaction effect between the independent variables that were vision suggestion, growth building, and community building and moderating variable organizational support was not significant.

  • 폴리머 애자는 여러 가지의 외부환경에 의하여 시간의 경과에 따라서 재료의 열화가 진행된다. 폴리머 애자를 평가하는 방법으로 기계적 특성, 전기적 특성, 환경적 특성 등의 평가방법이 있으나 각각의 특성평가에 있어서 국제, 국가 및 단체에 따라서 서로 다르다. 신뢰성 평가기준도 서로 달라 국내 실정에 맞는 폴리머 애자의 신뢰성 향상에 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 폴리머 애자의 신뢰성 평가기준을 표준화할 필요성이 있다. 본 원고에서는 특고압 가공배전선로에 사용하는 폴리머 현수애자의 신뢰성 평가기준에 대하여 설명하였다. 장기신뢰성 평가를 위하여 다양한 외부환경을 모의하여 복합적인 스트레스를 가할 수 있는 복합가속열화설비에 대하여 설명하고 복합가속열화시험법을 결정하였다.

The Effect of Influencer's Characteristics and Contnets Quality on Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention: Trust and Self-congruity as a Mediator (소셜미디어 인플루언서의 개인특성과 콘텐츠 특성이 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 신뢰와 자아일치성을 매개로)

  • This study attempted to analyze the relationship between influencer's characteristic factors such as professionalism, authenticity, and interactivity and content quality factors consisting of accuracy, completeness, and diversity on brand attitude and purchase attitude through trust and self-consistency. To reveal the structural relationship between main variables, a survey was conducted on 201 users. An EFA, CFA, and reliability analysis were performed to confirm reliability and validity. And structural equation was conducted to verify hypothesis. The main results are as follows. First, it was found that professionalism and interactivity had a significant positive effect on trust. And, accuracy, completeness, and variety were all found to have a significant positive effect on trust. Second, in the relationship between individual characteristic factors and self-consistency, it was found that professionalism and authenticity had a significant positive effect on self-consistency. In addition, in the relationship between content quality and self-consistency, accuracy, completeness, and diversity were found to have a positive effect on self-consistency along with trust. Third, in the relationship between trust and self-consistency on brand attitude and purchase intention, both trust and self-consistency were found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. It was found that only self-consistency and brand attitude had a statistically significant positive effect on purchase intention. These findings showed that when users perceive professionalism and interaction with influencer, trust increases, and professionalism and progress increase self-consistency with influencer. In addition, in the case of content quality, it was found that trust and self-consistency responded positively when perceived content quality through content accuracy, completeness, and diversity. Also, trust and self-consistency increased attitudes toward brands and could influence consumption behavior such as purchase intention. Therefore, for effective marketing performance using influencer's influence in the field of influencer marketing, which has a strong information delivery on products and brands, not only personal characteristics such as professionalism, authenticity, and interactivity, but also quality of content should be considered. The above research results are expected to suggest implications for marketing strategies and practices as one available basic data to exert the expected effect of marketing using influencer.

  • 수준 높은 소프트웨어의 품질과 개발, 유지보수 비용의 최소화, 제품 출하시간의 단축을 위하여 소프트웨어 프로세스에 대한 예측, 통제 가능성을 증가시키기 위함이다. 기업이 최고도의 높은 수준에 도달하기 의해서는 정량적인 모델에 의한 프로젝트 관리가 필요하다. 따라서 기업들은 SPICE/CMM와 같은 표준을 사용하여 조직의 프로세스 능력 수준을 평가하고 수준향상을 꾀한다. 조직의 프로세스의 능력을 평가하고 수준향상을 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 SPICE 심사의 심사결과에 대한 객관적인 신뢰성의 보장과 좀더 적은 비용으로 프로세스의 수준향상을 할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SPICE 심사의 신뢰성을 얻기 위해 CMM/KPA 설문서를 통해 심사하고 SPICE심사의 결과를 비교 분석하여 SPICE심사의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 이를 기반으로 CMM/KPA 설문서의 정량적인 모델을 제안함으로서 좀더 적은 비용과 시간으로 SPICE 심사의 결과와 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있게 한다.

The Exploring of Servant Leadership's Theoretical Framework in the Service Industry (서비스 산업에서 서번트 리더십의 이론적 분석 틀의 구축 가능성)

  • This study analyzed the effect of Servant Leadership on leader trust and job engagement for the lower-level leader in airline crew occupations with the aim of identifying the possibility of establishing the theoretical framework of Servant Leadership in the service industry. As a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the social learning dimension of Servant Leadership has greater influence than the social exchange dimension on the leader trust, while the influence on job engagement is the opposite. The results of this analysis can be interpreted that trying to learn the words and actions of the Servant Leader is more effective in further consolidating the trust of the subordinates in the leader. On the other hand, the Servant Leader's words and actions for social exchange are inferred to have more influence on the job engagement. This study is targeted at air transport services, exposing limitations to the generalization of research results. Throughout leadership research and organizational research, including Servant leadership, further studies applying the social learning theory and social exchange theory presented in this paper are expected to produce theoretical results that will lead to the emergence of a new framework for research analysis.
