Empirical Study on the Effects of Quality Factors of ERP System on Organizational Performance (ERP시스템의 품질요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • The study of purpose is to analyze the effects of quality factors of ERP system on organizational performance. Where as many preceding studies have been focused on the factors of general service quality, this study analyzed interrelation between quality factors and organizational performance of corporation implemented ERP system using questionnaire. As compared with preceding studies which mainly concerned with system quality factors and information quality factors, this study specially added service quality to analyzing interrelation with organizational performance. Questionnaire consists of survey for the interrelation between ERP system implemented corporation and organizational performance. The results are as follows. First, quality factors of ERP system effected on organizational performance by t-test. Second, quality factors of ERP system showed significance statistically on the effects of organizational performance by t-test. The results of this study have a great expectation for the role of offering useful insight and information in the field of business and education. First, make sure that quality factors have significant effects on organizational performance when implemented ERP system in the business, investment and research on quality factors should be combined with. Second, in a sense that this study was added to service quality in research of quality factors by the detailed approaches which different from preceding studies, it is of highly practical use. Third, this study presents scientific foundation on quality improvement for quality factors of ERP system.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.

  • One of the main problems of today's ubiquitous computing systems is that they do not meet their quality requirements. Prior studies had investigated quality factors that were important to users regardless of use contexts. However, mobile computing services such as mobile data services (MDS) are fundamentally different from traditional information systems (IS) because it has been used in various life contexts. We conducted a qualitative study to identify important quality factors on various contexts in MDS. The results show that important quality factors in mobile computing services are differentiated from important quality factors in information systems.

  • 정보화가 급격히 확산되면서 정보화로 인한 파급효과와 더불어 정보화의 위험과 역기능 방지와 정보시스템의 품질을 제고하기 위한 최적의 방법중 하나로서 정보시스템 감리에 대한 중요성과 그 수요가 증가하고 있다. 더불어 감리내실화와 신뢰성제고를 위한 기술연구와 제도연구도 지속적으로 수행되어왔다. 많은 감리의뢰기관이 감리자체를 시업성공을 위한 품질보증 및 생산성 향상을 도모하기 위해 실시하는 중간평가로 보지 않고 있고, 감리인의 학력.경력.자격수준 및 신기술에 대한 이해도, 숙련도 부족과 감리대상업무파악 미흡으로 현장감각이 부족하여 실제보다 형식에 치우쳐 있다. 따라서, 정보시스템 감리의 서비스품질이 상대적으로 취약하여 감리의뢰기관이나 피감리 기관으로부터 신뢰를 얻지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마케팅분야의 서비스품질평가모형을 일부 도입하여 감리서비스 품질요인과 감리품질 또는 감리충실도간의 관계를 규명하고, 나아가서 감리충실도에 영향을 끼치는 요소는 외적서비스요인과 내적서비스요인으로 구분하였으며, 이요인들이 감리충실도에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다, 더불어 감리충실도가 감리효과 및 만족도와 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향을 규명코자 하였다.

  • The purpose of this research is to find the effect of the user's satisfaction according to the quality factor of the National Tax Service tax information system on the business performance of the tax officials. In this research, the quality factor of tax information system was divided into information quality, system quality, and service quality and the importance of the user's satisfaction and business performance was suggested. As the result of analysis, the suggested model showed acceptable data suitability and all of the suggested 4 hypotheses had an statistically meaningful effect. Accordingly, it could be identified that the quality factor of the tax information system had a positive effect on user's satisfaction when the tax officials conduct taxation business and that the tax officials with high satisfaction in using the tax information system showed greater business performance.

  • This paper aims to study the effects of quality of u-City public service on customer satisfaction in the Korea and is summarized as follows. First, we propose a model for assessing customer's satisfaction on u-City public services. The model comprises of information system (IS) quality, information quality, service quality and publicity. For verifying a model, a statistical study by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 16.0 has been performed. Second, it is shown from the analysis that information system (IS) quality, information quality and publicity have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. while service quality does not. Last, the study shows that u-City public service enables any citizen to connect to necessary service in anytime and anywhere.

A Study on the Important Factors for Accounting Information Quality Impact on AIS Data Quality Outcomes (회계정보 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인이 회계정보시스템 데이터 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • AIS is one of the most critical systems in any organization. Data quality plays a critical role in a knowledge-based economy. The objective of this study is to identify the most important factors for accounting information quality and their impact on AIS data quality outcomes. This study includes an extensive literature review to identify a set of CSF for data quality. The study uses empirical data to test the research hypothesis and resluts show that the top three most important factors that affect AIS's data quality are toop management commitmentm the nature of the AIS and input controls. The study further uses regression analysis to test the effect of those factors on AIS data quality, finding that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived performance of the three factors and AIS data quality putcomes. To be develop to AIS data quality further study for CSF's control methodology is necessary.

  • 본 연구에서는 SNS 매체 평가를 위해 적용 가능한 품질의 측정요인들을 문헌고찰하고, 평가방법론으로 AHP 기법을 적용하여 SNS 매체를 평가할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행연구에 의거하여 SNS 품질요인을 시스템품질, 정보품질, 인터페이스품질, 서비스품질 등으로 분류하였고, AHP 기법을 적용하여 품질요인별 중요도를 실증 분석하였다. 측정결과로서 서비스품질이 상대적으로 가장 주요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 정보품질, 시스템품질, 인터페이스품질 등의 순으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 SNS 품질요인에 대한 기존 연구에 대해 전문가 집단이 산출한 각 품질요인에 대한 중요도와 사용자 집단이 각 품질요인에 대해 중요하다고 생각하는 중요도의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 선행연구에서 사용된 SNS 품질요인을 시스템품질, 정보품질, 인터페이스품질, 서비스품질로 구분하여 AHP 기법을 적용하여 전문가 집단과 사용자 집단의 품질요인별 중요도를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과 전문가 집단과 사용자 집단의 각 품질요인에 대한 중요도의 인식 차이가 나타나는 것으로 나타나 품질평가에 있어 전문가와 사용자의 의견을 종합하는 종합 평가가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the home trading system (HTS) of the security companies in order to examine the critical factors of HTS service quality and the effect of these factors on HTS customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results show : (1) the quality factors of HTS are assurance, reliability, tangible, responsiveness, and empathy, (2) and these quality factors significantly affect customer satisfaction on HTS and customer satisfaction and loyalty to the security company. (3) Also, customer satisfaction on HTS plays an important role in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to the security company.
