  • 인터넷의 급속한 보급 및 확산은 국제무역에 있어 일대 혁신을 초래하고 있으며, 특히 해외시장조사, 해외홍보 및 마케팅, 거래선 발굴, 신용조사, 거래협상 등 계약 체결 이전까지의 거래경로에 있어 시간과 공간의 제약이 없이 저렴하고 신속하게 글로벌 비즈니스를 수행할 수 있게 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국 수출기업들이 어떠한 업무에 어느 정도나 인터넷을 활용하고 있는지, 실제로 어떠한 활용성과를 거두고 있는지 등을 설문조사에 의한 실증분석을 살펴 봄으로써 국내 수출기업들의 인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래, 즉 사이버무역 내지 전자무역의 활성화 및 국제경쟁력 제고 방안을 모색하고 있다.

  • 국내 통신서비스는 2000년 이후 유무선 인터넷을 중심으로 급성장을 해왔으나 기존 서비스에 대한 가입자 정체와 FTTH와 HSDPA, 와이브로를 중심으로 서비스 고도화 추세에 있다. 정체기와 전환기의 시장 특성이 나타나는 상황에서 통신사업자들은 자사 가입자를 유지하고 타사 가입자를 전환시키려는 마케팅 활동이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 이에 통신소비자의 특성을 체계적으로 파악하는 것이 가입자 유지 및 전환활동의 관건이 된다. 본 글에서는 시장조사 결과를 바탕으로 초고속인터넷 이용시간, 이동전화 이용요금 수준, 이동전화 무선인터넷 이용여부, 모바일 브로드밴드 이용의향, 소비자의 혁신성향을 중심으로 현재 현안이 되고 있는 사항에 대해 국내 통신소비자의 개인 특성 및 서비스 이용 특성을 파악하고 시사점을 전개하고자 한다.

A Descriptive Study on the Job Information Service Market

  • In this study, the author seeks to identify the status of the online job information service market and present strategic guidelines to maintain the market ecosystem based on it. The research method was carried out as a descriptive study to identify the online job information service market by utilizing various secondary data. Specifically, the market analysis identified the high potential growth rate of the job information service market and key issues. Industry trend analysis analyzed key service features, job seeker types and features, service use trends, promotion and marketing methods. Finally, through SWOT analysis of the market, strategic guidelines were proposed to lead the market ecosystem into a virtuous circle. In the first place, these findings will help us gain a comprehensive view of the market by identifying the status of the job information service market with a focus on the main issues. It may also provide companies in the industry with the necessary clues to their continued survival within the industry. Furthermore, the government and public organizations are expected to contribute to boosting the job information service market with the aim of creating and improving jobs.

  • The concept of license sales and its business model, which was introduced by Dolby 40 years ago, was implemented by Intel in the form of their promotional strategy "Intel Inside" and became the basis for Sharp's Plasmacluster. This strategy proved to be useful in securing stable profitability and competitiveness in the market, as it is designed to (i) license technology, which is an intangible asset, and (ii) combine various communication activities and management strategies to create a brand for the licensed technology. Although the concept and theory of "Technology Brand Marketing" are not fully understood, we know that they exist and are fully functional. Many corporations have branded their technology, though their intention may not be as clear as that of Dolby or Intel. This paper introduces the technology brands of advanced Japanese corporations in different sectors that have striven to earn credibility through "Technology Brand Marketing" and the possibilities this has opened up for them.

  • Local freight forwarder's circle is suffering worsening profitability and insecure employment from over-competition which caused by a saturated local logistics market. It is emerging UN procurement market for local freight forwarders. However it is needed to study on successful entry, market status and supporting measures from government and research institute. Currently there are no national research data of UN procurement market in logistics sectors but as per the writer's experience and viewpoint to UN bidding, it would seem that appropriate measures should be made such as government's enhanced support for overseas advancement, price competitiveness, building global network and development of education program for trainees associated with current overseas internship program by government.

However, the customer management in the construction industry has not been quite genuine, since it has been mainly oriented for public relations and advertisements of companies. In this research, I have focused mainly on Model House. Marketing is very important planning & coordination to project. And I know that the development power of new product and promotion strategy as to customer needs and wants.   • This study derived the policy implications and market strategies by analysis the e-book companies requirements & the CPND value chain structure, in order to revitalize the e-book market in Korea. Specifically, we examined the prospect of e-book market in Korea, current situations of production and distribution, awareness of service utilization and requirements for support policy with targets of 30 companies. As a research, the most needed item for e-book companies is 'PR and marketing support to enter and open the markets'(27%), which is the highest. 'Financial support such as labor costs and business expenses', 'support for retraining personnel to develop the expertise in respective fields' are followed and they account for 22%. Currently, the most effective support item is the external support program(35%) and funding power(30%) is followed. Unlike a paper book market, e-book is turned into a platform business in terms of the value chain. Based on these research content, e-book market activation and corporate competitive strategy was derived as follows : 1)literacy reinforcement about SNS marketing and e-pub3 authoring tool. 2)statistical DB construction of retail sales channels. 3)diversification of the billing system. 4)The quality of the e-book content certification.

Media exposure analysis of official sponsors and general companies of mega sport event (메가 스포츠이벤트의 공식스폰서와 일반기업의 미디어 노출 분석)

  • As the proportion of sports events in the sports industry grows, the official sponsor market for sports events is also increasing. But because official sponsors are limited and expensive, some companies approach sporting events by way of Ambush marketing. This study is to analyze the differences of media exposure between official sponsors and general companies of mega sport events. To accomplish the purpose of the study, we collected text articles and analyzed them from the period of 2016 Rio Olympics, one year before the Olympics and one year after the Olympics. Web crawling was performed using Python for the collection of articles. Morphological and frequency analysis was performed using the KoNLP package and the TM package of statistical program R. In addition, the opinions of the related experts group were gathered to classify the companies or organizations in the media as the Organizing Committees for the Olympic Games(OCOGs), official sponsor, and general companies. As a result of the analysis, 5,220 times appeared related to the OCOGs, 7,845 times appeared related to the official sponsor, and 7,028 times appeared related to general companies. There isn't much difference in the frequency of exposure between official sponsors and general companies. It implies that Ambush marketing is recognized as a strategic marketing technique. The International Olympic Committee(IOC) has to recognize these social phenomena and establish reasonable standards for the marketing activities of official sponsors and general companies. And this study will serve as a basis for fair sponsor activities or marketing activities of sports events.

  • With the improvement in digital and Internet, the market is changing from a supplier-centered form to consumer-centered one. It is important for companies to accurately understand and offer customer value to cope with such environment. Since customer value exerts great effects on an increase in performance, many companies are doing various marketing activities to create customer value. To create customer value, it is most of all necessary to monitor changes in market environment and customer needs on a continuous basis. Therefore, this study aims at determining how to understand and offer elements of changing customer value through customer monitoring activities to make contributions to better service.
