The study has try to find out the relationship between airfreight service quality and satisfaction in international forwarding practice which has focused to figure out the mediating role of performance that measured as subjective evaluation on profit. For the purpose of this paper, questionnaire survey has been performed on the relationship among the procedure of the air freight service quality was found to have not only direct influence but also indirect impact through performance on satisfaction. This research made some contribution both academicals and logistic practices. Academically, it is the first research to address the relationship between air freight service quality and profit performance in Korean academic field. Practically, this study provides justification for the investment to improve forwarding service quality. The results of this study bear some implications on international shipping and practice. The quality of the air cargo transportation management system for customer satisfaction and its impact on business performance in the process to make an empirical identifies. The role and influence of the working-level analysis to derive the performance as transportation management, as well as the effectiveness of customer satisfaction for quality and promote a point. The purpose of this study is to find the role of intellectual property belief between brand concepts (Symbolic vs. Functional) and brand extension. For this purpose, three parent brands (Rolex vs. Casio, Prada vs. Coach, Benz vs. Toyota) and three extension products (bracelets, shoes, vehicles) were selected as stimulants through focus group interviews and pre-tests. 296 sample data across the country were collected and the final analysis was conducted with 290 respondents except for the inappropriate respondents by SPSS 21.0. The results of this study confirm that the trademark meditates the relationship between belief brand concepts and brand extension and thinking style of consumers meditated-moderates between belief brand concepts and brand extension. The results of this study are based on implication that intellectual property belief induce consumers positive reactions on brand extension and that the acquisition and utilization of IPRs bring corporate's continuous growth and enhance the corporate brand value.
This study is to examine the structural relationships between relationship learning, their antecedents such as transaction specific assets, and environmental uncertainty, and long-term orientation, overall satisfaction and recontracting intention in the context of the foodservice franchise industry. The data is analyzed with structural equation modeling with Amos 5.0 and SPSS 14.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: $x^2=57.75$, df=9, p=0.00, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.81, RMSR=0.03, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.93. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The results of this study are as follows: First, information sharing of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Second, information sharing of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction. Third, shared interpretation of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fourth, developing memories of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fifth, overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Sixth, long-term orientation and overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on recontracting intention. Finally, transaction specific assets and environmental uncertainty had a significantly positive effect on relationship learning. At the end of this paper, limitations, further research directions, and implications are suggested.

Quality characteristics of radish treated with red clay-processed materials (RCPM) were investigated. Two different types of treatments using RCPM including a control were farm-raised in identical environments. General components, texture, nutrients, and antioxidant activities were performed. For general components analysis, total amounts of crude fat and ash were higher in radish treated with RCPM than in control. RCPM-treated radish showed higher contents of minerals (P, Mg, K, Zn, Mn, and Na) and vitamins (vitamin C, thiamin, and riboflavin) than those of control. RCPM-treated radish exhibited higher DPPH radical scavenging activities and total polyphenol contents than those of control, indicating higher antioxidant activities of radish raised by RCPM. In the textural analysis following refrigeration for 4 weeks, RCPM-treated samples showed a more stable texture and higher hardness values than those of control. Therefore, these results indicate that RCPM can be used to produce high-value radish of premium quality.

This study is intended to research and develop a product that sufficiently reflects the needs of users by applying suitable materials and shape for on-site diagnostic product in researching and developing Wireless X-ray Detector.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate Brand Value by using the K-BPI(Korea Brand Power Index) of Korea Management Association which is based on consumer awareness, as well as to identify how Brand Value which is composed of top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, possibility of purchasing, preference, affects on the Market Share perceived by consumers. This research subjects were 10 hospitals with more than 1,000 beds in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and survey subjects were 20 or older adults living in the metropolitan area of Korea. Using K-BPI for measuring Brand Value and used calculation of Market Share according to consumer preference model for measuring Market Share. The major results of this research are as follows: First, this research identified that the top 5 hospitals of largest hospitals in metropolitan area measured by using K-BPI and Market Share were same hospitals as Big 4 hospitals of previous research evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and also same as hospitals that appeared recently. Second, Big 5 hospitals ranked first to fifth in both Brand Value and Market Share. To identify the relationship between K-BPI items(top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, availability, preference) and Market Share, multiple linear regression was used by dividing 5 upper and 5 lower group of hospitals per each. The group of 5 upper hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share, with 'top of awareness', 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The group of 5 lower hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share with 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The results of this study and hospitals of the first to third hospitals published in the K-BPI press release reported by KMAC in 2017, and the previous studies evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness hospitals, all had one thing in common that Big 4 hospitals ranked high position. This suggests that evaluation of Brand Value also can be a evaluation measure of hospital. A new competitiveness of hospital is expected by managing brand awareness to have a brand competitiveness and by securing intrinsic Market Share of consumer to reach hospital use ultimately.

Increase in demotion and repair works on buildings in the construction market generates a large amount of construction waste. Recycling of construction waste is important for saving of resources, preservation of environment and constant advance of the construction industry. Accordingly, the environmental and economic value of recycled aggregate, which is produced after waste concrete is crushed, is increasingly highlighted. It is generally known that compared to concrete made of ordinary aggregate, concrete made of recycled aggregate has low quality, and the low quality is dependent on the amount of the bonding heterogeneous (cement paste and mortar) as well as the amount of the pores within the bonding heterogeneous. Reports on carbonation mechanism shows that the pores of cement-based materials are filled up by the progress of carbonation. Therefore, this study aims at an estimation of the period for optimum carbonation reforming appropriate for the thickness of the bonding heterogeneous of recycled aggregate, based on carbonation mechanism, with a view to improving the product quality by means of filling up the pores of the bonding heterogeneous of recycled aggregate. This study drew the carbonation depth according to the passage of age by calculating the bonding ratio and bonding thickness of the bonding heterogeneous as against the particle size distribution of recycled aggregate as well as by chemical quantitative analysis according to the age of accelerated carbonation of mock-up samples imitating bonding heterogeneous. Based on the correlation between the age of accelerated carbonation and carbonation depth, this study also proposed the estimated period of carbonation reforming of recycled aggregate appropriate for the thickness of the bonding heterogeneous.

The bio-technology industry is a technology-intensive high value added area where R&D and securing core technology are important. Many countries across the world are nationally supporting and nurturing this industry as a next generation growth engine. This study aims to introduce development plan for the bio-tech industry in Korea through analyzing factors for the development of bio-tech industry by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and to set the priorities among such factors. The analysis shows that key element for the development of bio-tech industry is technological capacity in the present and in the year of 2015. It also shows that it is essential to have government support and investment in strengthening R&D and cooperative system of industry, academia and research institute for the development of basic original technology. In addition, it suggested 5 plans for the development of bio-tech industry in Korea including securing new technologies in bio-tech industry, improving efficiency of R&D management system, protecting and culturing traditional bio-tech industry, creating emerging markets and efficiently providing support to nurture bio-venture companies.
We can expect an effective color marketing to build up a positive industrial image as it is easy for consumer to approach due to the ability of colors to affect human consciousness and sub-consciousness more than any other factor. The purpose of this research is to draw attention to the importance of color communication and to find strategies to elevate the brand image by surveying the degree of influence color communication has when forming a brand image. In order to conduct effective research, we executed theoretical and collaborative analysis through research materials and documents. If you take a look at the outcome of this research, brands that brings credibility and likability to its customers are not brands that uses color communication, but brands that utilize marketing strategies that build up credibility for quite some time. Also, preference over colors are distinctive. It turned out to be that the color of a brand logo that one likes has very little to do with one's favorite color. When people choose a brand, they are choosing the brand not because of the color of the brand logo, but its credibility and likability that the brand offers. It proves that the color of the brand logo has nothing to do with the colors that people prefer. The relationship between the color that consumers prefer and the image and emotional color that forms brand image is negligible. However, since research shows that there was a relationship between the color you prefer and the emotional color that forms brand images, it seems to be important to figure out what color customers prefer rather than the color that shows customers' self image. Unlike existing color communication research, through this research, we would like to know how to utilize the color communication strategically in the forming of brand images and take a look at the relationship between customers' preferences and the image of each brand logo's emotional color.
Mobile games have emerged as the most innovative entertainment technology, adding new revenue streams, taking advantage of the potential of wireless applications and service offerings. Mobile games, like any other types of computer game, offer a unique value for users in providing an exciting digital experience in virtual worlds. In this paper, we attempt to investigate the demographic factors which play critical roles in determining the level of playing times; classify mobile gamers based on their motives for playing games; and empirically test differences in their demographic factors and mobile game usage. Statistical results show that significant differences in playing times exist, depending upon their age, gender, mobile device, mobile phone usage, mobile game experiences, and preferred games genres. Applying Factor analysis, we have identified Escape, Social interaction, Challenge and Competition, Fantasy, Diversion and Relaxation, Ease of Accessibility as key motivators for playing mobile games. Additional cluster analysis shows that the categorization of gamers, according to their usage habits and the key motivators for playing, can be made as follows: Multi-gamers, Communication-focused gamers and Mobile active-gamers. Further correlation of these grouping with socio-economic data shows the significant differences in gaming habits and patterns of mobile phone use.
