Biometric technology is a next-generation information security technology that provides reliability and convenience. As a core technology in the post-corona era, then on-contact biometric access control system is capable of non-face-to-face and automated technology, and is active not only in Korea but also in overseas markets such as the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. There are precautions that must be taken to reflect requirements such as cooperation between companies and approval of the US Food and Drug Admin is tration in developing IoT-based smart device customized sensors and securing H/W systems.

This study focuses on the potential for creating spatial and atmospheric effects in small theaters using mobile stage equipment, without being constrained by physical space or theater facilities, for mega musical productions. With the continuous growth of mega musicals in the domestic market, the study analyzes the distribution and sales of musical works in Korea and proposes methods for creating spatial effects in university musical education to facilitate the production of mega musicals in small theaters. The mobile stage equipment is designed based on the principle of the periaktoi, a stage mechanism used in ancient Greek theater and the characteristics of mobile stage equipment used in musicals such as <Notre Dame de Paris> and <Laundry>. The mobile stage equipment is a four-sided column-shaped device, which is applied to the musical <Les Misérables> to derive the potential for creating spatial effects, representing the inner state of characters, and forming the mood of the drama. The study is expected to provide opportunities for performing mega musical productions in university musical education and to contribute to the development of the musical industry and education. The utilization of mobile stage equipment demonstrates the possibility of producing mega musical productions in small theaters.

This paper examined interactions between stock price and key macroeconomic variables over the period of 1975-1992. It has been found that more than 60% of real stock price changes can be well explained by movements in key macroeconomic variables, particularly in net exports and industrial production. On the other hand, real stock price changes were found to have a significant explanatory power for plant and equipment investments for the sample period of 1975-1985 during which the stock market was stable. In contrast, no significant linkage between stock price changes and investments emerged over the subsample period of 1986-92 despite the sharp expansion of the stock market in terms of trade volume. Based on such findings, two major policy implications were derived; (i) the government's intervention in the stock market to stabilize stock prices would be ineffective unless the stable economic growth supports the market fundamental, and (ii) the stock price stability is a precondition for the stock market to play a key role in mobilizing resources to finance the firm's long-term capital.

Demand Response Market (DR Market) has risen as one of the key solutions to address the growth and fluctuation of electricity consumptions. In Korea, DR market has been in operation since 2014, where the focus has been mainly on large-scale loads. Small-scale DR market, however, is becoming increasingly important because small power consumers' contribution to the national power consumption has been increasing and because small loads tend to show large fluctuations. Furthermore, small-scale DR can improve social awareness on energy issues which can bring additional impacts. In this paper, we provide the findings from a small-scale consumer DR pilot. The pilot was conducted in the summer of 2016 on over 5,000 small-scale users in Korea, and smartphone applications were used in the pilot. The effectiveness of small-scale DR Market is analyzed and addressed, and the results indicate a promising future of small-scale DR Market.

One of the important prudential regulations is the capital regulation. The current domestic and international capital regulation sets the minimum capital requirement according to the size of risk which is the simple sum of market risk and credit risk. However the portfolio theory suggests that, due to the effect of diversification, the total risk is less than the summation of market and credit risk. This paper investigates and does empirical test to verify the diversification effect in measuring financial firm's integrated risk. We verify the diversification effect between the market risk and credit risk. This paper's contribution is to present the empirical evidence that, considering the relationship between market and credit risk, the integrated risk is less than sum of them. This implication is that the surplus capital may be used for the other purposes, therefore enhancing capital allocation efficiency in view of society as a whole.

1991년 현재 우리나라에는 45개의 정밀주조공장이 있는 것으로 조사되었으나, 실제 가동중인업체는 31개사 정도였다. 이들의 90년도 총 생산량은 몰드수로는 79, 980mold로 총 6,108ton을 생산하였고, 여기에 종사하는 종업원수는 1,465명이었다. 업체의 지역별 분포를 보면, 경인, 경북, 경남의 대도시 권역을 중심으로 분포하고 있고, 특히 경인지방을 중심으로 한 수도권에 전체 업체의 58%가 분포되어 있다. 기업 연령은 10년 이상의 업체가 5개사 정도이고, 전체의 74%가 5년 이하로 기업역사가 일천한 편이다. 생산규모 면에서 월산 5,000mo1d 이상의 업체는 5개사 정도 있지만, 전체의 45% 정도는 2,000mo1d이하의 소규모 공장이다. 종업원 규모는 $20{\sim}50$인인 업체가 전체의 45%로 가장 많았으며, 50인 이하가 71%를 차지하고 있다. 생산 재질별로는 주강 및 특수강 제품이 주종을 이루며, 일부 업체가 알루미늄 및 동합금을 생산하고 있다. 금번조사에서 제품의 품목별 생산에 대한 통계는 수집되지 않았으나, 주종이 valve부품, 식품, 섬유기계, 일반기계, 컴퓨터 부품 등으로 저가 제품이 주종을 이루고 있다. 정밀주조업체는 금후 정밀주조분야의 시장증대에 대한 전망을 밝게 보고 있지만, 상당수의 공장이 현재의 당면 애로사항으로서 기능인력의 부족과 함께 생산량 확보를 거론하고 있다. 또한 수입 원 ${\cdot}$ 부자재의 공동구매에는 반대의 입장을 보이고 있는 점이 특이하다.

As the proportion of non-contact work is increasing in the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, the collaboration program market is growing rapidly. As the size of the market grows, vulnerabilities in collaborative programs are constantly being disclosed which increases interest in the security of collaborative tools. In this paper, we introduce the results of vulnerability analysis on Electron-based collaboration programs, noting that a number of collaboration programs are based on the Electron framework, and propose countermeasures to enhance the security of Electron-based applications.

본 연구는 주식의 시장가치와 거래빈도, 기관지분비율, 거래량 등에 따라 주식수익률의 시계열상관이 일정한 패턴을 갖는 것으로 나타나고 있다는 사실을 실증적으로 확인하고, 주식수익률의 시계열상관에 주된 영향을 미치는 요인을 횡단면 분석방법을 이용하여 살펴보고 있다. 1985년부터 1995년까지의 기간에 걸친 일별수익률자료를 이용하여 분석한 결과를 요약하면, 1) 규모, 거래빈도, 기관지분비율, 거래량 등이 작은 주식들로 구성된 포트폴리오일수록 수익률이 강한 양의 자기상관을 갖게 되며, 또한 그러한 변수들의 크기가 큰 주식들로 구성된 포트폴리오의 수익률에 대하여 후행하는 관계에 있다는 보여주고 있다. 2) Lo and MacKinlay(1990a)의 비거래모형을 이용한 분석결과에서는 한국주식수익률의 시계 및 상관이 전적으로 비거래로 인하여 나타나는 현상이 아니라는 것을 보여주고 있다. 3) 시계열상관의 정도를 나타내는 후행척도를 상기한 변수들에 대하여 회귀분석한 결과는 모든 변수들이 주식수익률의 시계열상관에 동시적으로 영향을 주고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 특히 시계열상관을 야기하는 요인들 중에서 거래빈도는 분석기간에 관계없이 항상 시계열상관에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 기관지분비율과 거래량은 분명히 시계열상관에 음의 영향을 미치지만, 분석기간에 따라 유의성에 다소 차이를 보여주고 있다. 수익률의 변동성은 전반기의 경우에 시계열상관과 음의 관계를, 후반기의 경우에는 양의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 검증결과들로 미루어, 한국주식수익률의 시계열상관은 주가의 반응에 영향을 주게되는 시장구조나 투자패턴 등이 전 후반기에 있어서 서로 다르기 때문에 나타나는 현상으로 보인다.력(事前賣却努力)이 협의발행하에서 더 높았으나 발행일 직후의 주가회복은 보이지 않아 인수방식에 따른 가격안정화(價格安定化) 노력의 차이는 없었다. 발행기업들간의 주가차별화의 정도를 분석한 결과 협의발행에서 인회활동(認淮活動) (certification effects)을 더 잘 할 수 있다는 사실을 지지하지 못했다.범위(範圍)에 벗어나 한국주식시장(韓國株式市場)에서 주식시장(株式市場)의 비효율성(非效率性)을 배제할 수 없는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 차기에도 이어지고 화폐량과 소득이 주가의 결정에 영향을 미치고 있으며 다른 금융변수(金融變數)들은 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. 그러나 실질화폐잔고와 실질주가 장단기수익비율 화폐차등수익률과 소득변화률과는 장기적(長期的) 정상적(定常的) 균형관계(均衡關係)를 형성하고 있다. 따라서 장기적 관점에서 증권시장은 경제성장을 위한 통화정책과 각 분야의 균형적 성장을 유발할 수 있는 재정정책(財政政策)이 요청되고 있다. 위의 논의에서 유추할 수 있는 것은 화폐의 영향을 완화시키기 위하여 option시장의 개발과 농산물, 광물, 기타 실물 및 금융에 대한 선물시장의 개설이 요청된다. 이와 같은 시장을 통하여 통화 정책이 증권시장에 미치는 과도한 효과를 축소시켜 합리적이고 건전한 증권시장(證券市場)의 발전(發展)과 금융시장(金融市場)의 원활한 발전이 이룩될 수 있을 것이다. 자본시장이론(資本市場理論)에서는 화폐는 무시하고 실물적인 관점에서 증권가격의 결정을 연구하거나 위험분석에 주안점이 주어져 왔었다. 본 연구를 통하여 통화정책의 결과가 자본시장에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 통화금융정책과 주가의 유기적 관계를 확인한 본 논문의 결과를 정책당국이 참고하여

농촌 주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 범정부적 투자가 이루어져 왔지만 농촌지역의 사회서비스 기준을 도시와 비교해 보면 아직도 부족한 부분이 많이 있다. 농촌 인구가 감소되고 있는 상황에서 지속적인 하드웨어 중심적 투자에 대한 의문제기와 함께 농촌주민들이 최소한의 공적 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 기반이 되어야한다는 의견이 대립되고 있는 가운데 그 해결책을 찾기 위하여 '농촌 서비스 기준'을 설정하자는 논의가 추진되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도농복합권역으로 370가구 1,650명이 거주하고 있으며 농가는 약 70호, 비농가는 300호이었고 대부분 주민들이 상업에 종사하고 있는 경남 밀양시 하남읍 수산리를 대상으로 농촌 정주지원 서비스 현황 및 요구에 대한 사례분석을 실시하였다. 수산리는 낙동강 나루와 수산장의 역사로 이루어진 마을이다. 70~80년대에는 마을 전체가 시장일 정도로 장이 활성화 되었으나 현재는 전통시장이 붕괴한 상황이었다. 지난 3년간 이주한 가구는 40호, 이주해온 가구는 20호 정도로 매년 인구가 줄고 있는 상황이다. 도로/교통 현황은 밀양시와, 대구, 부산으로 나가는 버스가 시간마다 한 대씩 배차되어 있고, 종합병원, 보건소, 한의원, 약국 등의 의료시설이 갖춰져 있으며, 과거에는 낙동강 범람으로 인한 피해사례가 많았으나 현재는 제방을 쌓아 홍수 피해를 없앴으며, 공기와 식수가 좋고 치안 걱정은 없었으나 전화를 통한 사기가 극성이라고 하였다. 문화/여가생활면에서는 읍사무소에서 일부 프로그램을 진행하고 있으나 참여율이 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 유치원/초등학교/중고등학교 및 사설학원도 있어 교육환경은 비교적 좋은 편이라고 할 수 있었다. 수산리는 마을의 중심에 있는 대규모 장을 둘러싸고 상권이 형성되어 대부분 상업에 종사하고 있었으나 수산장이 쇠퇴하고 상권이 죽어 생활경제면에 어려움이 있다고 하였다. 향후 '4대강 살리기' 정책과 '신공항 입지' 선정에 따른 땅값 상승과 경제 재생 등에 대하여 마을 주민들의 관심이 높았고 복지회관이 생겨 다양한 복지프로그램과 서비스를 받고 싶다고 하였다.

From the perspective of corporate governance, we examine the acquirers' performance of mergers and acquisitions in KOSDAQ Market. The empirical results of our study show that inside an executive shareholders and outside minor shareholders, affect acquirers' performance in M&A's : the ownership of outside minor shareholders is positively correlated with the performance of acquirers. and, the ownership of insiders, such as that of an executive shareholders, does have significant effect on the performance of M&A's. Since the current literature concludes that the improvement of corporate governance in KOSDAQ Market would enhance the shareholders' wealth, the results of our study implies that outside minor investors, as well as insiders, are playing an important role in the corporate governance.
