This study aimed to asses the relationship between shoppers' security need sufficiency and customer satisfaction on the quality of security services in Shopping Mall. This study gathered data from 485 citizen in five shopping centres at KyungKi areas. Collected data was analysed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN 16.0. The results of the study yielded the following four perspectives. First, secure equipment and the service quality of security officers in the shopping malls have a decisive effect on customers psychological stability and crime prevention. Second, they are a strong influence upon customer satisfaction and operational security. Especially, the professionalism of the staff has a marked effect. Third, the service quality of security officers and secure equipment in the malls have an effect on operational security services and efficiency of secure services. Finally, this dissertation showed that the quality of secure equipment services and officers' mild In summary, the conclusion of this study is that secure equipment service, officers' mild manner and professionalism of the security officers affect the customer satisfaction measurement directly. They also affect customer satisfaction through psychological stability and the prevention of crime indirectly. In other words, the good quality of security in the shopping centres affects the using of facilities definitely.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the number of first aid training and safety performance. The researcher's questionnaire consisted of three variables: necessity of first aid education, application to security practice, and improvement of job satisfaction. In this study, Chronbach's Alpha coefficients were calculated to measure the internal validity for the reliability of the questionnaire. In order to verify the validity of the measured variables, exploratory factor analysis was carried out using the Berimax rotation method. The mean variance extracted AVE and the conceptual reliability CR value of the measurement result variables were both above the allowable reference value of 0.5 and it was judged to be a good test in terms of intensive validity. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardization coefficient was 1.106 for 'necessity of first aid education ⇒ applied to security practice work', and 'applied to security work practice ⇒ improvement of job satisfaction' was 1.063 and the relationship of hypothesis 1 hypothesis 2 was significant (+), Respectively. Therefore, in order to increase the job satisfaction of security related workers, it is necessary to support first aid education and to receive first aid education.

2023년 8월 3일 다중이용시설과 운송시설이 맞닿아 있는 서현역 부근의 다중이 밀집한 장소에서 차량돌진 및 흉기난동의 묻지마 범죄가 발생하였다. 차량을 인도로 몰아 보행자를 들이받은 뒤 백화점 내부로 들어가 흉기를 휘둘러 차량돌진으로 5명, 흉기난동으로 9명의 피해자가 발생하였다(리차드김, 2023). 서현역의 묻지마 범죄 이후, '살인예고 지도' 서비스의 등장하면서 많은 이용객이 상시 붐비는 번화가 및 백화점 등의 다중이용시설을 이용하는 시민들의 불안감이 전국적으로 크게 확산하고 있다(김잔디 & 최윤선, 2023). 급격히 늘어나는 국민의 불안감으로 정부에서는 '묻지마 범죄'를 '이상동기범죄'로 명명하고 근절을 위해, 사실상 테러와 비슷한 수준의 강력한 대책을 추진하고 있다(강은민, 2023). 이상동기범죄에 따른 강력한 대책으로 국무조정실(대테러센터), 경찰청 등 관계부처의 다중이용시설 대한 안전대책들이 강구되어지고 실정에서 「경비업법」에 따라 시설의 위험발생을 방지하는 업무를 담당하고 있는 민간 경비원에게 이용객의 안전을 보호하고 피해를 최소화하기 위한 일선 역할이 중요해졌다. 하지만, 이상동기범죄에 대한 일선의 초동대응이 인력과 장비, 정당방위에 대한 법제도의 뒷받침 미흡 등으로 인해 민간 경비원의 실질적인 대응이 어려운 실정이다. 많은 사람의 왕래가 있는 다중이용시설에서의 민간 경비원 최소 경력배치 기준, 현행범 제압을 위한 무기사용 기준, 이용객 보호를 위한 경비원 위력 사용 기준 등의 제도적으로 마련되어 있지 않아 민간 경비원이 범죄로부터 시설 이용객을 보호하는 것은 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다중이용시설 묻지마 범죄 등의 위험성과 민간 경비원의 무기사용과 관련한 법제도적 한계점을 고찰하여, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

On August 3, 2023, a brutal incident of unprovoked violence, termed as "Abnormal motivated crime," occurred in a multi-use facility, where retail and transportation facilities converge, near Seohyeon Station. The assailant drove onto the sidewalk, hitting pedestrians, and then entered a department store where a knife rampage ensued, resulting in a total of 14 victims. In the aftermath of this incident, numerous murder threats were posted on social media, causing widespread anxiety among the public. This fear was further exacerbated by the emergence of a "Terrorless.01ab.net" service. Purpose: This research aims to explore necessary institutional improvements for private security personnel who protect customers and employees in multi-use facilities, to enable them to perform their duties more effectively. Method: To assess the risk of Abnormal motivated crime, a time series analysis using the ARIMA model was conducted to analyze the domestic trends of such crimes. Additionally, Result: the study presents suggestions for improvements in the domestic security service law and emergency manuals for multi-use facilities. Conclusion: This is informed by a legal analysis of the indemnity rights for weapon use by private security guards abroad and their operational authority beyond weapon usage.

전 세계적으로 9.11로 대표되는 자살테러, 비행기테러, 화학가스 테러 등에 의한 인명피해가 늘고 있다. 1986년 김포공항 폭발사고, 1995년 음진리교 지하철 사린가스 사건, 2001년 9.11 사건, 2003년 필리핀 공항 폭탄테러 사건 등의 큰 테러 외에도 작은 사건은 무수히 많다. 이러한 테러 사태를 미연에 방지하기 위한 지능형 영상 보안 감시 시스템이 사회적으로 연구되어왔고 도입되어 왔다. 기존의 지능형 영상 보안 시스템은 모션 디렉션 기반으로 금지구역의 침입자로 판단되는 사람을 찾는 기능 중심으로 발전해왔다. 또한 보안요원의 관찰 모니터를 통해 화면을 계속 주시하는 한계 시간의 존재와 모니터 증가에 따른 한계 시간은 더 급감하게 되는 것으로 판단되었다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 유기물 탐지의 자동화를 추구하고, 보안 요원의 감시 업무를 도와 국가 주요 시설물의 유기물 자동 탐지를 통해 테러로부터 안전하게 보호하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to establish the effects of the welfare benefits for security agents on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, data were collected from 288 security agents of the security companies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using the welfare benefit, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction scale, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The conclusion obtained from the results of the analysis is as follows : First, it was the difference in welfare benefits, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, depending on individual characteristics of the security agents. Second, it was found that the cultural support, facilities support, economic support, and life support of welfare benefits had positive effects on the organizational commitment of security agents, and the conclusion that the welfare benefit factors are important to increase the organizational commitment was derived. Third, it was found that the cultural support, facilities support, economic support, and life support of welfare benefits had positive effects on the job satisfaction of security agents, and the conclusion that satisfying the welfare benefits is a way to raise the job satisfaction was derived.

All measures related to the safety of the casino facilities guarantee safety of facilities that are targets of security guards, protect lives and properties, minimize risks of artificial and natural disaster and crimes. In summary, plan for responding to safety and accidents should be developed not only for the casino facilities but also for the facilities of annexed buildings, and lives and properties of customers and employees. Determine areas in the casino facilities that are prone to accidents and set around-the-clock guard in the areas or maintain surveillance with CCTV and prevent accidents through continuous patrol. These are the most basic and the most important requirements in safety. In addition, casinos which prompt gambling are causing economic and psychological treats to families. To resolve these social issues, casinos have adopted limited entrance system. To support this system, new forms of machine security systems such as video automatic recognition system of fingerprint pattern recognition system should be adopted too. In addition, security guards in casino facilities need to instill themselves with a sense of ownership as well as a strong sense of mission to do the best for customer security and to protect the company assets and employees and manage accidents that could occur without notice. Security guards should do their best to enable manage accidents that could occur without notice. Security guards should do their best to enable tourists who are on the rise due to increase in advanced country-style tourism and leisurely activities to get the utmost satisfaction from the casinos, and as a leader of private security company, establish the foundation for security based on the characteristics of security in Korea.

본 연구는 중요시설 보안검색에서 기초가 되는 X-ray검색에서 판독요원들의 판독능력 향상 방법에 대한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 특히 색상과 구조로 판독하는 지금의 방법에서 대부분 폭발물에 대한 기초지식만으로 판독이 진행되고 있어 폭발물의 구조이해의 필요성을 강조하고 폭발물의 구조이해가 X-ray 판독능력 향상에 도움이 될 것이라는 가설을 설정하여 연구 과제를 도출하고 있다.

In this study, we try to present the evolutionary direction with respect to the issue of police martial arts education. First, the facilities for martial arts training and modernization of its proper area $8.5m^2/1$ person should be over. There is a need for facilities that can be trained in various martial arts event takes place. Second, if you look from the perspective of the education program of the police martial arts, martial arts and physical fitness is to be carried out in the separation subject, there is a need for expansion of classes. Third, technical, due to the high learning effect is education, it is necessary to develop a police martial arts materials. Fourth, it is necessary to expand a variety of martial arts professor, appointment of external experts should also try to take into account.

Countries across the globe, including those in Europe, are waging a "war against terrorism" as international terrorist groups such as ISIS and lone-wolf terrorists have unleashed various large-scale attacks on rail infrastructure. Anti-South Korean sentiment exists in Muslim-majority countries because the nation has cooperated with the US for its military interventions in the Middle East, and ISIS has threatened to target South Korea four times since September 9, 2015. In addition, North Korea has been left isolated in the international community with its missile and nuclear tests, while further escalating inter-Korean tension and threatening to strike major facilities and attack important figures in the South. These situations imply that South Korea is no longer immune to terrorist attacks. If the nation fails to prevent or deter such terrorist attacks against rail networks, massive casualties, property damage and social confusion would be unavoidable, deteriorating national and international trust in its counter-terrorism policies. This may lead to a national crisis involving decreases in the number of tourists, dampened interest of foreign investors, and capital flight. This study aims to propose policy measures to enhance railroad security checks, based on the work of railroad police officers, for the sake of protecting citizens and public safety. The suggestions include an incremental expansion of railroad security checks; growth of the railroad police force and adjustment of their policing distribution with other police officers; enhancement of security systems across important rail networks; improvement of the Railroad Safety Act; Southeast Asia, including the corresponding strengthening of the national crackdown illegal immigrants, and plans for pre-emptive and regular cooperation among organizations related to the promotion of security checks and the prevention of terrorist attacks.
