Firms should seek greater profits and corporate growth through new businesses. New businesses contribute realizing creative economy that creates good jobs, and expanding the company by securing new markets and creating new profits and growth. However, new business is risky management decision-making to have a high failure rate because it involves the adaptation of new business environment and the burden of new investments, including the uncertainty of success in business. Therefore, innovation strategies play important roles for the new business entry, using product innovation, process innovation, business model innovation, disruptive innovation, and strategic innovation, etc. and company will get huge economic results by pushing them into successful business. It is essential that innovation strategy and IT development strategy along with business strategy of a firm are linked, and their strategic alignment is considered to be a critical success factor for new business success. Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI) pursued marine engine business for the development of precision machinery industry and shipbuilding industry of Korea, and the company recognized the importance of new business strategy, innovation strategy, and IT strategy inter-linked, and pushed strategic alignment boldly. As a result, HHI won the competition in European and Japanese engine manufacturers and climbed into the world's largest engine manufacturer. This study suggests investigating and analyzing a case that HHI succeeded in marine engine business expansion using strategic innovation strategy as a way of the introduction of CNC machine tools and the development of HEMAPT system.

본회 닭검정연구소(안성시 중리동 소재)가 지난 2010. 6. 22일자로 부지 매각되면서 앞으로 설립될 신규검정연구소의 부지 및 사업 방향에 대해 검토중이다. 신규검정연구소는 기존의 능력검정사업은 물론 양계전문교육기능을 겸비한 복합기관으로 사업 활성화 할 계획을 갖고, 본회는 신규 검정연구소 건립을 위한 이전추진위원회를 구성해 부지 매각 및 향후 검정연구소 건립 방향을 수립하고 있다. 이와 관련 지난 9월 3일 본회 회의실에서 향후 신규 닭검정연구소 기능개선 및 사업방향 점검을 위한 연석회의(위원장 오봉국)를 개최했다. 본지에서는 이날 회의에서 나온 내용을 중심으로 내용을 정리하였다.

96년 6월 30개 내외의 신규사업자가 선정됨으로서 단기적으로 예상되는 수요는 거의 가시화 되었다. 계속적인 통신사업 구조조정사업에 따라 중장기적으로 많은 신규서비스의 진입이 예상됨에 따라 여유식별번호를 확보하여야 한다.

인쇄회사는 전사의 경영자원의 10%를 신규사업에 투자하고 또 다시 3년 후에는 전사 영업이익의 30%를 차지하는 신규비즈니스가 되도록 노력하는 것이 고수익을 내기 위한 핵심적인 목표가 되어야 한다. 인쇄회사는 신규 사업의 성공을 지원하기 위해서 '10${\rightarrow}$30전략실' 또는 '10% 전략실'을 구성해야 하는데 이것이 가장 중심적인 사고의 전환이 된다. 이른바 시대적인 변화에 인쇄사들도 능동적인 대응을 해야 한다는 것을 강조하는 것이다.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has also been promoting the commercialization of land transport technology to commercialize the technologies owned by small and medium-sized venture companies, and to support the transfer and commercialization of public technologies. At this point, in order to improve the investment effect of subsequent new projects and to select excellent research institutes, it is necessary to establish a valid evaluation index system suitable for the purpose of the project. The evaluation index system for subsequent new projects should be linked to the project objectives and goals of the preceding project, and should be selected in consideration of existing evaluation indicators to prevent interruption of research results. Therefore, this thesis sets the evaluation index system into multiple scenarios through hierarchical cluster analysis using the evaluation result data for each evaluation committee for small and medium venture companies participating in the land transportation technology commercialization support project, and then analyzes the structural equation model. As a result of scenario analysis, considering the measurement effect of each path representing the causal relationship between evaluation indicators and the effect of each evaluation index on evaluation items, the scenario with the highest impact on the evaluation result was selected as an improvement plan.

본고에서는 신규 통신사업자가 펨토셀 시장에 진입할 것인지 여부와 진입한다면 어떤 펨토셀 공유 기술(Spectrum Sharing Scheme)을 선택할 것인지를 장기적인 문제로 분석한다. 그리고 이와 관련된 신규 사업자의 가격 결정 전략과 사용자의 펨토셀 통신 서비스 가입 결정을 각각 중기, 단기적인 문제로 분석한다. 신규 사업자가 펨토셀 시장에 진입하여 독점사업자로 운영하는 경우와 기존의 통신사업자와 복점으로 경쟁하는 경우를 고려하고, 각 시나리오에서 이윤을 극대화하고자 하는 신규 통신사업자의 최적 의사결정에 대해 논한다.

"단군이래 최대이권사업 쟁탈전"오는 6월 허가할 7개분야 30여개 신규통신사업자 선전경쟁을 두고 이르는 말이다. 모두 53개 컨소시엄이 출사표를 던졌고 여기에 줄잡아 1만 7천 3백여개 기업이 참여했다. 주식회사 간판을 단 기업치고 한다리 걸치지 못하면 불출 소리를 들을만큼 국내에 내노라하는 기업은 빠짐없이 참여한 셈이다. 허가대상 사업권의 방대함은 물론 참여열기 면에서도 유례가 없이 뜨겁다.
