This experiment was conducted to determine the rice quality between slowlelease fertilizer(SRF) and conventional fertilizer (CF) with the amount of 100% and 80% under direct seeding on dry paddy field, respectively. In rice quality, the percentage of matured grain and immatured grain was higher in CF with machine transplanting than in SRF with direct seeding, and the less amount of fertilizer applied, the lower percentage of immatured grain was obtained. The percentage of carbohydrate showed the difference between CF and SRF, and higher at the level of 100% applicated than that of 80% application. The contents of fat and ash were higher in CF with less fertilizer, and there was no trend to different cultural methods but it was related to the amount of fertilizer in amylose content. The nitrogen and sodium content of milled rice was high in SRF under machine transplanting as well as direct seeding. Calcium and magnesium content showed high in direct seeding but there was not significantly difference between CF and SRF.

This study examines how cinematic texts are used in movies through Lee Jun-ik's 2015 film, and what narrative and visual effects are obtained through them. This film portrays poet Yun Dong-ju as a central figure and chooses to reconstruct his life. The movie, , used Yun's poetry as a device to maximize the lyricism of the film and to suggest a change in the fate of the character and the inside. In other words, uses Yun Dong-ju's poetry to aesthetically express the inner change of the characters in the film and the sensitivity of the film. Through this, I visualize Yun Dong-ju as poet Yun Dong-ju, a poet who was stuffed in literary books, as a normal literary youth. It is also a reminder of the weight of the reality that the present youth is experiencing and the problem of an individual living in history. In this respect, the movie is a major text that depicts the poetry and poetry of the time, and the age of poet through the media. 'Poetry' as the text of the text delivered with the image maximized the lyricism of the image and led to high aesthetic achievement. Through poetry and poetry, it can be regarded as the main text approaching the problems of history, individual, literature and reality.

This experiment was carried out to elucidate change of antioxidant enzymes activities subjected to water stresses in soybean plant. In this study, we measured the activities of ascorbate peroxidase(APDX), monodehydroascorbate reductase(MDHAR), dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR), glutathione reductase(GR) subjected to drought or flooding stresses for 4days and following recovery for 3days. Leaves of two soybean lines subjected to drought or flooding showed premature senescence as evidenced by the decrease in water content and total soluble protein content but those of soybean leaves was increased when stresses were recovered for 3days. The activities of APDX and GR subjected to drought or flooding were the decrease but those of enzymes were recovered when water stress was recovered. The activities of MDHAR with drought or flooding were on the decrease, whereas those of DHAR were increased, respectively. Antioxidant contents decreased continually subjected to drought or flooding but it recovered after 3 days subjected to water stresses.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional labor on fatigue in regular private participation of sports workers, and to provide basic data to improve the welfare and working environment of private security guards, the core of private security industry. The survey response of 260 private security guards was used as the final analysis data, and the following conclusions were drawn through statistical tests of factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Windows 18.0 statistical program. First, the private security guards who regularly participate in sports showed lower sub-variability of fatigue, physical, exhaustion, and nervous system fatigue than private security guards who did not participate in sports. Second, it was found that fatigue was lower as the inner variables became higher, and that as the surface behavior became higher, the fatigue factor was lower. In conclusion, regular exercise participation can reduce emotional labor and improve fatigue of civil security personnel.

Visual perception is ability that analyze visual information about things accepting through eyes in central nervous system. That is, it is ability that recognize and discriminates a visual stimulus, and analyzes by combining such stimulus with previous experience. At today, work which clears visual perception obstacle's cause through visual perception test and grasps all special quality of visual perception obstacle's is used method of treating that improve visual perception obstacle by visual perception training program. Present, visual perception test tools using the paper and pens are used mainly on psychological consultation of welfare facilities and education for the handicapped or occupational therapy, but a lot of problems are discovered in it. Therefore, purpose of this paper is to develop prototype of web-based visual perception test program that can construct to database to solve existing problem, and to design graphic item. As a result, classified measurement pattern that can diagnose visual perception by three, and illustrated development direction of graphic item for examination with this. Also, extracted check list item that should consider for design and construction of visual perception test program and the variable for feasibility study of believability, and presented process for prototype development.

The purpose of this study is to decide the optimal location site of the agricultural wholesale market in Gyeonggi-do. In this paper, methods of social network analysis are adopted to calculate the betweenness centrality, degree centrality, prestige centrality. Methods of social network analysis can be a good alternative to discover characteristics of a complicated method by visualizing relationships among nodes(cities). The results of this study are as below : First, the result of social network and present locations are not so different. Second, optimal locations of the agricultural wholesale market in Gyeonggi-do are Pyeongtaek-si, Suwon-si, Ansan-si, Seongnam-si, Hwaseong-si, Yongin-si, Icheon-si, Anyang-si etc.

우리나라의 하천 및 호소에 유입되는 오염물질 중 약 30% 이상이 농업(경종 축산)활동 등에 의한 비점오염원이며 특히, 축산비점오염원에 대한 관리는 관련 분야의 특징에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 국내 실정에 적합하고 현실적인 정책과 제도를 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 실질적인 정책과 제도의 개선안 수립 적용을 위해서는 축산비점오염물질 배출에 대한 신뢰성 있는 정량화가 선행되어야 하나, 모니터링 자료가 충분하지 못하여 실측자료에 근거한 부하량 평가가 어렵고, 토지이용, 강우강도, 경사도 등에 따른 비점오염물질과 수계 유입되는 유달부하량 정량화에 대한 연구사례는 적은편이다. 따라서 국내 실정에 적합하고, 현실적으로 적용 가능한 정책 및 제도 개선안 마련을 위해서는 합리적인 오염 배출량 자료와 저감방법에 근거하여 현실적인 대안을 도출하는 연구가 필요하다. 또한 이러한 실정을 파악하기 위해서는 국내 축산 밀집지역을 대상으로 하여 강우시와 비강우시 오염물질들의 유출 특성 및 배출농도에 대한 기초자료가 필요하며 이를 토대로한 특성파악이 가장 우선시 되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 축산밀집지역인 정읍시 덕천면의 덕천천 유역일대를 대상으로 하여 강우시는 년 5회 비강우시는 년10회 모니터링을 통해 기초데이터를 구축하였으며 유역특성을 고려하여 총 8개 지점을 선정하여 조사하였다. 모니터링 결과 비강우시의 수질농도 평균값을 살펴보면, BOD, T-N, T-P 의 경우 모두 상류지점에서 하류로 가면서 점점 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 특히 축사 밀집지역인 상류지역서 가장 높은 농도를 나타냈다. 강우시의 경우 하류부분에서 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 가축자원화시설이 위치한 지점부터 높아진 후 하류로 갈수록 점점 농도가 증가된다. T-N의 경우 축사와 농경지가 밀집되어 있는 포함하는 지점에서 높은 값을 기록하였으며, 유량이 많아지는 하류지점에서 가장 낮은 값을 나타내었다. T-P의 경우도 BOD와 마찬가지로 하류지점에서 가장 높은 값을 나타냈다.

This study attempted to investigate the perception of safety of regular polish and gel polish and degree of nail damage. For this, a questionnaire survey and an experiment were performed against women in their 20-50s, and the results found the followings: In terms of effectiveness, safety and degree of nail damage, gel polish was higher than regular polish. In addition, moisture/sebum levels and trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) decreased after the experiment. Specifically, such reduction was greater in gel polish. When the nail surface was observed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM) after polish removal, gel polish revealed severe nail damage. The above results confirm that gel polish is greater than regular polish in terms of influence on the degree of nail damage. Therefore, it is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data in keeping nails healthy and beautiful.

This study examines the strategy of delivering the drama's poet Kim Soo-young and his literary works to the public through the drama (2004). This drama shows Kim's inner self and his literary view by inserting poems into scenes where the poet suffers internal conflict, while presenting relatively less well-known poems to broaden the public's understanding of poetry. In addition, the drama maintains viewers' interest by properly placing elements of conflict, and effectively shows how the conflict affected his life and the world of time. Therefore, the drama is a meaningful text that embodies a poet named Kim Soo-young in three dimensions along with the historical transformation and social problems of the time and the literary chapter of the time through the video.
