Verification of Control System Algorithms for Compressed Gas Supply Facility in Launch Complex (발사대 고압가스공급설비 제어시스템 알고리즘 검증)

  • Control systems of compressed gas supply facility are responsible for storing and supplying compressed gases required for launch complex qualification test and launch operation. Most of the facilities that make up the launch complex require compressed gas for their operation. Therefore, such control systems should be developed and verified earlier rather than the other systems that constitute the launch complex. Each verification for hardware and software is performed separately. In particular, software verification of control algorithms loaded on the controller takes a lot of time and man power during the development period of the control system. Thus, specific test procedures and methods should be prepared in advance for efficient development. This paper introduces the configuration of a compressed gas supply facility and its control system with the verification procedure and results of major algorithms.

Suction Penetration Review of Circular Steel Pipes by Field Test (현장 실험을 통한 원형강관 석션관입성 검토)

  • Currently, cofferdams of circular cross section are widely applied as temporary facilities for the installation of bridge foundations in river/sea bridge construction in Korea. Existing caisson, sheet pile, and cell type cofferdam are widely used, but these methods take a lot of time and cost for installation and dismantling. In the case of the existing sheet pile construction method, attention is needed to secure internal and external stability because of the damage to the sheet pile due to ground penetration and difficulty in connecting element members. In this study, penetration design of circular steel pipes using suction pressure was performed on the soft ground of the west coast, and it was confirmed that penetration construction using suction pressure was possible through field tests. It was confirmed that applying the ground analysis results using the cone penetration test (CPT) to the design rather than the standard penetration test (N value) results more similar to the field test results. In addition, it was confirmed that local failure of the inside of the cofferdam was induced when a suction pressure higher than the upper limit suction pressure was applied in the silty sand.

Comparison of Mechanical Properties on Helical/Hoop Hybrid Wound HNT Reinforced CFRP Pipe with Water Absorption Behavior (CFRP 파이프의 와인딩 적층 패턴 설계 및 HNT 나노입자 보강에 따른 수 환경에서의 기계적 물성 평가)

  • Currently, fluid transfer steel pipes take a lot of time and expense to maintain all facilities due to new construction and painting or corrosion and aging. Therefore, this study was conducted for designing a CFRP pipe structure with high corrosion resistance and chemical resistance as a substitute for steel pipes. The helical/hoop pattern was cross-laminated to improve durability, and HNT was added to suppress the moisture absorption phenomenon of the epoxy. The HNT/CFRP pipe was manufactured by a filament winding process, and performed a mechanical property test, and a moisture absorption test in distilled water at 70℃. As a result, the highest bending strength was obtained when the hoop pattern was laminated with a thickness equivalent to 0.6% of the pipe. The 0.5 wt% HNT specimen had the highest moisture absorption resistance. Also, the delamination phenomenon at the interlayer interface was delayed, resulting in the lowest strength reduction rate.

A Study on the Design Plan of Naval Combat System Software to Reduce Cost of Hardware Discontinuation Replacement

  • In this paper, we analyze the structure of TV video software, one of the warship combat management system software, and propose a standard architecture that minimizes software modification due to the discontinuation replacement of warship hardware. The class structure was newly designed to minimize the class modified when replacing the warship hardware by separating the variable elements and common elements of TV video software through FORM(Feature-Oriented Reuse Method), the common part that communicates with the warship combat management system and displays the TV screen and the variable part that communicates between the operator and the TV camera. In addition, the Strategy design pattern is applied to efficiently add and modify classes that directly use hardware-dependent APIs when replacing hardware discontinuation, and to make both discontinued and replacements available software. Finally, the reliability testing time and functional testing time of the existing TV video software and the proposed software were measured and compared, and finally, it was confirmed that the hardware discontinuation replacement cost was reduced.

A Study on Non-contact Penetration and Rebound Measurement Device for Quality Control in Driven Piles (말뚝 시공관리를 위한 비접촉식 관입량 측정장치 활용에 관한 연구)

  • The domestic auger-drilled pile method generally manages the driving penetration (set) value with the final stage of construction. The penetration value has been estimated by manual measurement for a long time. The automation technology is yet to be applied due to workability and high-cost limitations, despite safety issues and lack of reliability in measured results. In this study, a non-contact pile penetration measurement device was developed. Further, the field performance was verified by comparing the measurements with a conventional automation device. In addition, the on-site field quality control method was analyzed using the penetration measuring device. The field experiments confirmed that more reliable bearing capacity estimation could calculate the dynamic damping coefficient and the modified Hiley formula with the developed device. Furthermore, it can be used for pile construction management from the bearing capacity viewpoint, even for piles not subjected to dynamic load tests.

  • Micropiles are cast-in-place-type piles with small diameters. They are widely used for the foundation reinforcement of existing buildings and structures because this technique is easy to construct and economic. A base expansion structure is developed following the mechanism of radial expansion at the pile tip under compression. Numerical analysis, durability tests, and centrifuge tests have been conducted using the base expansion structure. In this study, three-dimensional numerical modeling was performed to describe the behavioral mechanism of the base expansion structure using steel bar penetration under compressive loading, and numerical analyses using centrifuge test conditions were performed for the comparative studies. Additionally, the base structure was modified based on the results of lab-scale analyses, and the bearing capacities of micropiles were compared using field-scale numerical analyses under various ground conditions.

  • In this study, the in-situ model test has been conducted to estimate and analyze consolidation behavior of the ground by using the miniature test that reconstructs economically geotechnical behavior of in-situ full scale structure. To analyze the relation of effective stress, void ratio and coefficient of permeability at the self-weight consolidation stage, the low stress seepage consolidation test has been conducted and the involution function of constitutive equation had been obtained from the result of the curve fitted seepage consolidation test. As a result of the numerical analysis that had been conducted on the representative section using a constitute equation, final settlement was similar to those of self-weight consolidation of the centrifugal model test. But it was more or less smaller. It seems that these trends are caused by the difference between estimated values.

  • In this paper, we propose the standard architecture for the IFF interface SW in naval combat management system(CMS). The proposed standard interface architecture is a method designed to reduce modification efforts and man-month of reliability test for the existing the IFF interface SW of 11 types. We identified highly dependent CMS and GFE information, leading to the redefinition of standard requirements and functions, and proceeded with the initial design applying the Naval Shield Component Platform(NSCP). Subsequently, using the Feature Model, we derived additional common and variable elements for the interface of multiple CMS and GFE. Considering the S.O.L.I.D principles, we designed the final architecture. The proposed IFF Interface SW, based on the standard architecture, is expected to enhance management efficiency through a common architecture, increase code reusability and scalability, and reduce development costs by shortening reliability testing times.

  • Recently, the development of a Korean fighter jet is underway in Korea. As a result, various armament/equipment that can perform various missions will be installed and linked. In order for the aircraft and armament/equipment to be successfully installed and linked, they must be designed and developed based on linkage standards and must operate according to the operating procedures. In addition, safety and reliability must be verified through many repeated tests. In this paper, in order to optimize the resources (time, cost, manpower) consumed by performing repeated tests, an inspection system was developed according to the MIL-STD-1760, an airborne standard interface, and software that can perform aircraft linkage procedures in real time was installed to secure an integrated inspection system that can verify the linkage of armament/equipment in advance.

An ergonomic evaluation of the computer car (컴퓨터차의 인간공학적 평가)

  • 미래의 차의 선택사항이 될 여행정보시스템을 설치하여 그 성능의 인간공학적 조사를 수행하였다. 이 시스템을 실제로 GM자동차 Oldsmobile Toronado형 100대에 설치하여 사용자가 얼마나 쉽게, 빨리 그리고 안락하게 갈 수 있고, 어떻게 하면 좀 더 이것을 인간공학적으로 향상시킬수 있는 가를 연구하였다. 100대중 23대는 대학교에서 연구를 하고 나머지는 AAA회사의 회원권을 가진 지역사용자들에게 AAA회사와 AVIS회사를 통하여 대여를 하여 컴퓨터차(TravTek시스템)의 성능과 효율성을 시험하였다. 그 내용을 살펴보면, 차에 부착된 컴퓨터의 컬러화면으로 사용자에게 도로를 보여주고, 컴퓨터가 최단거리를 제시하여 운전자에게 컴퓨터음성과 화면으로 길을 안내한다. 그 파급효과로 도로 체증현상을 막고, 기름의 낭비도 절약하고, 밤에도 안전하게 운행할 수 있게 할 뿐만아니라 처음보는 거리라고 하더라도 컴퓨터가 안내하면서 목적지까지 무사히 도착할 수 있게 하여 준다. 이러한 시스템을 설치한 차를 타고 여행할 때, 여행자가 과연 얼마나 안락하게 여행할 수 있으며, 도로의 체증현상을 줄이고, 사고를 예방하며, 차의 설계와 목적이 인간공학적으로 합당한 가를 알아보고자 하는 연구이다. 인간공학적 평가 인자들은 (1) 운전자의 수행도, (2) 사용자 선호도, (3) 사용자 인식, (4) 운행정보등이다. 그리고 컴퓨터음성을 사용하였을 때와 사용하지 않았을 때의 두가지 경우와 (1) 움직이는 컴퓨터지도를 사용하였을 때 (2) 단순화한 도로안내를 사용하였을 때, (3) 컴퓨터 지도를 사용하지 않았을 경우(종이지도사용)에 관해 위의 4가지 인간공학적 인자들을 평가하고자 한다. 이 연구는 아직도 진행중이라 발표하고자 하는 논문역시 현재까지의 연구결과를 토대로 발표하는 것이므로 완전한 결론을 내릴 수는 없고, 진행과 정의내용과 토의사항과 잠정적인 결론을 제시하고자 한다. 의거한 작업순서 결정을 위해 우선 BB의 상한을 구하는 연구를 행했다. 이를 위해 우선 단일작업장에서 야기될 수 있는 모든 상황을 고려한 최적 작업순서 결정규칙을 연구했으며, 이의 증명을 위해 이 규칙에 의거했을 때의 보완작업량이 최소가 된다는 것을 밝혔다. 보완작업 계산의 효율성을 제고하기 위해 과부하(violation)개념을 도입하였으며, 작업유형이 증가된 상황에서도 과부하 개념이 보완작업량을 충분히 반영할 수 있음을 밝혔다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최적 작업순서 규칙에 의거했을 때 야기될 수 있는 여러가지 경우의 과부하를 모두 계산했다. 앞에서 개발된 단일작업량의 최적 작업순서 결정규칙을 이용하여 다작업장의 문제를 실험했다. 이 문제는 규모가 매우 크므로 Branch & Bound를 이용하였으며, 각 가지에서 과부하량이 최적인 경우만을 고려하는 휴리스틱을 택하여 실험자료를 이용하여 여러 회 반복실험을 행했다. 그리고 본 연구의 성과를 측정하기 위해 휴리스틱 기법시 소요되는 평균 CPU time 범위에서, 랜덤 작업순서에 따른 작업할당을 반복실험하여 이중 가장 좋은 해와 비교했다. 그러나 앞으로 다작업장 문제를 다룰 때, 각 작업장 작업순서들의 상관관계를 고려하여 보다 개선된 해를 구하기 위한 연구가 요구된다. 또한, 준비작업비용을 발생시키는 작업장의 작업순서결정에 대해서도 연구를 행하여, 보완작업비용과 준비비용을 고려한 GMMAL 작업순서문제를 해결하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.로 이루어 져야 할 것이다.태를 보다 효율적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 대안이 마련되어져야 한다고 사료된다.$\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$표현$\lrcorner$
