The purpose of this study is to suggest how to use digital textbooks to cultivate digital citizenship of elementary and secondary students. We analyzed domestic and international research on digital citizenship and analyzed the definition and elements of digital citizenship. Based on the analysis, we formed a council where field teachers, education experts, and government agencies participated. This study devised the elements and competence models of digital citizenship for elementary and secondary school students, and suggested teaching methods using digital textbooks. As a result, we derived five elements of 'Digital Literacy', 'Digital Communication', 'Digital Ethics', 'Digital Responsibility', and 'Digital Creativity & Collaboration', and devised a 'Triangle competency model' for the school site application.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the democratic civic competencies of the activity tasks in 'the Family Life' part in Middle School Technology Home Economics textbooks according to the 2015 revised national curriculum. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the activity tasks of six types of middle school Home Economics textbooks (for a total 12 of volumes) were analyzed. As a result, the use of the citizenship competency group was the most often recorded out of the three democratic civic competency groups and the subset of trust and value competencies also were frequently observed. Additionally, democratic civic competency was the seen most within the 'human development and family' area by the national curriculum, and showed the highest frequency in big idea, 'the relationship'. Activity tasks in the 'KH' textbooks were dealing with democratic civic competency the most. Based on the relationship between Home Economics education and democratic civic competencies, it is necessary to study the practice of classroom instruction so that students can develop democratic civic competence in 'the Family Life' by means of a Home Economics curriculum.

In order to effectively promote a smart city, various urban information must be opened and linked, and the information system that each member can share is required. In addition, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system in which citizens and citizen's organizations can participate. In this study, the components and conceptual model of a smart city platform were proposed to create a smart city that enables citizen participation. Its components include sensors for collecting data from the real world, information storage and management, information sharing and standard system, citizens' personal information protection and management system, utilization and service, etc. For the conceptual model, roles of smart city members were defined, so that citizen-centered participation and services could be made. It also includes data collection, information linkage and sharing, and service configuration system. Citizens can perform various roles such as data collector and provider, service planner or requestor, service beneficiary, etc. Ultimately, free communication and exchange of opinions with citizens is a key factor in the success of smart cities.

옛 전남도청과 전남도경찰국이 1980년 5.18 당시 모습으로 복원될 예정이다. 옛 전남도경찰국을 원형복원하여 민주주의의 산 역사 현장으로 전시와 교육, 소통의 공간으로 활용하여야 할 것이다. 옛 전남도경찰국의 원형복원은 5.18 당시 시민군이 옛 전남도 경찰국에서 했던 일과 흔적을 정리해 원형복원해야 할 것이다. 5.18 당시 안병하 도경국장은 근무지 이탈 없이 최선을 다하여 수습을 위해 노력했고, 상부의 강경진압을 거부하고 시민의 안전을 강조하는 소신을 유지해 초기에 광주시내 무기를 소산시켜 탈취방지 뿐만 아니라 경찰무장으로 인한 더 큰 비극을 막았다. 옛 전남도경찰국의 복원공간은 5.18정신을 기리는 시민교육장으로 또 안병하 도경국장의 민주경찰정신과 위민정신을 기리는 공간으로 활용되길 기대한다.

The social computing which is growing rapidly, has been scaling up the influencing power in every area and extending its activities into the political area. On the other hand, political participation trend of citizens gave rise to an innovative idea, so called 'Smart Citizens Party'. This requires the receptiveness and the openness of the party. So smart citizens party needs the smooth communication structure based on social computing as well as ICT(Information Communication Technology). That is, to embody the Smart Citizens Party, social computing framework for its is required. The purpose of this study is to suggest the social computing framework as the technical base of smart citizens party. To achieve this purpose, this paper will analyze the rise of the social web and ICT & innovation of public(and political) sector, study the concept and impacts of social computing and the concept and characteristics of Smart Citizens Party, and describe the framework, its elements and its service functions of social computing.

행복한 삶에 대한 욕구가 높아지면서 건강도시를 표방하는 도시가 점차 늘어나고 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 일부 지자체를 중심으로 건강도시라는 이미지를 부각시키기 위한 노력을 전개하고 있다. 하지만 이름 뿐인 건강도시가 아닌 진정 시민들이 행복한 삶을 영위할 수 있는 여건을 조성하는지에 대한 의문도 제기된다. 외국의 건강도시 사례를 통해 우리나라의 건강도시가 나아갈 길을 찾아본다.

수질오염총량제도의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 중앙정부의 지원 및 조정과 제도 개선, 지자체의 효율적인 운영, 시민단체, 지역 주민의 협조와 소통 등 모든 구성원들의 노력이 반드시 필요하다. 한강은 우리 민족과 역사를 같이 해온 생명의 강이며, 이 시대를 살고 있는 우리들을 위해서, 그리고 후세에게 깨끗하고 안전하게 물려주는데 있어서 수질오염총랑제가 큰 기여를 할 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

The Ministry of Education announced the main points of the 2022 revised curriculum on November 24, 2021. Democratic citizenship education to foster citizenship appears as one of the detailed tasks among the key tasks of the 2022 revised curriculum. We are promoting democratic citizenship education to foster citizenship. Therefore, what does democratic citizenship education specifically mean and what does it consist of? There is a need to look into what methods this should be used for. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of democratic citizenship education revealed in the 2022 revised curriculum. The contents of democratic citizenship education for the cultivation of citizenship revealed in the general discussion of the 2022 revised curriculum are analyzed as follows. First, it means education related to democracy and social issues. The specific contents of democracy and social issues are ① peace, ② human rights, ③ gender equality, and ④ cultural diversity. Second, critical thinking education. Third, media literacy education is necessary because democratic citizenship education must respond appropriately to the times in line with social changes such as the emergence of Chat GPT. Fourth, while emphasizing democratic decision-making education, it includes social empathy and communication education. Fifth, it contains local and national community participation and practical education as a method for citizen participation and practice. As described above, democratic citizenship education was specified in the general introduction of the 2022 revised curriculum. In order to carry out such democratic citizenship education systematically, it is necessary to establish the principles of democratic citizenship education.

다문화주의는 문화적 다양성을 장려하는 생각이나 정책을 말한다. 통계청의 자료에 따르면, 우리나라도 1990년대 이후로 꾸준히 국제결혼이 증가하면서, 2010년에는 다문화 가정이 38만 6977가구로 나타났으며 사회적 영향력과 문제점을 가지고 있다. 그 중 하나로 다문화 가정 자녀의 학교생활에 대한 적응과 다양성 존중을 위한 다문화 아동에 대한 이해로, 본 논문에서는 학생, 교직원, 시민들이 참여하여 다문화에 대한 다양성을 학습하고 이해하여 소통할 수 있는 모바일 서비스를 제안한다.
