  • 원자력발전소(原子力發電所)의 방진기의 역할은 운전중(運轉中) 지진(地震)이나 혹은 수격작용(水擊作用)등 순간적인 동적 하중의 발생으로부터 관련 배관(配管)과 기기(機器)를 보호하는 것이다. 1989년 이후 ASME Sec. XI에서 50kips 이상의 대형 방진기도 ASME/ANSI OM Part 4에 따라 육안검사(肉眼檢査) 및 성능시험(性能試驗)을 할 것을 추가 요구하고 있다. 따라서 본 보고서는 방진기(防震機) 기능, 미국 원전 방진기의 손상 사례, 검사(檢査) 기술기준(技術基準) 및 요구사항(要求事項)을 검토(檢討)하여 검사 및 성능시험을 적절한 제반 기술기준에 의거 수행토록 하며, 수행 결과 수반되는 손상 방진기에 대한 원인규명(原因糾明)과 까다로운 후속조치(後續措置)의 실시로 원전 40여년 수명기간동안 배관계통(配管系統) 및 기기(機器)의 건전성을 확보하는데 기여코자 한다.

  • 우주발사체 검사장비는 umbilical 신호를 기준으로 발사체 내부 analog input/output, discrete input/output, 외부 전원 공급 각 제어기의 RS-422 인터페이스 구현 및 제어를 통해 우주 발사체의 기능을 통합 검사하는 것을 주 목적으로 하며 우주 발사체에 탑재되는 전기/전자시스템의 개발시험 이후 시스템 레벨에서의 통합 기능시험을 수행하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 우주발사체에 적용될 검사장비의 설계 및 적용 방안에 대해 기술할 것이다.

  • In this paper, we have implemented the performance evaluation system of the unified fuel heater for CRDI diesel engine. If the diesel engine be cold by low temperature in winter, then that makes the waxing materials like a paraffin and is the source of poor engine starting. The unified fuel heater is the barrow meter that estimate the start performance of diesel engine, and be tested by test chamber. The chamber perform the normal temperature, an extremely low temperature, an operating performance in an extremely high temperature, the resistance operation delay time and current operation delay time in setting up test resistance, the bimetal delay time test in temperature variation, the current and resistor test of the composited heater, a heating operation test.

A Study on the Reliability of Corrected Diopter according to Subjective refraction instrument (자각식굴절검사기기에 따른 교정굴절력의 신뢰도에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This research provided basic data for refraction by comparing the corrected diopter of trial lens and phoropter. Methods: We compared the corrected diopter of trial lens and phoropter, and analyzed statistical significance and relations of the spherical lens corrected diopter and cylindrical lens corrected diopter according to the types (trial lens and phoropter) of subjective refractive instruments. Also we analyzed statistical significance and relations between cylindrical lens corrected diopter at the astigmatism and the types (trial lens and phoropter) of subjective refractory instruments. Results: When we measured the corrected diopter of simple myopia, the mean value for corrected diopter was S-2.74D using the trial lens and S-2.65D using the phoropter. So the corrected diopter was 0.09D smaller when measured by phoropter. The degree of astigmatism was measured C-0.81D using the trial lens and C-0.77D using the phoropter which showed that the measured value was 0.04D smaller using the phoropter. On correlation analysis between the refractive instruments (trial lens and phoropter) and the corrected diopter, there was significant (p<0.01) strong correlation between refractory machine and corrected spherical diopter (r=0.996) and the correlation between refractory machine and corrected cylindrical diopter was r=0.986 and was also significant (p<0.01). Conclusions: The use of phoropter than trial lens was more desirable when performing refraction on high myopia (simple refractive error, high astigmatism), and when using trial lens, you should consider the vertex distance and the gap between overlapped lenses before prescription.

  • Recently, semiconductor packages trend to be thinner, which makes difficult to detect defects therein. A preconditioning test is generally performed to evaluate the reliability of semiconductor packages. The test procedure includes two scanning acoustic microscope (SAM) tests at the beginning and end of the entire test, in order to help detect physical defects such as delaminations and package cracks. In particular, of primary concern are package cracks and delaminations caused by moisture absorbed under ambient conditions. This paper discusses the failure mechanism associated with the moisture absorbed and encapsulated in semiconductors, and the use SAM to detect failures such as tracks and delaminations grown during the preconditioning test.

Subacute Toxicity of Xylooligosaccharide in Rats (Xylooligosaccharide의 랫트에 대한 아급성경구독성)

  • The subacute toxicity of xylooligosaccharide (XO) was evaluated in SD rats. Groups of 60 male and 60 female rats were orally administered with 0, 333, 1000 or 3000 mg/kg of XO for 13 weeks. The changes of body weight, food and water consumption were investigated for 17 weeks, while heamatological values and histopathological findings were investigated at the end of the 13 weeks and 17 weeks including 4 weeks of recovery periods. No death and toxic effects were observed during the test periods. There were statistically significant changes in several parameters, but these change had no direct relationship to dosage. Clinical changes were general occurrence and no specific toxicity was related to XO. Gross necropsy and histopathology revealed that no target organs were found in the treated mouse with XO. According to the results, no-observed effect level of XO is estimated to be above 3000 mg/kg.

  • IEC61850 기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템에서 사용하는 IED를 국내의 여러 업체에서 개발하고 있다. 하지만 개발된 IED를 IEC61850 국제 표준에 맞게 개발했는지 시험하는 적합성 검사는 외국의 인증업체에 의해서만 진행되고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 국내에서도 IED의 적합성 검사론 해줄 수 있는 방법이 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IEC61850-10에서 제시하고 있는 ACSI 모델의 매핑과 서비스 시험 사례에 대한 검사를 수행하고 UCA IUG(International Users Group)에서 제시하는 적합성 검사 진행 방법에 따라 검사를 수행할 수 있는 적합성 검사 프로그램의 프로토타입을 구현하고 이를 소개한다.
