Recently, Product and contents using virtual reality technique is spreading quickly. Visualization using virtual reality technique is provide a differentiated experience with existing visualization methodology by giving enhanced immersiveness to users. This paper is make a suggestion to a new methodology of stereo-scope visualization and talk about this utilization possibility. We proposed the design method of stereo-scope realization system that is composed at least two screen. through which users will feel more immersiveness and experience to virtual reality. The suggestion system of this paper will widely used in various industry such as virtual reality exhibitions, shows, games, training programs, etc.

This research examines how e-PBL system affects 'self-directed learning ability' by applying it to "Science Cyber Conference" participants for 16 weeks. Participants' perception of PBL class process was also looked. After applying PBL program, participants' 'self-directed learning ability' has effectively changed statistically(p<.05). Especially, it showed significant change in 6 areas of 'self-directed learning ability' out of 7. Participants also showed positive response to PBL program (p<.05).

제주지역은 대륙과 해양을 연결하는 요충지로서 한라산을 중심으로 동서사면은 $3{\sim}5^{\circ}$의 완만한 경사를 이루고 있다. 연평균 강우량은 1,975mm로서 국내 최다우 지역이나 제주도의 지질 특성상 도내 대부분의 지역이 투수성이 높은 다공질 현무암으로 구성되어 있는 관계로 지표수의 발달이 미약한 반면 지하수가 풍부하게 부존되어 있으며 기저지하수, 준 기저지하수, 상위지하수, 기반암지하수로 이루어져 있다. 최근 우리나라의 교토의정서 비준으로 인한 온실가스 감축이 불가피함에 따라 대체 재생가능한 에너지를 이용한 풍력발전시대가 도래하고 있으며, 제주 행원풍력발전단지에 설치된 총 15기 발전장치의 현실성과 경제성 입증을 통해 제주지역의 풍력에너지를 이용한 지하수 취수시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 제주, 고산, 서귀포, 성산포지역에 대한 제주지방기상청 연평균 풍속자료$(2004{\sim}2005)$를 통하여 대상지역내 적용 가능한 로터(Roter), 나셀(Nacelle), 타워(Tower), 발전기를 포함한 발전장치를 선정하였으며, 공기역학적(Aerodynamic)특성에서 전기에너지로 변환한 풍력에너지를 지하수 취수시스템으로 적용하기까지의 전력공급절차를 도출하였다. 또한 생산되어진 풍력에너지 용량에 적용 가능한 수중.육상모터펌프를 산정하여 '제주도 지하수개발.이용시설 설치 및 관리기준(2004)'에서 제시한 구조도를 바탕으로 대상지역내 지하수위를 고려한 지하수 취수시스템을 도시하였다. 제주도는 지형 및 지질적인 특성상 수자원을 지하수에 의존할 수밖에 없는 특수한 지역이므로 2002년말 통계를 살펴보면 생활용, 공업용, 농업용으로 각각 57만$m^2$, 11만$m^2$, 56만$m^2$를 포함한 1일 최대 124만$m^2$의 지하수를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 풍력에너지를 이용한 지하수 취수시스템을 도입하여 재생가능한 에너지이용 효과와 세계인이 공감하는 청정한 관광자원으로 활용 가능할 것이라 판단된다.

With an entry into force of OPRC-HNS on June 14th 2007, response system against any large scale accidents related to HNS is required to respond rapidly and effectively in a national scale, US national response system and national contingency plan for any chemicals in operation were analyzed to understand the characteristics of management system and response system for any HNS driven accidents in the Us. Main characteristics of the US system were well described as an unified information window and an integrated incident command system supported by response facilities, manpower and technical support from other response organizations through good cooperation. In general, response activities are conducted by private sectors, however, the government will take over response activities in case large scale accidents occur in the Us. Expected expenses for response activities are covered by a type of Superfund in the Us. Several applicable ways are proposed to enable NGO to participate in and reorganize response system in ROK, and are feasible in collaboration with other response organizations and private sectors in the aspects of equipment, technology and manpower, Based upon the above activities, it is desirable to reorganize domestic rules and/or regulations related to response measures in ROK.

In this paper, we propose a novel design and implementation method to detect musical plagiarism which can provide human experts evidences to decide plagiarism using cutting-edge information technologies and thereby can solve exhaustive disputes on cases of musical plagiarism when the cases are decided by human experts' emotional preferences. We first search digital music elements to analyze music source and examine how to use these in plagiarism analysis using IT techniques. Therefore we designed music plagiarism analysis system by using MusicString which is supported in JFugue and construct AST to manipulate music plagiarism analysis efficiently.

Generally, radiologists can fail to detect pulmonary nodules in up to 30%. If an automatic system can inform the radiologists of thelocations of the doubtful nodules in the X-ray chest images, the frequency of mistakenly observed numbers of the nodules can be potentially reduced. This software is using morphological filtering and two feature-extraction techniques. The morphological filtering is the first process, which subsequently adds the operations of erosion and dilation to the original images so that this process can transform the original X-ray chest images into manageable ones. The false-positives are frequently being mistaken as nodules but actually these are not real nodules. The second process is the two feature-extraction techniques which are used to reduce the false-positives. Therefore, this system will make more effective detection of pulmonary nodules by reducing the false-positives when applied to the X-ray chest images which is difficult to get accurate detection.

The marketing using coupons policy is using in various business departments. The coupon marketing gives advantages to consumers and stores, too. The coupon policy gives discount to consumers. The stores can reduce cost of advertisement. It activates the motivation of consumers to give his loyalty to the specific store. Although the coupon marketing has these merits, there are too many coupons in the purse of consumers. The consumers should collect their coupons in their purse. The shops have to calculate the points of each consumer's coupons differently. The processing process of coupons is too complex to manage. This paper implements the managing system to control stamps in mobile devices. "Collecting Stamp" resolves those problems and enables to manage various coupons in mobile environment.

The quality of the fruits is measured by a lot of parameters. The grader of the fruits to measure the size of them is using the rotation drum method. Therefore when we classify the size of the fruits, they will be damaged. Also the optical grader used for estimating the degree of the saccharinity will incur high cost for it. In the proposed system, to select the characteristics of the fruits, three cameras are used. Because the information such as the volume and the degree of the maturity is used to classify the fruits, the degree of the saccharinity can't be estimated itself, but the information such as the color and the damage of the fruits can be estimated. Therefore, because we don't need the digital image with high resolution, we can develop the grader system of the fruit with low cost. To evaluate the performance of the proposed system, we compared it with the sight estimation and then we classified the sample. The result shows the accuracy of 96.7%.
