건물일체형 태양전지 (BIPV; building integrated photovoltaics)나 야외 태양광 발전 차양 등의 태양광 발전에는 기존의 유리 기판 태양전지보다 가볍고 유연한 flexible 박막 태양전지가 설치하고 운영하는데 적합하다. 이러한 flexible 박막 태양전지는 자동차나 휴대기기의 전원이나 배터리의 충전기기로도 쓰이며 그 수요가 증가 추세에 있다. 특히, flexible Cu(In, Ga)$Se_2$(CIGS) 박막 태양전지는 기존의 flexible 실리콘 박막 태양전지보다 효율이 높아서 앞으로 성장 잠재력이 매우 높다. 세계적으로도 많은 기업이 상용화를 추진하고 있으며, 2007년부터 시장에 진입하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 flexible CIGS 박막 태양전지는 유리 기판 CIGS 박막 태양전지보다 효율이 낮고 패키지를 유리에서 플라스틱으로 대체하기 때문에 수명이 짧다. 또한, 아직도 완전한 양산 체제로 전환이 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 해결해야 할 문제점이 많이 있다. Flexible 기판으로는 스테인리스 스틸이나 폴리머 기판이 사용되는데, 유리 기판에 비해 저가 태양전지를 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 roll-to-roll 공정을 적용할 수 있어 가격 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있다. 특히, 금속 유연기판을 사용할 경우, 유리 기판에 비해 상대적으로 고온 공정이 가능한 장점이 있다. 그러나, 금속 기판을 사용할 경우 해결해야 할 두 가지 이슈가 있다. 첫째, CIGS 흡수층 형성에 도움을 주는 Na의 공급 문제이다. 유리 기판의 경우 기판에 포함되어 있는 Na이 확산을 통해 공급되지만, 금속 기판의 경우 별도의 Na 공급 방법을 고려해야 한다. 둘째, 불순물 확산 방지막 및 전기 절연층으로 사용되는 유전체 박막의 문제이다. 현재 다양한 금속 산화물 유전체 박막을 사용한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 flexible CIGS 박막 태양전지의 기술적 이슈 및 현재 연구 현황을 살펴보고, 스테인리스 스틸 기판을 이용한 CIGS 박막 태양전지에서 유전체 확산 방지막에 따른 특성을 비교하고자 한다. 스테인리스 스틸 기판의 불순물로부터의 확산을 방지하기 위하여 두 종류(intrinsic ZnO와 SiOx)의 유전체 박막을 각각 Na가 도핑된 Mo층과 스테인리스 스틸 기판 사이에 삽입하여 소자를 제작하였다. 확산 방지막이 없는 경우, SiOx층을 사용한 경우, 그리고 intrinsic ZnO 층을 사용한 경우에, 효율은 각각 7.47, 11.64, and 13.95%로 나타났다. 셀의 크기는 $0.47\;cm^2$이고, 반사방지막은 사용하지 않았다.

The extra session of the 17th National Assembly convened lastly had passed the law on the promotion of the fire industry. Therefore, the development of the fire industry discussed insignificantly in accordance with the establishment of the law. In this important time, this study was intended to derive tasks for development through researching the concept and developing process of the fire industry and forecasting the industry. For defining the concept of the fire industry, this study researched meaning, the present status and features of the industry. For study of developing process of the fire industry, this study analysed fire law and system, fire codes, fire products and development of fire market. The analyses were processed as a unit of every 10 years from 1960's. Consequently, this study presented some tasks for development of the fire industry such as fire inspection system, fire products circulation system, separated ordering system, managing system of fire facilities and technical R & D of the fire industry based on analysing and forecasting the fire industry.

Information users depend more and more on portal sites for Internet navigation. These circumstances are reflected in academic information market especially. As the path of contacting public knowledge information, many institutions of information creation and services are collaborating with portal sites. At this point in time, it is necessary to consider linking libraries services with portal sites. Especially university libraries which have been recognized as private facilities of each university must to be considered as public facilities of local community. So it is desirable to develop method for linking university library services with portal sites for revitalizing university library services. This paper presents methods linking library OPACs with portal sites, through surveying oversea's cases and situation of domestic portal sites.

This research aimed to design and develop a mobile-website mixed business model and smartphone based mobile application for the purpose of mobile fashion content distribution. We have implemented a mobile interface and trading system supporting self production of content, use, share, and user's self-up. And we proposed its market access strategy for the expansion of fashion contents transactions. To do this, the existing status of research and benchmarking for mobile app of fashion contents related were studied. As a result of the study, Android, iOS-based mobile applications were developed, but there are some business problems such as low awareness, low entry barriers, and the poor fashion content compared to the size of industry. Because this system provide the fashion contents of affiliated companies to users, it needs to expand cooperation and to promote the partnership with fashion blog, cafes, and fashion magazines.

The concept, means, value chain, the persons concerned and possible issues of game item trading in cash are analyzed in this study. The trading is characterized by not only being performed with its own unique business model but also causing issues related to delicate social problems, such as digital contents distribution, work place and gambling. The way of game item trading in cash and its value chain have been changed with game market growth for the past years. I analyzed in this article the new concept of game item trading in cash that is different from the past. Also, analysis on several issues related to game item trading in cash is conducted.

In this paper, we introduce the case study on the certificate system for Auto Meter Reading protocol, Device Language Message Specification which is a common language between metering devices and protocol with compatibility and conformance to the IEC 62056 standards. KEPCO has contributed to improve interoperability between different devices of multi vendors through the DLMS standard tests and led the smart metering industry in Korea. KEPCO has AMR system and successful business model for 550 thousands of households based on 24Mbps broadband powerline communications using its infrastructure. We have plan to continue on standardization activities stratagemically by participating in IEC working groups for the purpose of occupying the core technology of Smart Gird.

As the national demand for solving the fine dust problem has increased, the government has announced intensive measures to deal with fine dust. So recently, selective catalytic reduction(SCR) has attracted attention as a technology for removing nitrogen oxides from precursors of fine dust. In this study, the government's policies related to fine dust and the current status of market and R&D were investigated, and economic analysis by scenarios was conducted by dividing cases where SCR technology was applied to industries. The results of economic analysis for each scenario were calculated using NPV, and companies with no denitrification facilities(Case 1) introduced general SCR technologies(Scenario 1-1) and low-temperature SCR technologies(Scenario 1-2). In addition, companies that have already installed denitrification facilities(Case 2) analyzed the two categories, using the general SCR technology as it is(Scenario 2-1) and replacing it with low-temperature SCR technology(Scenario 2-2). Comparative analysis was performed based on the results of each NPV.

제6세대 컴퓨터로 불리는 신경컴퓨터는 학습과 병렬처리에 의해 인간의 두뇌 기능을 모방한다. 인간의 두뇌는 시각인식, 음성인식, 촉각감지 등 패턴인식뿐 아니라 인간의 복잡한 신체구조를 시각, 촉각 같은 감각기관의 도움을 얻어 움직이는 중요한 역할도 한다. 바로 이 모터제어(motor control) 역시 신경회로가 담당하기 때문에 이를 기계적 신체에 해당하는 로보트 또는 광범위하게 기계, 비행기, 산업공정에 응용하는 것은 매우 자연스럽게 보인다. 이처럼 신경회로가 제어에 응용되는 것을 신경제어 (neurocontrol)라 하고 이를 이용한 기계를 지능기계(intelligent machinery)라 한다. 지능기계는 기본적으로 인간처럼 경험축적 학습 불확실한 환경에서의 적응 자기진단 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 신경회로의 지극히 광범위한 응용분야중 신경제어는 가장 먼저 실현될 가능성이 높다. 실제로 로보트나 공정제어(process control)처럼 복잡한 비선형 시스템의 제어는 다량의 센서 정보에 기초한 실시간 제어를 필수로 하며 이는 신경회로를 사용함으로써 가장 효율적, 경제적으로 구현할 수 있다. 실제로 신경제어는 전세계적으로 이미 시스템 제어에 응용되어 좋은 결과를 내고 있다. 신경회로의 로보트나 자동화 응용은 학술적인 측면에서는 복잡한 비선형 시스템의 지능제어 (intelligent control)문제에 대한 신선한 해결책을 마련해줄 뿐 아니라 산업자동화라는 막대한 시장을 뒤로 하고 있어 이론에서 실제에 걸쳐 가장 광범위한 파급효과를 가지는 최첨단 기술로 보여진다. 고부가가치 상품을 통한 국제 경쟁력 제고의 차원에서도 정부, 기업 등의 과감한 연구 개발투자가 선행되어야 한다. 특히 이 분야의 연구는 선진국도 최근에 시작한 점으로 보아 정부, 기업이 이에 대한 연구 개발투자를 현명하게 할 경우에 세계적 기술 경쟁력도 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 본 해설에서는 로보트 및 시스템 제어에 관한 기초 이론을 설명하고 신경회로 적용기술을 소개하고 기존 방법과 비교 했을 때의 우월성, 전세계적인 응용연구, 국내외 연구개발 현황, 상업화 가능성, 산업계 응용례, 기술상의 문제점, 향후 전망 등을 다루기로 한다.

Recently the government aims to new markets, new jobs, and economic management based on technology, imagination, and creativity through the 'Creative Economy'. It has also been demonstrated in the creation of economic benchmarking of the developed countries that the performance of the creative economy in the border area with convergence of industry, science, culture and technology can achieve. In particular, women in science and technology play an important role in the case of developed countries. However, it is known that active supports and development policies for women scientists and engineers are insufficient, and the number of woman in science and technology is very low in korea. The ratio of women in her early and mid 30s in economic activity is low because of career break and difficulties from going back to work due to childbirth and parenting. The government should concentrate on the creative education and training, support for women in science and technology to develop the creative economy progressively. we present the investigation of the ICT industry status, role of women in economic participation, and the plan of creating jobs for women in the ICT industry in this paper.

Is university restructuring for 'reinforcing university education quality and competitiveness of higher education'? The fundamental problems of the on going university restructuring becomes crisis of university and moreover, Sports Related Departments faces huge crisis. This research analyzes university crisis and progress of Sports Related Departments. After conducting discussion about a directivity of Physical Education in university with a focus on role and direction of 'Physical Education' which is for realization of 'University''s ideal, Sports Related Departments proposed four practical tasks, which is for preventive improvement, not for prescriptive improvement. First, Effort to establish academical identity. Second, characterization strategy for each different region and university. Third, Reforming of Sports Related Departments related with prospect of the labour market. Last, Drawing up a plan for establishing Sports Related Departments' united system.
