The Study of Nondestructive Test about Impact Damage of Plate Composite Materials (판형 복합재료의 충격 손상에 대한 비파괴시험적 고찰)

  • This study represents the Nondestructive Test about impact damage of composite materials made by different lay-up patterns and degrees. For this study, they were examined by the drop test on composite materials of two type lap-up patterns with fabric and unidirectional prepreg and examined nondestructive test of those. Nondestructive methods were X-ray test with $ZnI_2$ penetrant and Ultrasonic C-scan. The defect detectability of X-ray and Ultrasonic test was compared according to defect species. And the amounts of damage on impacted zone wert compared according to impact energy on two type test specimens. At results, Ultrasonic test was more effective to detect delamination and Penetrant X-ray test was more effective to detect matrix crack and fiber fracture. There were some differences in defect shapes and grades according to lay-up patterns and degrees, and the trend appeared that matrix crack, delamination, fiber fracture occured and increasing defects sizes according to increasing impact energy.

The Study on Experimental Measurement Method of Hinge Moment Acting on Control Surface of Air Vehicle (비행체 조종면에 작용하는 힌지 모멘트의 시험적 측정 방법 연구)

  • This paper contains the test method to obtain aerodynamic hinge moments acting on the control surface of air vehicle wing. During the flight, hinge moments make difference between actual control surface angle and control angle which is measured by sensor of actuator. The hinge moments can be obtained by using this difference. Static ground load test and calibration test were conducted to obtain torsional stiffness of control surface actuation system. This results are used to calculate hinge moments. In addition, the mechanical errors of actuation system such as slip angle of mounting point and backlash could be estimated. Using flight test results, this experimental measurement method of hinge moment acting on control surface is conducted. The results of this method are similar to those of numerical simulation method, and the validity of this method is proved.

  • 골재의수요는 매년 크게 증가하고 있으나 천연골재는 점차 고갈되어 가고 있다. 따라서 기존석산들에서 발생되는 폐석자원을 쇄석골재로 활용하면 일거양득의 효과가 있다. 본 연구는 국내에서 가장 대규모 석산단지인 포천 및 익산지역 기존석산에서 발생되는 석산폐석에 대한 물리적, 화학적 및 광물학적 시험.분석을 실시하여, 쇄석골재로서 석산폐석의 특성규명과 활용가능성을 평가하였다. 연구결과, 포천과 익산지역에서 발생되는 석산폐석을 쇄석골재로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었으며, 폐석자원을 쇄석골재로 활용함으로써 골재의 수요에 보충하고, 산림 및 자연경관의 훼손과 환경오염을 야기할 수 있는 석산골재 신규개발의 억제에도 효과가 기대된다.

A Study on the Improvement of the Marine Pollution Management Capacity of Local Governments - Focucing on Support by the Central Government - (지방정부 해안방제능력의 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 중앙정부의 지원방안을 중심으로 -)

  • The importance of marine pollution prevention is increasing day by day both at home and overseas. Against this context, this study proposes policy directions to forge an improved system of coastal control for local governments. I have analyzed the coastal pollution response capacity of local governments to find out how the central government can better support these efforts to reinforce capacity. For the purposes of this research, I carried out a number of case studies on large-scale marine pollution accidents that occurred at home and abroad. According to the results, I identified the implications of the coastal pollution response capacity of local governments and suggested several alternatives such as construction of step by step response system, strengthening education and training, part of human network activation, establishment of grounds for securing response resources, and establishment of dedicated department to prepare for potential future marine pollution accidents. However, as little research has been done on the coastal pollution response capacity of local governments, this work may be regarded as an experimental study to help facilitate follow-up research in the future.

TTA 교통모델 기반의 GML 응용 시스템 실험 구축

  • TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association: 한국정보통신기술협회)에서는 2004년 말에 우리나라 교통 분야 지리정보 데이터 표준 모델을 발표한 바 있다. 이 TTA 모델은 지리정보의 수요증대와 더불어 적절한 교통 분야 지리정보 데이터의 공유, 교환 및 활용을 도모하기 위하여 구축뿐만 아니라 응용측면을 고려한 데이터 모델이므로 본 연구에서는 TTA 교통데이터 모델을 기반으로 국제적 지리정보 엔코딩 표준방식인 Geography Markup Language (GML) 처리가 가능한 시험적인 응용 시스템을 구축하여 웹 기반에서의 TTA 교통모델의 실무적 적합성을 검토해 보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과로 응용 도메인에서의 OGC 국제 표준인 GML의 적합성을 검증해 볼 수 있었고, 이러한 결과는 인터넷을 통한 응용 분야에서 별도로 구축된 지리정보의 공유 및 교환이 손쉽게 이루어지기 때문에 각각의 주요 응용 분야에서의 GIS 데이터의 공유를 위한 기반 구조가 될 것으로 생각한다.

  • 작업부하 산정 모델을 개발하기 위해 인간-기계 시스템 환경에서 작업자의 작업성 취 및 생산성에 영향을 미치는 내적·외적 작업부하 요인들을 발견하여 이를 모델개발 에 고려하였다. 이들 작업부하 요인들이 작업자에 감지되는 정도에 대한 반응을 5점 척도를 도입하여 숫자가 아닌 자연어로 할 수 있게 하였으며 이렇게 작업자에 의해 주관적으로 판단된 작업스트레스 요인들은 각기 다른 가중치를 판단하기 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 사용하여 작업자가 직접 느끼는 작업부하 스트레스 정도를 비교판단 하게 하였고 이렇게 개념화된 모델을 실제 산업현장에서 사용할 수 있도록 컴퓨터를 통한 시험적인 작업부하 분석시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에 대한 검증을 위하여 실제 산업체에 종사하는 작업자들을 대상으로 인간공학적 작업부하 모델을 적용하여 측정하고 이를 작업자의 생리학적인 변화와의 관계를 비교 분석하여 본 결과 본 논문에서 개발된 모델은 작업부하 스트레스를 비교적 정확하게 측정할 수 있어서 앞으로 산업현장에 적용될 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 연구로 판단된다.

  • The spectrum of values stretches from intrinsic value to practical value, consisting of exchange value anduse value. Because of its own nature and perspective in assessing information, there are some problems ofassessing its value. As a framework of assessing value of lnformation, Taylor developed the value-addedmodel of information. Although the model has sl~ortcomings which do not apply measures and scales tomformation value, it can be a framework in assessing the value of mformation.

  • In this paper, the experimental study on the identification of noise sources and noise transmission paths was carried out for the cabin noise control of construction equipment. In order to investigate noise and vibration characteristics of cabin structure, sound absorption, transmission, and radiation tests were performed using cabin assembly models. The noise/vibration source levels were obtained from the real cabins of wheel loader and excavator. Using transfer functions of cabins and real cabins' source data, cabin noise was decomposed into airborne and structureborne noise transmissions. Finally noise sources and major transmission paths were successfully identified for wheel loader and excavator's cabins.

  • Results of the experimental research are described in this thesis, which are about braking characteristics of aircraft ABS brake system with different ground conditions. Dynamo-tests were conducted with the state of the application aircraft condition and with two different ground conditions. The Braking characteristics on each ground condition were drawn from the results of occurrence of skid, braking distance and deceleration. The braking performance of the application aircraft could be anticipated and the efficient range of braking operation could be set with those results.

  • This paper has investigated the strength of the bogie frame for the Korean tilting train that is being developed in KRRI. In this study, the loading conditions imposed on the bogie frame of tilting train were derived and the static and fatigue strength of the bogie frame has been evaluated. In order to achieve these goals, finite element analysis has been performed and the stress concentration areas were investigated. Based on the analytical results, the static load tests were conducted under the nontilting load conditions and the tilting load conditions. The test results were used to evaluate the fatigue strength of the bogie frame by Goodman diagram.
