Project plan and control is a highly skilled task which is vital for business success, and Project control systems are important for successful project execution. To support construction process management effectively, an integrated cost and schedule control function is required to collect quality data in a timely manner and to provide quality historical data for future planning of new projects. In Korea construction industry, the development and implementation cases of a project control system which to efficiently support construction project planning and controlling processes, have been increased to ensure a project success and the profitability of a construction company. To contribute to improving practical effectiveness of a project control system, the paper reviewed and analyzed the current trends and functional features of current project control systems. And it also described the pending issues and their solutions faced on previous project control systems.

Although the Free Trade Zone(FTZ) are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of activation strategies are not known very much Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the structural model for activation strategies in Gunsan FTZ, and understanding the components of activation in these region The process began by abstracting the components that composed the success factors in FTZ through recent research, and grouping it by the most core components. Also, by using the FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) method to understand the structure of the grouped components, and the structural model for activation of FTZ was able to obtain as the result. When analyzing the obtained structural model, expansion of tax reduction, flexibility of law systems and good business environment came out to be the most important component groups, and especially flexibility of law systems and good business environment were the most effective component that effected all the other components overall.

매년 국내 많은 기업 및 단체에서 정보시스템 관련 프로젝트를 수행하는데 막대한 비용을 지불하고 있으며, 2008 년 국내 소프트웨어 및 컴퓨터관련 서비스 생산액은 24 조 4 천억 원에 이르고 있다. 그 중 컴퓨터 관련 서비스(SI 및 SM 등) 비용이 약 20 조, 응용 SW 비용이 1 조 8 천억 원에 이르고 있으며, 많은 기업과 단체들이 필요에 의해 다양한 정보시스템을 도입하여 운영하고 있음에도 불구하고 그 성과에 대해서 만족하지 못하고, 또 다시 정보시스템을 도입하여 운영하는 등 많은 시행착오를 겪고 있다. 이것은 기업의 필요에 맞는 정보시스템을 계획하고 구축하는 것도 중요하지만 정보시스템의 활용수준을 평가하고 이슈 및 개선사항을 도출하여 잘 활용하는 것이 정보시스템 성공의 핵심적인 요소임을 간과하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 개발되어 운영중인 정보시스템의 응용 소프트웨어가 효율적으로 이용되는지에 대한 활용 수준 평가/진단을 위하여 정보시스템 활용도 평가에 대한 선행연구의 한계점을 살펴보고, 체계적이고 합리적인 응용 소프트웨어 활용도 평가 지표를 새롭게 제시하며, 국내 기업의 차세대 CRM 응용 소프트웨어 활용수준을 적용하고 평가하여 이슈 및 개선사항을 도출하는데 있다.

The BSC which was proposed by Kaplan and Norton, is being used as a general performance measurement tool in various firms and industries. BSC approach links strategic objectives with specific operation indices and it can efficiently evaluate the attainment of the goals of the firm. This study is a BSC based case of the government R&D institute which is staffed with knowledge experts in the research areas. In order to bring a major change to a public research organization and shape a strategy focused organization, it is essential to understand the proper methodology of the whole construction process of BSC from the mission of the institute through the establishment of vision and strategic direction, KPI building, and a strategy map set, to the implementation of the BSC monitoring system. By investigating the application process, in this research we intend to provides useful implications in the BSC construction process of public research agencies.

오늘의 기업에게 정보기술이란 필수요소이다. 정보기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 IT 인프라가 체계적으로 구축되어 있어야 한다. 해당 조직에 적합한 정보기술 기반구조를 설계하고 이의 도입을 위한 구체적인 계획을 수립하기 위해서는 체계적이고 효과적인 정보계획 수립(Information System Planning: ISP)이 필요하다. 그러나 정보계획수립 프로젝트의 상당수가 실패로 그치고 있다. 특히 정보기술의 지속적인 변화 때문에 수립한 정보기술 기반구조 계획안이 실제 구현되지 못하고 계획으로만 남는 경향이 있다. 이러한 ISP의 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 정보기술 참조모델(reference model)을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 즉, 조직의 정보시스템에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 IT 인프라나 표준 아키텍쳐를 바탕으로 정보계획수립을 수행해 나가는 방식이 필요하다. 이와 같은 참조모델 기반의 정보계획 수립은 새로운 아키텍쳐를 추출하고 표준화를 이룸으로써 프로젝트의 생산성을 높일 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 ISP 연구는 ISP의 필요성, 과정, 성공요인 등에 국한되어 왔으며, 방법론에 대한 연구는 미비한 편이다. 최근들어 ISP의 체계적인 분류나 참조모델 기반 계획수립의 필요성이 제기되었다. 그러나 아직까지 이와같은 접근에서 참조 모델을 어떻게 구축하고 활용해 나갈 것인가에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 참조모델을 구축하기 위한 다양한 접근방법과 각각의 특징을 제시한다. 나아가서 해당 조직의 상황이나 요구수준에 따라 적합한 접근방법을 선택할 수 있게 해주는 방안을 제시한다.타냈으며, 평가결과에 대해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 동종제품간 평가분석을 통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.uted to the society, and what the socioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program. This study aims to analyze actual conditions of the present national defense information network operation, the structure and management of the system, communication lines, security equipments for the lines, the management of network and software, stored data and transferred data and even general vulnerable factors of our army tactical C4I system. Out of them, by carrying out an extensive analysis of the army tactical C4I system, likely to be the core of future information warfare, this study suggested plans adaptive to better information security, based on the vulnerable factors provided. Firstly, by suggesting various information security factor technologies, such as VPN (virtual private network), IPDS (intrusion prevention & detection system) and firewall system against virus and malicious software as well as security operation systems and validation programs, this study provided plans to improve the network, hardware (computer security), communication lines (communication security). Secondly, to prepare against hacking warfare which has been a social issue recently, this study suggested plans to establish countermeasures to increase the efficiency of the army tactical C4I system by investigating possible threats through an analysis of hacking techniques. Thirdly, to establish a more rational and efficient national defense information security system, this study provided a foundation by suggesting several priority factors, such as information security-related institutions and regulations and organization alignment and supplementation. On the basis of the results above, this study came to the following conclusion. To establish a successful information security system, it is essential to compose and operate an efficient 'Integrated Security System' that can detect and promptly cope with intrusion behaviors in real time through various different-type security systems and sustain the component information properly by analyzing intrusion-related information.

This study postulates that Government as a Platform(GaaP) could be a next generation government model, drawing activation strategy from success factors of webtoon platform by NAVER. It suggests success factors of Naver webtoon case based on three main components of platform strategy. First, in the aspect of platform infrastructure, Naver webtoon was established based on powerful portal site by parent company Naver and improved platform accessibility through using webtoon without login. Second, in the aspect of stakeholder engagement, Naver webtoon has offed webtoon at no cost and it has taken an intermediary role for supporting the stakeholders with PPS. Third, in the aspect of outputs production, Naver webtoon offered real time feedback from webtoon users that could affect webtoon production and established incubating system that allow users to create their webtoon. And due to PPS, it makes possible to various create second outputs based on webtoon, which can contribute to activating webtoon ecosystem.

Aerospace and Defense(A&D) industry is the representative extended enterprise that develops products by collaborating among suppliers operating individual information system(IS). Efficient collaborative working environments are essential component to achieve successful business and collaboration environments based on IS have been applied to support coherent process usage and securely share the information through the entire product lifecycle phases. This paper describes the status of information system management of the leading A&D enterprises and their information management processes. It also introduces the case studies of enterprises implementing product lifecycle management(PLM) solution to realize stable collaborative tools between customer and supplier.

In spite of proliferating E-business success stories, many executives urge that they have not realized the return expected from investments in Internet-based E-business systems, Most of businesses tend to focus on immediate financial payoffs and overlook the improvements in information capabilities and business performance, The purpose of the research is to investigate the effects of Internet-based E-business systems on organizations' information capabilities, business performance, and financial performance, and to illustrate the roles and values of the systems in achieving business goals. Findings illustrate that when an organization's information capabilities are enhanced by Internet-based E-business systems, business performance tends to improve. In addition, the study implies that the business performance improvement may create consumer benefits, which would be indispensable factors to make a profit.
