  • 당사 제품인 건설 중장비용 대형 용접 구조물에 대하여, 설계단계부터 구조해석 및 초도품에 대한 Rig Test, 실차 시험 등 여러 단계를 거쳐 내구성을 평가하고 있다. 그러나 용접품 특성상 수명 평가 및 예측이 용이하지 않아 특히 내구성 개선 또는 효율 증대를 위한 경량화 등의 필요에 따른 설계 변경시 시행착오를 거치는 경우가 많다. 이에 개발 일정의 지연, 시험 비용의 증대 등이 불가피하고, 보증 수명의 증대를 통한시장 확대 등에 있어서도 애로가 있다. 또한 기존 Rig Test의 경우도 실제 사용환경과의 차이 등으로 인해 필드에서의 사용 수명을 예측하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 당 센터에서는 통계적 분석을 통한 사용 조건의 DB 구축과 제품 품질 DB의 구축 및 통합을 통하여 제관품의 특성을 반영한 용접 구조물의 가속 수명 평가법의 신뢰도 향상과 시장 목표에 부합하는 최적 설계 달성을 위한 독자적 Tool을 개발하고 있으며, 이에 대한 첫 번째 과제로 기확보 데이터에 대한 상관관계를 분석하였다.

  • 선박의 입출항을 위해서는 항만 시설과의 유기적 연계가 필요하며 이는 자율운항선박에도 마찬가지로 적용된다. 항만 인근의 복잡한 해상교통 상황과, 정박지나 항로 등 항계 내에서 고려해야할 추가적인 환경 조건들은 자율운항선박의 운항의 난이도를 높이며, 항만의 시간/공간적 자원들을 고려하는 가운데 입출항을 수행하는 것은 자율운항선박과 항만 시설과의 연계를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트항만과 자율운항선박의 연계를 통해 안전한 입출항을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 입출항지원시스템의 연동 구조 설계 결과와 이에 대한 시뮬레이션 시험 환경 구축 결과를 다룬다.

Development of the MEP Integration Test Environment for Surion (수리온 임무탑재체계의 통합시험 환경개발)

  • To perform effective integration test of avionics equipments, the importance of a setup for integration test environment has been increasing in recently developed aircraft. Especially, the development of integration test equipment is necessary for minimizing the development period and reliability of integration test. This paper treats the model development for optimal working of integration test after analyzing the characteristics of each MEP equipments for Surion(KUH). Models, whose main role is troubleshooting of equipment and simulation for missing equipments, consists of dynamic, behavior, and ICD models depending on the dynamic characteristics. Software test for both unit level and system level are performed to verify the model reliability. By conducting integration test using SIL, it is confirmed that the developed models are suitable for integration function test of the MEP system.

  • This paper describes a method of AAL(SSCOP) protocol conformance testing and its result analysis in ATM network. Terminal equipment(TE) that implements protocols for connecting ATM network shall be verified if appropriately implement by conformance testing. The protocol specifications and the testing methodology are recommended or standardized by international standardization organization(ITU-T, ISO, etc.). The ATM AAL (SSCOP) protocol which selected for describing conformance test procedure is standardized in ITU-T Q.2110 and ATM Forum UNI 3.1 which are same in contents. Also Testing standard like ATS for SSCOP is specified in ATM Forum 95-1459R2. Construction of conformance testing environment is necessary to coordinate in relations with standards, then testing must beexecuted at that environment and the results from the test system analyzed. For this, it is necessary to select any test case from standard for testing and to make ETS. The ETS is proted on the test system and conformance testing will execute on that system. Finally the result from the test system is to analyze. This conformance testing procedure is applicable to the same other test cases in SSCOP and protocols in any communcation networks.

  • Recent modeling and simulation technologies are being used in various fields, especially in the field of military simulation-based acquisition (Simulation Based Acquisition) is recognized as an essential policy. In test and evaluation phase of the SBA process, to build a simulation-based T&E(test and evaluation) environment is needed when T&E cannot be carried by real weapon system. To improve efficiency and reliability for T&E, interoperability, reusability and reliability for T&E equipments and systems are important. In this study, we propose applying simulation framework for efficienct test and applying VV&A process for reliable evaluation. We describes the characteristics of the development process, the actual test cases and the results of evaluation. Finally utilization plan and the future direction of research is described.

  • The rapid prototyping process and development tool which enable the control law evaluation efficiently are needed to minimize the development cycle, cost and risk of aircraft flight control system. This paper describes a development process that integrates the designed control law into HETLAS to evaluate simulation effectively using nonlinear mathematical models. The desktop engineering simulator was developed using HETLAS for the piloted simulation evaluation of a various control modes and the procedure was developed, which quickly integrates the HETLAS into HQS(Handling Quality Simulator) and HILS(Hardware In the Loop Simulation) environments. This paper presents a rapid prototyping process using HETLAS that significantly shortens the integration process of the control law into the nonlinear math model, HETLAS, and allows the control law designs to be quickly tested in the piloted simulation and HILS environments.

  • In this present study, to evaluate the applicability of the monitoring system of the entire reservoir dam facility using the wireless sensor network system and a section representative of the domestic reservoir dam was selected as the test bed site and to operated a system that can evaluate the condition of the facility at the real time with monitoring. In order to set up a wireless sensor network system, the system assessment of present state was carried out for confirmation the risk factors and the limit values of the risk factors in limit state were calculated. The type and position of the sensor to be measured in the field were determined by setting the measurement items suitable for the hazardous area and the risk factor. In this paper, we evaluated the feasibility of the system by monitoring and constructing a wireless sensor network system in a field for a fill dam that can represent a domestic reservoir dam. Applicability evaluation was verified by comparing directly with the measurement of partial concentration method which is the measurement management technology of the dam.

  • Development and verification of whole vibration test system was requested for developing a geostationary satellite. This satellite is enlarged significantly compared with fore-satellite in KARI. For vertical vibration test, new vertical vibration system was developed. For lateral vibration test, thermal equilibrium test was performed because of difference of thermal characteristics between test adapter and slip table. And lateral vibration system performance for overturning moment was verified by analysis and test. As the number of acquisition channels was increased, new shaker control and data acquisition system was installed. In this paper, verification process and techniques to improve test stability are introduced for the whole vibration test system.

  • This paper presents a performance analysis of the GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver on board in LEO satellites, based on the comparison of its in-orbit performances and corresponding ground test results. An extensive ground tests on the subject GPS receiver has been performed in diverse conditions under the right frame of ground test environments and the analysis of in-orbit performances has also been performed with the huge amount of accumulated GPS data which has been in operation for 6 years since its launch on 2006. For this analysis, we chose three sets of in-orbit data; the data during the early mission period, the data at the 3-year mission completion time, and the most recent in-orbit data. As the performance measures, we selected the position and time synchronization accuracy, and the comparative analysis shows the concurrency between the in-orbit performances and the ground test results with in these performance measures, verifying the validity of the ground test. It is expected that the test configuration and analysis method presented in this paper can be applied to developing and verifying the future Koreanized satellite GPS receivers.

고진공펌프종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발

  • 지식경제부의 청정제조기반 산업원천개발사업의 일환으로 진행 중인 "초고진공펌프 개발" 과제 중 제3세부 과제인 "고진공펌프 종합특성평가시스템 설계, 진단기술 개발" 과제에서 진행되고 있는 연구수행결과를 소개한다. 국내 초고진공펌프 개발 수준의 선진화를 위한 기본적인 초석 확립은 현존하는 모든 진공 발생 장치의 국제적 신뢰성이 있는 완벽한 성능평가의 구현에 있다고 할 수 있다. 고진공펌프개발 총괄 과제의 대명제는 "국제적 신뢰성을 가지는 상용화 제품의 완성"이며, 이를 위한 3세부과제의 추진 방향은 기 완료된 1단계 기술개발에 근거한 1세부과제 및 2세부과제와의 유기적인 infra를 통한 성공적인 지원체계 구축 및 상용화 제품 개발 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 전략을 수립, 수행하는 것을 골자로 하고 있다. 또한 2단계 사업 추진 동안 제품 개발 주체인 산업체에 모든 개발된 기술을 적용할 수 있는 기반 제공 및 상용화를 위한 성공적인 기술이전도 포함된다. 상용화 개발 완료 후인 Post Project 기간 동안에 발생할 수 있는 모든 지원체계의 구축도 장기간에 걸친 연구 개발의 연장선상에서 추진되어야 될 것으로 예상된다. 세부 추진내용으로 나노팹 공정현장의 고진공펌프 신뢰성평가의 기본 개념설계를 포함한 현장 데이터의 확보 및 분석 현황, 공정현장의 실제 환경에 투입하기 전 단계의 모든 신뢰성 확보 방안, 터보분자펌프의 경우 파괴실험을 포함한 over speed, shock venting, foreign debris dropping test 등 상용화 단계에 필요한 기본 시험평가 조건을 고찰하고자 한다. 상용화 단계의 내구성 및 신뢰성 확보를 위한 전제 조건은 대외적으로 공표할 수 있는 시험 평가 데이터와 개발 주체에서 기밀 수준으로 유지해야만 하는 민감한 자료의 상시 생산 infra의 구축으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 고진공펌프개발이라는 과제의 대명제를 완성하기 위하여 추진 연구개발 방향 등 진행형인 2년간의 최종 상용화에 필요한 국제 신뢰성, 공정대응성 확보 등 핵심사업 추진내용 및 infra 구축의 상세개발 로드맵을 완성하고자 한다.
