본 연구는 사용자 특성 중 조직에서 통제 가능한 요인의 사용자의 태도 및 교육· 훈련이 정보시스템이 실행 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구 에서는 최근 신정보시스템으로 전환한 D사의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련은 각각 독립적으로 정보시스템의 실행 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련이 결합한 상 호작용 효과는 시스템 사용도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러 한 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 조직에서 정보시스템의 실행 성과를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 태도를 호의적으로 변화시키고, 사용자에 대한 교육·훈련을 많이 시켜야 하며, 특히 사용자 에 대한 교육·훈련은 차별화하여 실시하여야 한다는 것이다.

최근 디지털 음악 시장의 비약적인 발전과 더불어 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용한 음악정보검색 시스템의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 연구가 시스템 구현에 목적이 있고, 시스템에서 행해지는 사용자의 행위에 초점을 맞추기 있기 때문에 사용자들이 정보요구에 대한 만족도가 크지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 상황인지를 통해 구축된 Life-Log를 기반으로 비슷한 성향의 사용자들을 필터링하는 협업필터링 기법을 사용한 음악정보검색 시스템을 제안한다. 실험결과 음악파일에 대한 메타데이터 검색 시스템에 비해 더 나은 사용자 만족도를 보였다.

Assessment of the implementation of a web-based courseware technology application across a merchandising program over a two-year period provides empirical evidence that students believe the technology was easy to use and useful. Results also show that the use of the application was not a hard-ship for the students in terms of time or access, that students in lower class ranks who had not had technology enhanced courses previously were more satisfied with the technology than upper class students, and that perceptions of the technology and satisfaction with it increase with experience using the technology.

This paper analyzed class satisfaction and perceived learning achievement to the interaction type on e-learning in university. To achieve the study's objective, one course with and another course without learner-instructor interactions were selected. A total of184 student-respondents completed the questionnaire. Accordingly, more learner-content and learning-system interactions were noted in the course with learner-instructor interactions. Moreover, a correlation was observed between interaction, class satisfaction, and learning achievement. Learner-instructor interactions indicated the highest effect on both educational satisfaction and perceived learning achievement, followed by learner-system interactions on class satisfaction, and by learner-instructor interactions on learning achievement. Recommendations were then formulated based on the foregoing findings. First, workshops or training focusing on content development and on how to present the course should be provided to the instructors. Second, learner-instructor interactions should be activated in the course through various means. In this study, although learner-learner interactions was not given focus, future studied should delve into how learner-learner interaction should be activated and considered.

The importance of smart learning is increasing as the speed of development of non-face-to-face services increases due to the influence of COVID-19. This study is the user satisfaction evaluation model that utilizes the causal relationship between variables used for evaluation, focusing on the usability evaluation results of the learning disability intervention service (www.basic-edu.net) according to the need to evaluate the use satisfaction of the smart learning system. To this end, theoretical studies were conducted on smart learning and learning disability intervention services, www.basic-edu.net, usability evaluation of learning disability intervention systems, and use satisfaction evaluation models. And based on the results, a hypothesis was presented on the user satisfaction evaluation model of the smart learning system. The experimental method allowed 40 students and parents across the country to use the www.basic-edu.net service and was evaluated for its usability. In addition, using this data, the hypothesis was verified using regression analysis based on four variables: ease of use, interest, self-learning, and satisfaction with use. As a result of the hypothesis verification, it was found that the causal relationship of all hypotheses from H1 to H4 was significant.

이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

최근 정보기술의 발달과 함께 컨테이너화물 안전수송 분야의 정보시스템의 역할에서도 많은 변화가 나타나고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 본 연구에서는 현재 개발 진행중인 '컨테이너 화물 안전수송을 위한 관제 및 운용기술'시스템이 사용자 중심의 컨테이너화물 안전수송 정보제공 시스템이 될 수 있도록 수정, 보완을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 시스템 사용자가 시스템 사용과정에서 느끼는 서비스 품질과 만족도 신뢰 및 구매의사 결정 등에 대해 알아보았으며, 제공되는 정보들에 있어서 중요도 순위를 알아보았으며, 추가적으로 실용화하기 위해 필요한 사항들이 어떠한 것들인지에 대하여 알아보았다.

오늘날 기업들은 정보기술의 빠른 발전에도 불구하고 관련 비용의 감소 대신 오히려 증가를 경험하고 있으며, 수용과 사용보다 정보시스템 오용과 거부가 더 흔하게 발생한다는 파라독스에 직면하고 있다. 이 때문에 정보시스템의 평가를 위한 많은 성공척도들이 학계 및 실무에서 제안되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 성공척도들은 사용자 내면의 부정적 심리를 정확히 반영하지 못한다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 성공척도와 상호보완적으로 쓰일 수 있는 새로운 성공척도로서 사용자 저항이라는 개념을 제시한다. 본 연구는 사용자 저항의 개념을 제시하고 저항의 영향요인들을 검증하며, 사용자 만족도 및 시스템 사용도와의 관련성을 확인하는데 목적을 두었다. 실증분석 결과 사용자 저항은 적극적 저항과 소극적 저항이라 부를 수 있는 두 차원으로 구성되었으며, 지각된 복잡성, 지각된 위험성, 지각된 유용성, 컴퓨터에 대한 자기효력이 정보시스템에 대한 사용자의 저항에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 저항의 영향요인과 시스템 사용도 및 사용자 만족도의 영향요인들은 일부 다른 것으로 확인되었다.

항로표지의 배치는 전문가의 주관적 경험에 의존하여 배치하므로 오차를 발생하여 항해의 위험이 되곤 한다. 이는 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 항로표지 배치에 대한 적합성 평가 시스템이 없기 때문이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 2,021년도부터 『항로표지 배치 적합성 평가 서비스 시스템』에 대한 개발을 시작하여 2,025도에 개발을 완료할 예정이다. 이 연구에서는 개발 중인 『항로표지 배치 적합성 평가 서비스 시스템』에 대하여 연구자, 해양수산부 공무원(항로표지과), 항해자를 대상으로 서비스 시스템에 대하여 설문 조사·분석 하였다. 만족도 분석 결과 75%로 나타남.
