이 연구는 공공부문이 구축/관리중인 지식정보자원의 시민활용 실태를 점검하고 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 지식정보자원의 시민활용성 제고방안 모색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시의 시민 200 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 지식정보자원에 대한 인지도/활용도/활용장애요인과 유비쿼터스 기술에 대한 인지도/활용도/유용성을 조사하였고, 향후 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 공공행정, 교육학술, 사회문화/복지, 생활경제 등 4 대부문 16 개분야 32 개의 지식정보자원에 대한 시민활용 의향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 지식정보자원에 대한 인지도와 활용도는 보통보다 낮은 수준에 있으며, 그 이유로는 개인정보유출에 대한 불안, 지식정보자원 소재에 대한 정보부족, 지식정보자원 활용 비용의 부담 및 활용의 불편 등으로 나타났다. 향후 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 지식정보자원 활용의향에 대해서는 실생활과 밀접한 관련을 갖고 있는 교통/기상정보, U-Care 및 U-Health 정보, 금융, 공연예술, 관광여가 등의 정보에 대해서는 높은 의향을 보이나, 실생활과 직접 관련이 적고 전문적인 능력이나 관심이 요구되는 행정정보공개, 정책참여, U-학술연구 등에 대해서는 낮은 의향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest how to use digital textbooks to cultivate digital citizenship of elementary and secondary students. We analyzed domestic and international research on digital citizenship and analyzed the definition and elements of digital citizenship. Based on the analysis, we formed a council where field teachers, education experts, and government agencies participated. This study devised the elements and competence models of digital citizenship for elementary and secondary school students, and suggested teaching methods using digital textbooks. As a result, we derived five elements of 'Digital Literacy', 'Digital Communication', 'Digital Ethics', 'Digital Responsibility', and 'Digital Creativity & Collaboration', and devised a 'Triangle competency model' for the school site application.

2000년대 이후 기업의 경제적 이익을 위한 본연의 성과를 성취하기 위해서는 영리적 이익추구 이외에도 기업 내외부의 관여된 활동 범주 내에서 투자자, 소비자, 시민단체 그리고 노동조합등에 사회적책임(Corporate Social Responsibility:CSR)의 중요성이 점차 커져가고 있다. 이 중 사회적책임과 조직 내 구성원들의 조직유효성의 영향에 대한 다양한 선행논문이 있었으나, 지역으로 세분화하여 분석한 연구가 상대적으로 미비하였다. 이에 따라 강원도를 한정한 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 강원도 소재 기업들의 사회적책임에 대한 기반적 자료로써 활용될 것으로 여겨진다. 이를 확인하기 위해 본 연구는 강원도 소재 기업에 종사하는 구성원들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 총 186부의 표본을 활용하였다. 검증결과 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입이 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 조직시민행동에 부분적으로 채택되었으며, 조직신뢰는 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 본 연구는 선행논문에서 밝힌 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 지역을 한정해서 연구했으며, 분석결과 강원도 지역 내 사회적경제기업들이 다수 포진되어 있으며, 공동체성이 높기 때문에 사회적책임이 조직 유효성과 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study utilized one of Hofstede's cultural dimension, collective dimension and validated its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior(COCB hereafter) with mediation of emotional regulation. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were mostly conducted at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE was used to analyze collectivistic tendencies at individual levels and its influence on emotional regulation and COCB were measured. The study distributed 200 paper based self administered surveys to employees of Fortune 500 electronic company in Korea for two weeks period. Findings indicated individual's collectivistic dimension positively influenced COCB and emotional regulation mediated between collectivism and COCB. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivistic culture's positive influence on COCB and emotional regulation as possible antecedents of Change oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.

This study suggested a citizen science based model to enhance the efficacy of the managing invasive alien plants and examined whose applicability in 3 Wetland Protected Areas (Jangrok of Gwangju metropolitan city, Madongho of Goseong in South Gyeongsang Province, and Ungok of Gochang in North Jeolla Province). The process consists of (a) collecting citizen scientist including local residents of 3 protected areas and piling up information on the 4 species of invasive alien plants (Sicyos angulatus L., Solanum carolinense L., Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. and Solidago altissima L) in a information platform Ecological Information Bank (EcoBank) from September 18th to October 31th, (b) constructing distribution map containing the location and density (3 phases: individual-population-community) of target plants, (c) providing distribution map to Environment Agency and local government who is principal agent of managing invasive alien plants in 3 protected areas, and from whom (d) surveying applications of the distribution map and opinion for future supplement. As a result, citizen science based monitoring should be continued to complement the nationwide information for the field management of invasive alien plants with the expansion of target species (total 17 plants species that Ministry of Environment in South Korea designated) and period of monitoring in a year to increase the usability of surveyed information from citizen science. In the long run, effectiveness of the management of invasive alien species applied by citizen science should be reviewed including efficacy of field management process from citizen's participating in elimination project of invasive alien plants and time series distribution followed by the management of the species.

In this research, one of five Hofstede's cultural dimension, Long term orientation (LTO) was selected to examine its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior with emotional regulation mediating. East Asian countries and Korea especially received higher score on LTO cultural dimension, meaning it valued harmony, long term relations and saving for future. Also, in today's hyper competitive and evolving global climate, the ability to adapt quickly and also to be able to control one's emotion is highly valued individual competency. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were conducted at mostly national or large group levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE which allowed for individual level analysis on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were used to analyze multinational company's employees's long term orientations' influence on emotional regulation and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The survey conducted from 200 employees from major electronic company based in S city in Korea for two weeks period and the results indicated long term orientation positively influenced change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Also emotional regulation mediated between long term orientation felt by individuals and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Such results validated previous studies that indicated emotional regulation as possible antecedents of individual proactive behaviors such as change organizational citizenship behavior and long term oriented view as another potential antecedent of change oriented organizational citizenship behavior in multinational corporation setting.

The purpose of this study is to extract and analyze ecological citizenship elements in the middle school home economics textbook used in the 2015 national curriculum for the introduction of ecological transformation education in the 2022 national curriculum. As a result of the analysis, the content analysis of the ecological citizenship factor was validated by six experts who are incumbent middle school home economics teachers, and the S-CVI value was 0.97, ensuring the validity of the ecological citizenship factor analysis. The results of analyzing 242 ecological citizenship factors extracted from home economics textbooks are as follows. According to the content area of the 2015 national home economics curriculum, the 'human development and family' area had the highest presence of ecological citizenship factors followed by the 'resource management and self-reliance' area and the 'home life and safety' area. Among the categories of ecological citizenship factors, 'value⋅attitude' was the most frequent, followed by 'process⋅function' and 'knowledge⋅understanding'. For each textbook composition system, ecological citizenship elements were extracted in the order of pictures, text, activities, and supplementary materials. There was a significant variation in the number of ecological citizenship factors among publishers, indicating the importance of the textbook writers' perception, interpretation, and direction of writing. Based on these analysis results, ecological citizenship teaching and learning activities applicable to home economics education were presented. This study highlights the potential for practicing ecological citizenship education in line with the new orientation of the curriculum on ecological transformation education through home economics education. Furthermore, it provides valuable baseline data for the development and implementation of textbooks for the 2022 national curriculum.

NGOs(Non-Governmental Organizations) are organization based on the 'voluntary participation' of citizens. Citizens' participation and support are essential for the existence and sustainable growth of the organization. The records of NGOs are produced, received, collected, and left behind in the course of their activities. Systematically managed records are used as information for business performance to increase operational efficiency. In addition, it plays a role in proving the legitimacy of the group and its activities to internal and external stakeholders of the NGO, such as whether the group's activities were performed legally and whether the group is actually working to realize the goal it stands for. Therefore record management of NGOs is required to improve accountability. In other words, NGOs can be gain the trust of civil society based on accountability through records and secure internal and external resources necessary for the existence of the group. In this study, after confirming the general record management status of NGOs in Busan, improvement measures were examined in terms of record management in order to increase the accountability of NGOs.

Sport industry creates value-added by production and distribution of product or service related with sports or sports. Professional sports will lead to major area of sport service industry in the future. The purpose of study is to analyze financial condition and management performance by using financial statement(2005-2007) of korean professional soccer citizen teams. The analysis of financial condition and management performance is executed by financial ratio analysis method. The content of this study involve comparison with standardization ratio and financial ratios among professional soccer citizen teams. The results of this study are as follows. First, liquidity ratio measured by current ratio and quick ratio was high with compared to standardization ratio. Second, leverage ratio measured by debt ratio was very high. Third, activity ratio was good condition. Finally, profitability ratio was very low having minus ratio generally.
