The era of autonomous vehicles, which drive themselves and in whose operation the driver does not intervene, is fast approaching. The safety of autonomous vehicles can be guaranteed only if they recognize the road infrastructure. However, the road infrastructure consists of road safety facilities, traffic operation systems, and cross-sectional concerns, which include a variety of components, such as types, shapes, and sizes. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize the road information. This study was conducted to select the priority with which the road infrastructure attributes should be acquired using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The road infrastructure attributes were categorized into 2 levels, levels 1 and 2, which consisted of 3 and 26 types of attributes, respectively. As a result of the AHP analysis, it was found that the highest priorities of the road infrastructure are the road safety facilities, traffic operation systems and cross sectional concerns. Also, in level-2, the priorities of the safety barriers (road safety facilities), traffic signals (traffic operation systems), and the median (cross sectional) are the highest. Also, this study provides application examples of road infrastructure extraction with the Point Cloud. The results are expected to support the recognition of technology for autonomous vehicles.

이번 탐방은 중앙지부의 추천으로 경기도 성남시 분당구 구미동 300번지에 위치한 분당 서울대학교병원을 방문하였다. 불곡산의 푸른 공기와 탄천의 맑은 물이 어우러진 넉넉한 자연의 품에 안긴 모습이 병원이라기보다는 휴양시설에 온 느낌이다. 이곳에서 방화관리를 담당하는 시설팀 이홍규 과장을 만나 시설현황과 안전관리현황, CEO의 경영철학 등에 관한 이야기를 나누어 보았다.

도림천 유역은 4개 자치구(관악, 구로, 동작, 영등포)에서 관리하고 있으며, 강우 발생 시 침수취약지역 맞춤형 행동 매뉴얼을 통해 운영된다. 그러나 여름철 집중강우 발생 시에는 도달시간이 짧고 수위가 급격히 상승하는 유역의 특성으로 하천 내 고립사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 최근 10년('11년~'20년)간의 조사결과에 따르면 도림천 중·하류 구간에서 발생한 고립사고는 총 27회로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 도림천 유역을 대상으로 도시홍수 예·경보 전달시설, 진입차단 시설, 그리고 고립 시 대피시설의 설치현황을 살펴보고 도시하천에 적합한 재난대피시설 운영 및 설치방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 짧은 시간에 수위가 급변하는 도시하천의 고립사고 최소화와 더불어 신속하고 안전한 하천시설운영 및 자치구 통합 맞춤형 행동 매뉴얼 개선에 기여하고자 한다.

According to changes of recent climate social structures, frequency of occurrence new or complex disasters are increasing. So the importance of disaster prevention is increasing. To provide useful information of disaster prevention activities, We use the "Safety Sinmungo" main processing practices included Facility safety management in Ministry of Public Safety and Security. Facility safety management is the most and common disaster prevention activities. We identified the keywords in the risk report and facilities to residents report and analyzed the seasonal and inter-regional facilities report distribution process. We also utilized social network analysis techniques to configure a 1-mode, 2-mode facilities around the keyword for differences.

The Measurement of risk parameter in city-gas equipments have been measured and confirmed by human, and evolved into remote monitoring system using wireless communication. Furthermore, domestic and international industry increase the efficiency of management, which can develop remote monitoring and control system using wireless communication. However, Those wireless system might be decrease the efficiency and ease because of connecting PDA and lap-top using wire-cable when data have checked immediately from outside. This paper is able to improve efficiency of safety management on city-gas equipments by developing mobile city-gas safety management system on AR.

국내 최초로 가연성 해체폐기물 부피감용을 위해 안전하게 시설을 운영하고 있어 소각에 대한 국민인식 재고에 기여할 수 있으며, 우라늄변환시설의 가연성 해체 폐기물 소각을 통해 U 핵종오염 폐기물 소각기술을 확보하여 원자력시설 운영 효율향상, 처분비용 절감 뿐만 아니라 유해물질의 무해화로 최종처분장의 안전성 관리 최적화에 기여하고, 향후 원자력시설의 해체 및 해체 폐기물 처리/처분사업에 기술을 적극 활용할 예정이다.

본 연구에서는 청라지구 경제자유구역 개발사업의 일환으로 지구내 하천 및 공원에 최적의 주운시설을 도입하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 유역의 일반현황 및 국내외 사례조사를 통해 현재까지 진행된 주운관련 사례를 분석하여 적용가능성을 검토하였으며 이수, 치수, 환경 측면에서 주운시설 도입을 위한 종합적인 검토를 수행하였다. 물수지분석, 담수량 및 손실량 파악, 물갈이율 조사 등을 통해 필요수량을 파악하였으며, 산정된 필요수량 확보를 위해 하수처리장 고도처리수, 상수원수, 상수도, 유역관리 등의 다각도의 수량확보 방안을 검토하여 적용가능방안을 제시하였다. 또한 하천수질현황, 국내외 수질기준, 생태계 친수환경에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 목표수질을 설정하였으며, 유역, 하천, 호수공원 및 내부수로 등에 적용가능한 수질보전방안을 제시하였다. 인근하천, 중앙호수 공원, 내부수로를 동시에 고려하여 유역통합관리 차원의 치수안전성 확보 방안을 제시하였으며 주운시설 도입에 따른 추가적인 치수안전성 확보방안을 검토하였다. 특히 간척지라는 지역적 특수성을 고려하여 항구적인 치수 및 이수 대책의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 지속 가능한 개발을 위해 최첨단 유지관리 시스템의 도입 및 안전시설 확보를 통해 재해로 부터 안전한 주운계획을 제시하였다. 향후 청라지구-서해-굴포천 방수로-한강을 잇는 해상과 연계된 주운 개발을 통한 광역운하망 구축 방안을 제고하였다. 향후 주운시설의 도입에 따라 도시의 어매니티 증진과 친수도시 구현, 물순환 확보와 치수에 안전한 방재도시 수립이 가능할 것으로 판단되며 이를 통해 지속가능한 신도시 개발의 초석이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This paper studied safety benefit of operation-effectiveness analysis on marine traffic safety facilities. In the operation-effectiveness of marine traffic safety facilities the benefits can be divided as safety benefit, transport benefit, and other benefit. Safety benefit was produced as the loss aversion cost of marine traffic caused by the reduction of marine accidents after establishing and operating marine traffic safety facilities. First of all the reduction rate marine accidents was estimated to do it, and the detail model of loss aversion cost was constructed Then each variable in the model was defined and the method of computation presented.
